Brilliant concept!
Just letting the CO know that the cache was quite exposed (easy to spot during daylight hours) and a fair bit of water had accumulated at the bottom.

Found it in the night. I LOVE this! Wanted to make a photo but there was a bunch of muggles around so simply signed.
We didn't realise this one was a night cache until we arrived so we decided to have a quick look and were surprised when we stumbled across it without too much effort- would have been more fun at night. Great idea, thanks for the cache.

I came back for another Duck cache which I wasn’t able to get to earlier today because of muggles and thought I’d come do this one just as it got dark.
I wasn’t sure if I was going to be able to see this ‘light’ but it was easy to spot and made the found very quick indeed.
A clever idea. Thank you.

10th and final find for the afternoon. The sun was setting as we found it. Didn't see the item referred to in the hint. Thanks Duck43 for all the caches along the river.
A quick find here awesome views from the cache found after lunch with the crumps on a gorgeous autumn day TFTC
Find 1 of 10 on a bike ride around Applecross on a perfect blue sky winter's day.
Couldn't resist a little look in bright sunlight and made a quick find. Imagine it would look great at night time.
TFTC duck 43!

Hadn't realised I didn't log this one. Found with Scjaz and geokids. One of my favourites so far. Love this cache and the invention behind it. Thanks Duck 43
We thought we’d have a crack at this one during the day on our duck 43 run. Happy to say that we found it. Mush bring the GeoKids next time we’re here at night! TFTH!
Our first Duck cache and (night cache!) after meeting you at WAGB 2019. Told you I'd find one soon enough haha! It was a quick find on our way home to Mandurah after travelling up to Perth for dinner and to view the Dan Acher, Aurora Borealis light show in Forest Place. Tftc!!
Hi there duck 43.
We found your cache **"The Lighthouse ( A night Cache)"** at 10:29:00 AM today. (This makes our find count 22585).
We are staying in Perth for a few days catching up on some essential admin. When we had a free moment we started our caching run by nominating a cache close by and then took a route that was sometimes determined by the next closest cache according to our GPS. We thoroughly enjoyed our interesting and frustrating stroll around the area. We ended up finding a variety of container types, and sizes hidden along our route.
We found 4 caches today & DNF'd 2. Thanks for placing this cache here, without geocaching as our guide we would never have found so many interesting places on our nomadic travels around Australia. We awarded this cache a favourite point for the novelty value.
**Coordinate Accuracy:** We found the cache around 3m from where the GPS said we should be looking.
**Cache Condition:** The container and log book are in good shape.
**Took:** Nothing.
**Left:** Nothing.
Thanks for the hunt today,
Regards
Ian & Penny.

What a great idea, was my last cache for the night and a perfect one to finish on, thanks Duck.

I hadn't realised this was a night cache at first so when coming past here earlier I decided to skip it and come back later. A couple of the caches on my route were then found quicker than expected so I then added in a few more in the area to keep me occupied until the light faded and I could come back. In the end it was nearly 6pm when I finally arrived back at GZ and by then it was quite dark - perfect Pulled the car up and was initially a little concerned I wouldn't be able to search as there were 4 other cars parked here. But turned out there was no-one in any of them Found the right gap in the reeds nice & easy and very quickly a little flash caught my eye. Definitely glad I attempted this cache in the way it was intended Great idea for a cache and a nice easy night find. A fave point from me TFTC
Another visit to Perth to visit some of the Duck Caches. Already on the first visit we had
great friends to admire his creative work. This hiding place we were allowed to
admire today safely. [^]
> Thank you say the Moorhelmi's from Germany.

Out with Mumsie (Thro60clan) for her birthday along with my muggle husband and the geokids. She wanted to come out and do some duck hunting so we did.
They had already found this cache so I got to find it. Not as well hidden but not noticeable unless you’re looking. Tftc wish I could come back at night to see it!

Took the opportunity to grab this one during the day but would be great night cache. Unfortunately with young children I don’t get the opportunities to go night caching. Enjoying the Co variety of caches whilst we make the most of the river views.
Out finding a few caches with Pollythecollie. It wasn’t dark when we were here but decided to give this one a go anyway. After an extensive search we eventually found the cache. We will have to come back at night to check this one out again
Headed out again for a 10pm search for this one. I must say it’s a lot easier when the cache is there. Very clever idea, definitely worth waiting till the sun sets to grab this one. Thanks for the cache
Liked the idea of a clever night cache so eaited till 10 to pop out in the dark. Sadly no lighthouses were spotted, just a wet shoe. Not sure if its the high tide or my adversion to stomping reeds or just my ineptitude. Either way will be back another night to try again
My first caching day back home, and out and about with VespistOz. Container is broken and we found it out in the open.

