We missed finding this way back in 2019. We called back so we could cross this off our to-do list. After doing a bit of homework I knew where to look this time. . Bingo Gotcha.. . replaced cache as found. Tftc
TFTC a great quick find the the GeoKid after a geocaching dry spell. Container was full of ants but weve cleared them out ready for the next finder
Coords were way off. But with a bit of searching on hands and knees, cache was in hand.
Pretty good hints here yet we missed it on first sweep past. Ok, time to get serious
Within minutes we then found it. All I will say is it is not white!
We are totally enjoying our caching visit to Flagstone.
One more then it's lunch time at Crunchy's.

Coords were 15m out. I went by the Nov 22 Note in the description and made a quick find. Thanks angry blob and have a great Christmas
Found it. Forgot pencil, so no log.
Nice place too, kids had a sing on the stage

Having returned a visiting dog to Jimboomba I had enough time to swing by Flagstone to look for the remaining three caches I have to find…
Knowing the CO had been through recently I arrived full of confidence… but after another swing and miss at Going Nuts I was a little rattled…
I had read the latest OM and knew there had been an elevation adjustment… but I failed initially to read the description…
It wasn’t until I was on my hands and knees that I found the additional info… back over the railing then…
The cache is now some 16m from GZ, but I’m glad to finally remove this blue face from the map… it’s only taken 18 months…

Had a good hunt but couldn't find. Last found log was from last year. Hopefully it is still there somewhere...
Not quite the what the description . Saw something poking out and it was the cache. TFTC
Got here in the dark and armed with a torch headed onto the deck to get my bearings. Lined myself up with GZ and then went around and down. I looked all along where the hint said and then worked my way back and almost missed it a second time. Ah haaaa didn’t expect that and there. Signed and replaced. Tricky tricky.
It's been exactly two weeks since my last caching adventure and as you could probably guess I'm having withdrawals, so I jumped at the opportunity to join Chamad, Willis007 and TripleTurmoil for an epic LONG day of caching on the southside. Our day started bright and early at Browns Plains, then Greenbank, Flagstone then a short distance away from Flinders Peak to finish off the day. The goal for the day was to complete the Oxley series and grab a bunch of other caches along the way, considering we'd most likely never return it would be silly not to grab them.
In total I managed 30 finds for the day, not a bad effort I must say.
The whole time I lived in Flagstone and living literally two minutes away I never took the time out of my day to visit this spot, well I guess caching has now given me a reason to stop by after all. What a lovely little park.
It took us a few minutes to find the cache, I spotted a couple of decoys at first and decided to take one of them home to repurpose one day. We had a good feeling we were in the correct spot and after a few more minutes the sneaky cache was retrieved and in hand.
Thanks for bringing us here.

Targeting the Oxley series today, along with some other cool caches along the way. Our super crew of chamad, Triple Turmoil and NayFee stopped here to make the find.
We were a little stumped at first, but it didn't take too long for the sneaky little cache to be found. Log signed, we continued our journey.
Thanks angry blob for the cache, a fav from me.

Out with Willis007, Nayfee and Triple Turmoil for another day of cache madness. The plan for today was to finish off the Oxley series of caches and grab a few extras along the way. Some areas we will probably never come to again so it was best to grab those caches as we passed by. With three of us living on the northside carpooling was the best option today. Then we had to grab triple turmoil, so a plan was hatched, a place to meet was organised and off we went. In all we completed the Oxley series; we did grab a few extras and then the highlight of the day an unexpected walk to grab a very fine alphabet cache. As always, a fun day, full of laughs and mischievousness, thank you.
Making our way on the Oxley series we came into Flagstone and needed the mailbox here. Why not grab a few others while we are here so we grabbed all that was available in town. Thanks to the CO’s for the placements of these. Logs were signed in all and caches replaced as found. This one took a few minutes longer than we should have, I guess you do need to walk in the gardens albeit on the bark to get to this one, but with no one around no one even knew we were there.

Willis007, Chamad, Nayfee and myself were on a mission today to finish the Oxley Series, but to also get a heap of other caches along the way because when we cache, we cache all day!
A little different to the description but found and signed nevertheless.

Our third DNF for the day... it’s at this point that I’d say we go home.... but we’re here now...
Read the cache page... and tried to stay true to it... beaten by a 6yo...

Found with the cache detached from its implement. Managed to bring it into the light and reattached it as best as possible. TFTC!
We called back to do this cache as we mist it a while ago.looked and looked, still unable to find it
A bit of time to spare.
New developments here since last I visited.
Cache was a good hide. still a quick find.
Thank you for hiding this one

