GT37 and I were pleased that this was a nice quick find as we really shouldn't be stopping for caches on our rather late trip home. Always time for one more . . . . . . I keep hearing. Thanks for placing the cache for all to find.
And it was raining. And I didnt get wet. Found on the Mega Capital Geobash coastal loop via Adelaide - Barrington - coast to Mexico City loop. A lot of caches and white line fever was sweated out. Thanks Jump Pilot and clear skies from TeamAstro. Cache the planet! Some logs signed as TAD as teamed up with Tenkae and Deanside for additional fun. * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * *
Amazing bridgeCaching around on the road trip that encompasses Barrington Tops, Sydney, the Easter Geobash Mega in Canberra then the return via who knows where to homeThanks Jump Pilot for contributing to this great game for myself and others to enjoy.
Heading home after attending the Capital Geobash Mega in Canberra while passing by I made the appropriate detour for the search. A quick find was made. As thee was a muggle cyclist nearby to justify me interest in GZ I wandered over and had an interesting chat with him re the rail trail and rail trails that I had ridden. Thank you Jump Pilot for placing and maintaining this cache.
Visited it during 28-days geotrip to Australia, N.Caledonia, Vanuatu, Fiji, Am.Samoa, Fr.Polynesia with Marci, Ch. Sometimes we logged as "MT" or "Jonea" or "MTCh". Thanks for showing nice caches and places. MT-Jonea from Brno city in Czechia EU. G.tt
Back on the mainland, after nearly 3 months in Tassie. So nice to have avoided all the excessively hot weather.Passing through the area and happy to grab this hide. A good hint made for an easy enough find. Thanks Jump Pilot for placing the cache and doing the maintenance needed, so we can find this cache.
Found It!A quick find. Some interesting photos and bits of history here.TFTC
I rode past here last year but didnt stop to check if there was a hide here. Today I got it. Thanks for hiding one on the trail.
Found by Mary and David at 09:40. Walked through a green oasis. Enjoyed reading your detailed notes. Our thanks to Jump Pilot.
#3629 Final of five caches along the East Gippsland Rail Trail while travelling from Bairnsdale to Orbost. Found after a short search. TFTC
Heading home from a weekend up at Cooma watching rock Crawling and thought we would put a few caches under our belt.

Due to unforeseen circumstances Mr Smokey Bear will no longer be a part of Team Smokey Bear and will continue his adventures as "SmokeyBearOG".
So I'm relogging all previous finds under my new account.
Unfortunately this log will not show the original logging date.
**Thanks to Jump Pilot for this adventure, looking forward to many more.**

Found this one easily like so many say but I generally disagree. Thanks for the series.
A trip to check out all the awesome places in eastern Victoria. TFTC.
Took longer to get the log out of the container than to find the cache. Got there eventually.

In the area for the Alpine Rally so wanted a smiley face to record our movement. All good here, TFTC.
Found it! We stopped here on the way back to Lakes Entrance after visiting Orbost for the day. This was a quick find after checking for spiders. The local landcare group have done a fabulous job with the revegetation. We saw blue wrens flitting about as we arrived too! TFTC SL
A quick park & grab with 4maal at 3:10pm as we moved on out of Orbost.
Thanks jump pilot & jackson lightning

Day 3 of the Bring In The New Year (BITNY) road-trip. Today we packed up camp at Woods Point and headed back west towards Bairnsdale via Nowa Nowa and Lakes Entrance to name a few. Today I will hopefully travel through my last UBD map and tick off another LGA on my list.
Had to look twice in the same area before I found it. Didn’t want to go poking too far given there were two huntsman’s keeping watch on the area.
Thanks Jump Pilot for placing this gamepiece in the wild for us to find.

At first the clue didn't make a lot of sense but after a quick google search it came in very handy. TFTC
Cache found without any issues, the log is getting pretty full and might need a replacement soon. Thanks for the hide.
Finding the cache was quite a reward, but the real highlight of this location was the drive past the magnificent old railway viaduct along the flats. Thanks for the hide!
After negotiating with the huntsmen guards, geo daughter bravely put her hand in to get it.
We found this cache today on our Bairnsdale - Bruthen - Nowa Nowa - Orbost - Marlo - Lakes Entrance - Bairnsdale Road Trip. Continued on the road from the previous cache. Nice to put your hand to where you think that it will be to find the cache there. Thanks from D & HA B-A.
If one is wise one will use a stick. There are a few 8 legged guardians here. Nice spot. Out of the way. I haven't done the EGRT so I wouldn't have found it otherwise. Tftc
Taking a road trip to Lakes Entrance with GrimRaider. Another quick stop o our way south.
Thanks for hiding this cache Jump Pilot

A nice quick park and grab.

