Today I joined Whint and IolantheK on an adventure around this area.

We took a walk around Karawatha Forest this morning, and decided to 'clean up' around Browns Plains after lunch.
We walked straight up to this one and made a quick find. TFTC, Immyky.

The cache was spotted and retrieved by Kaisho53.
Found while out with Gunnie69 and Kaisho53 as we tackled the Glider Forest Power Trail series in Parkinson. We pretty much had the place to oursleves as we wandered around this tranquil bushland. Quite amazing considering its bordered by three major roads.
Thanks Immyky for the efforts of putting out the cache and making it an enjoyable day!

A resident muggle was watching closely as Ghostgums, Kaisho53 and I wandered toward GZ. But, in the last 10m or so, he moved on and Kaisho53 swooped on the obvious location, while I maintained a vigil on said muggle... 
Kaisho53 was swift with business and tucking the cache back, so we wasted no time in moving on and minimising any unwanted attention... [^]

Another great little park with an awesome hiding spot! Our youngest geocacher found this one and is now hooked! Thanks
Found with ned_q24 while out and about. It had started lightly raining and just as we hopped out of the car it got a big heavier. Thankfully it was a quick find, log signed and the heavens well and truly opened. A run back to the car and very wet. TFTC 
I was back to muggle free zones once more thankfully. The day was starting to warm up and I was getting further and further form home, so I was happy with the nice easy find here. [^]

Was in the area for a few finds for the day. This was a nice simple find after some of the more difficult ones I had found earlier in the day. TFTC Immyky

What a nice little park, such a shame the local council doesn't put a few more amenities in to draw more people outdoors to these little gems. A nice day in the park can oft times be spoilt by lack of nearby facilities. Still, a lovely playground & park nevertheless!

Final cache run for the year 2014. Kept thing nice and easy collecting a few in the neighbourhood.

cache find #2166. Mrs GT54 found the very exposed cache on approach at GZ. Replaced the cache and covered with some leaf matter. TFTC.
I had bought a pie at the shops earlier and took it with me as I headed to search for this one. I soon spotted the hide and quickly extracted the cache hoping that there were no muggles peering through the palings at me.
I headed to the nearby seat to devour my pie and sign the log and then detoured back past the hide to drop the cache back on the way to the car.

**FTF** After a ftf on Immy's park and play #5 I had a look at the map and seen this without a smile, at GZ I was thinking ok this one would have to be gone now but no clean log and more ftf prize in the pool. $0 there to lol. took tb ill move him to Sydney over Christmas thanks Immyky for placing 6 new local caches great to see you guys having fun with this crazy game. tftcsl