Found by Mary and David at 13:25. Enjoyed this spot, and now Mary has real estate envy. Surely the amphitheatre deserves more use? You could seat a lot of people here. Nice hide, too. Our thanks to angry blob.
Having seen the CO had been here today, I persisted in my search. I read, reread and read the description again and again. Walked up and down the GZ area. Then I noticed something in the logs and thought how did I miss that! Oh there it is! TFTC
Came here to check out something else. Apparently, a lot of kids had a running event that passes GZ. Right next to GZ there was a council worker blowing leaves or something. I waited for some time but he really seemed to enjoy what he was doing...
Next time.
Next time.
Messaging the owner, because I found part of the previous cache container. It appears that I may have been beside the current hide, I must of had cache blindness. Anyway I have to come back to get a few more around here so I will return one day
Cache on a stick in place until I can hopefully find a replacement like the original.
Kept going back over the area where it should be. Took a little while but eventually found. Nice hide! Thanks for the cache!
Finally got a smile here, have been here before but after reading information properly, it was quite easy. Found with bennyboppers and remsjw today. Tftc
Back in Jimboomba again after 12 months, travelling into North Queensland and the Tip. House sitting next door to old home, souvenirs to collect, so saved a couple around Flagstone to do the job. This cache we had a DNF just over 12 months ago where we were here last, wanted to retry to finish off the year.
Arrived at GZ, and both of us started searching. I found the skin of the python that had been mentioned earlier, along with the wasp nest (which I stayed well clear of).
Both of us searching every nook and cranny, bearing in mind the hint and the description. It was not until I read the description OUT LOUD again that Mr D reached in behind me and pulled out the cache. Very clever angry blob and daughter, you really deserve a favorite point each for this hide.
Happy New Year!

Looked for this cache a long time ago but I am sure I didn't read the hint properly or I would have found it as it was a quick easy find tonight. Left my signature and replaced the clever cache. TFTC
You sneaky little cacher! Found after 5th attempt, left a polished agate for the trouble. This deserves a favorite point from me.
Checked every crevice with a torch in case it got pushed in. There is no cache in the wall
Wow! This is a great cache and we are happy to confirm we found Angry Blob's correct cache with the stickers as described and an empty logbook to which we very happily added our signatures. We felt a great sense of accomplishment after a little worrying time of searching. We didn't see any other cache container where we were searching. I am most happy to award this cache a favourite point! Cheers and many thanks Angry Blob for the enjoyment this cache added to our day.
Just over 2 years since my first attempt at this cache and I can now see why we missed it - amazing how experience can assist finding some caches! A great hide that is worthy of a favourite point angry blob - and we did find the correct cache.
Enjoying a lovely day out caching with geo friends and this was without doubt the best find of the day, I was certainly looking for something totally different here and this is very worthy of a favorite point from me.
Thanks angry blob for the great effort that went into placing this cache - TFTC

I replaced the log in this cache mid last year and it is still blank. I believe someone has left a 2nd container but I can't find it. The correct one has a green geocache sticker on the outside of the container and an angry blob sticker on the front of the logbook. If you find a different container please throw it out.
It was just on dark as I pulled up. the nearby streetlight needs replacing as it turned off as I headed down the stairs.
Luckily there was enough light from the other lamp posts for me to search. It was an easy find for this type of hide as the cache was fully exposed. I signed the log and replaced it with a little more cover and headed back up the stairs as the street light decided to turn off again. I then passed a couple of muggles who headed down the steps which I had just climbed. That was close to being muggled.

After selling up in the area and going for a drive, mid 2011, we are back temporarily in Jimboomba again, this time as cachers, so thought we had better check out the areas we used to walk our dog.
There are new streets in Flagstone, so I thought we might get lost, but Karen did get us close enough to the amphitheatre...
It was hot today, so our tempers were beginning to fray, mr D was up around the rock, watching out for mrs Python, who was not to be seen today, however, paper wasps are around, as were two families of muggles. Sadly, we had to call it a day.

Only find was tiny bit of paper with the words geocaching on it. Did some maintenance, still in exact location. Small green tin is now new home
Cache is still in place. If anyone finds the green tin please throw it out, it's not the cache.
A nice cache to start a morning run today. All nice and quiet at GZ, I missed the container on first pass as I was looking for the obvious hiding spot... I soon spotted it as I stood back and scanned the wall... [^]
Out with the cache and my name swiftly added to the log, I tucked it back in place and moved on.
That fits very nicely into its lair...
Cheers angry blob.

First find for us. Young miss 8 low enough to spot it after about 20 mins of search in through gaps in the rock. Thankyou!
Here I am I stuck my face in every crevice there was. Then I come eye to eye with a big mama 2m coiled up carpet snake. I decided I didn't want to have a beefy with this snake so I quietly stepped back and let out a belated scream. She wasn't happy with this and stretched out straight. I have not signed this cache. Please don't make me sign this cache.
Woo Hoo!!!! This is my first Geo cache find ever. Great hiding spot. Although there was a snake not far from the find.
Beware....,saw big python slowly slither into gaps.....decided not to investigate further!
It took all of us hunting around GZ but it was the eagle-eyed Cleo who spied something a bit different. We are intrigued to know just how this cache site was made? Thanks for bringing us kiwis on holiday with family to these 3 great caches angry blob and then little girl. They all brought smiles to our geograndaughters faces.
Out Geocaching with Geefer and Team Benders today. The Hint says "Rock wall below deck". OK that's good let's head there. Some Amphitheatre - I hope it is appreciated and used by the Flagstone residents and visitors. It would be a great place for an open-air band concert.
In the description it says "It is a small pvc container inside of larger tube that you need to slide out to retrieve the cache." That sounds very clever. When we found it, we wondered why the hiding hole existed, Very unusual, and so deep. The attaching line was broken, so it was re-tied, but it is becoming brittle, so may need replacing soon, or the actual cache may get lost inside the hiding hole. Great place and a favourite awarded, partially because of the location
Found at 10am on 27th June 2015. TFTC.