Will have to come back at night!
Unfortunately duck 43 I couldn’t find your cache The Lighthouse ( A night Cache) today. Hopefully I’ll have better luck next time I’m here.

Headed out today with BigRyanFamily & ChrisRG and some of the geo-kids.
Weren’t too sure if we were going to be able to find this one on the walk up seeing it is a night cache, however a bit of geosense from ChrisRG and were able to add our names to the log book. TFTC.
Hi, I’m Cirrus_WA but you may know me as CJ_252. Just a small change to my user name to take my actual name out of it.
I look forward to catching up soon at an event or in the field.

Day 266 of our 366 day straight challenge. Out for some caches with ChrisRG, Cirrus_WA, and some of the geokids.
Thought we'd attempt this one even though it's a bright sunny day. After a few minutes searching ChrisRG came up with the goods. Log signed and cache replaced as found. Tftc

Out for a couple of hours geocaching with my daughter and grandkids before going to work. We were also joined by Cirrus_WA
We were passing this one so thought we would have a look for it anyway. I had a pretty good idea of what this one would be and soon spotted a likely candidate. Yes that was it. Looks like it would be pretty easy in the dark. I might have to come back this way at night just to check it out.

400th find, and on the last day of the year no doubt... 400 finds across 4 years. TFTC!
Finally’!! Found it after the third time here and asking for help previously. Was driving past this area and thought I’d find it tonight and I did! So happy to turn this blue face yellow. Tftc!
Victory!! Fave point from us!
I'll let you know when I'm talking to the geohusband again - after I searched for a solid half hour he stumbled on it.

What a great idea..so simple and effective at night..fav for me and geoc..cache and log in good condition tftc
Thought we would have a look here but no luck this time! This cache seems like a difficult one but with this down poor of rain we had to give up! Will defiantly be back another night!
Came here in the day and at night but still no luck. This seems like a tricky but fun hide. It started to downpour on us therefore had to give up. Will definitely be back to look for this one!
Also a little confused as to where to look for this "lighthouse" DNF

After a 4 year hiatus, I recently got back into Geocaching after attending a coexist event in Berlin, before going spending the next month and a half nabbing the odd cache in various countries in Europe. Since returning to Perth earlier this week, I have decided to continue on, and invest in a premium membership, once again, and get out there to find some caches! I was bored and it was a rather wet Saturday night, so I decided to stop off at some caches that were in high-traffic areas such as the river foreshore. However, it was not to entire success, with only 3/7 finds.
Having searched for about 5 minutes, I was interrupted by a muggle, who decided to take advantage of the nearby car bays. After pretending to observe the city for 10 minutes, I ducked off to find another nearby cache. Upon return, the muggle had moved off, and I moved in. As the rain began to close in, with minutes until it was about to teem down, I had to make a find soon. Just as the rain started to pick up, I made a quick find after spotting something out of the corner of my eye.
Thanks duck for another brilliant cache, it's great to be back and to see so many of your caches ready for me to find! Have a well deserved favourite point! [^]

TFTH Duck. It’s a must do AFTER DUSK. Really appreciate all your hard work and maintenance on your century plus of FANTASTIC caches.
Find #72 of 365 streak. Its 6 degrees and 1am and here I stand, in the dark, by the water. And would you believe a car pulls up. I stood in the dark waited a minute and they drove off. Then I spotted yet another innovative duck cache. TFTC and a fav added.

Thought we would have a little snoop during the day, while taking photos of the city. Such an awesome cache! Popped a trackable inside
Found it during the day but Defo see now how this is a night cache. Minimal muggles around so thought it was ok. Sneakily returned it. Well done. That’s a brilliant cache
Yet another creative cool cache, few muggles in the area even at later at night, so caution was used. TFTC!
Found this one a little while ago in January but forgot to log it! I really liked this cache, super sneaky and very creative. Hadn't seen one like it before. TFTC duck 43!
Accompanied with Everlasting and Varuna
Caching day before I'm head to home in Melbourne tonight.
Found it
Thanks duck 43

Thanks duck 43
I asked Mr L to come and search with me because it was a duck 43 hide and I thought two pairs of eyes would be better. Typically, I was able to walk right up to this one for a very quick find. TFTC
Found while shirtue27 and yeatesy89 talked to a muggles and blocked the view if me searching TFTC
Even though we found this during the day a nice geo trail gave us a good hint TFTC
nan ( neva2old) found this one while i played with a puppy and aunty (shortie27) talked to the lady. tftc
We decided to tackle some more of duck 43 caches on Boxing Day, although this is designed for a night find we thought we would follow the instructions and just try our luck, well as it was hubby just happened to stand in the right place, glimpsed in the right direction and spotted the cache, there is or was no need to destroy the vegetation to find this cache, great craftsmanship on these caches TFTC