We saw this wonderful long trestle bridge and felt so sad for it deteriorating, then spotted this flyer in the shelter.
Maybe everyone can support it!

What a magnificent bridge, definitely deserves saving! Took a pearl and left a moustache ring. TFTC
Skated out here on rollerblades from town road got a tad rough towards the end there. Thanks for the cache
Part of a driving holiday, so a couple of touristy cache stops. Including here. Checking out the trestle bridge.
Thanks Jump Pilot and Jackson Lightning for entertaining me at this location.

No spiders in residence today. A quiet spot to pull over in the car. Will have to do the 2 wheeled version next time! TFTC
Heading homeward after the Clear Waters Mega we had to mark our geo route with smilies where there is room for car & caravan to stop safely. A slight detour meant we found some interesting information and a cache.

Just a quick run out of Orbost today and this was my first find of the day. TFTC.
Found on a bike ride with Crazy! Nat Girl while holidaying in the area, no trouble on this one and no spiders to be seen. Thanks for the cache.
Found this a while ago; logging now.
On my way for a trip down south and stopped here when I saw this East Gippsland Rail Trail (EGRT) cache near the road. Parked the car nearby and then it was just a short walk across. Read the hint, which definitely helped. Then it was back to the car and on with the trip. TFTH

After spending a quiet night camping at a farm-stay property a few km east of Nowa Nowa we were now enroute to our next destination at McKillops Bridge via Orbost where we decided to have a short break, and morning tea, before heading north on the Bonang Road. The location of this cache looked interesting so we tackled it before heading into Orbost.

Heading to Malacutta to find a cache to finally meet a road atlas challenge. Grabbing a few on the way. Seems as if I stop off at all caches on the way I may not get back to Lakes Entrance at a reasonable time this evening. But I'm almost done with this series so maybe it will work out ok. I've found the mozzies very friendly at all sites so far.

#7724 - 14:20; Day one of a trip through eastern Victoria with Sol de lune to build on our July trip further to the west. After travelling south along the Monaro Highway through Cooma, Nimmitabel, Bombala and through to Cann River, we are now on the Princes Highway and headed west. After grabbing the nearby trig, we set off after another GCA cache near here, but thought we'd grab this as it wasn't far from where we had parked. Turned out there was an even closer parking spot for this one, but it was a nice quick find anyway. TFTC Jump Pilot and Jackson Lightning
I sought out some geocaches while on a six-day trip with others from Pedal Power in Canberra to East Gippsland to ride the East Gippsland Railtrail. I found 32 caches plus I collected two travel bugs to share the journey. The weather was fine and mild, the scenery delightful and the company pleasant, making for a great trip.
This cache was a reasonably straightforward find, being in an obvious hiding spot on the coordinates. Thank you Jump Pilot and Jackson Lightning for installing and maintaining this cache.

The long weekend was here and it was time for fitzy_1965 and I to head down to Vic in the geo-unit for an epic geomission We had a great time camping, cruising around admiring the beautiful scenery and nabbing LOTS of caches! A great weekend of quality caching all round!
A short stroll from the geo-unit and a short search produced the cache for the signing.
Thanks for the hide, Jump Pilot

14709. Found during a long weekend caching run down through the Bombala / Genoa / Mallacoota / Cann River / Orbost / Lakes Entrance / Bairnsdale regions with specimenX.
A long weekend caching plan was hatched with specimenX to head down to Victoria for 4 days of caching and camping. Had a fantastic time driving around enjoying the scenery, camping at various locations, plus the huge number of caches to be found. Day Two dawned and we had survived the rain. Packed up and hit the road. Next find of the day. We didn't have room for any bikes this trip so we were grateful that many EGRT caches are available as nearly drive-bys. This one was a quick find at GZ. Signed the log, replaced the cache, and headed off to the next one.
Thanks to all the COs for placing their caches !!

Found during another road trip collecting various caches for the UBD map challenge.
After grabbing what might turn out to be the "best cappuccino ever", we stopped for this nicely hidden cache.
Thanks for placing this cache here for us to find. Cheers

Heading to Orbost for a couple of days caching, so what better than to grab these on the way. A nice quick find and we soon had our name in the log.
