Well . . . . I arrived and parked and looked around and then dashed over and it was jammed in there pretty tight . . . . . there was no way I could discreetly remove this one . . . . . got it out and back to the car to sign. The lid dropped off when I opened it so I fashioned a new one but didn't have a clingy thing and then just propped it back where I got it from. TFTC
Nifty little hide. I made the find and replaced just before some muggles came by. TFTC.
Forgot to log this the other day. Have tried to resurrect the log but put it in the bottom of the tin and put a new waterproof one in for you. Tftc
A night mission to Hamilton with Philip.Perry and ApacheD. We only decided tonight to come over so didn't really have a plan of attack other than to start at one cache and just keep going for as long as we could. I did have a 7 am curfew which I made just in time then I sleeped half the day away. We learnt it's so much easier to cache at night no traffic no parking issues no muggles we had a fairly successful night and I look forward to our next night attack.signed logs PAD

An impromptu all night affair with no muggles, no traffic and all the parking we could want! Set off with ApacheD & Davidsonclan around 7pm with a couple of sneaky Tauranga caches before starting the 'Hamilton Assault' It was a productive 10 hours in spite of the weather & DNFs. Signed our logs as PAD to save time and log space.
Cache found quickly and in good condition thanks to accurate coords and a straight forward placement. I could imagine this being harder in the day but tonight we were good to go Cheers helicopter1919, TFTC.

5:30 Sunday morning, noone around paying attention to me, made this a good time to pick up this cache.
Found the cache wasnt able to sign az logs were wet... so it needs fixing... found with Libz05... MiniMole
Greetings from Australia. In town for a few days to explore. Targeted this cache as it has a rate DT combo but to be honest I would question the D rating on this one. Perhaps there are more muggles at other times and I just got lucky. TNLN TFTC
Convinced KathyKaches to take a day off work and come caching with me...we spent the day collecting caches while driving from Tauranga to Hamilton (and stopping for coffees and treats along the way of course).
Had to be very stealthy here as it is in a very 'open' location. Quickly signed and returned. Thanks for the cache

A quick but tricky find just as some schoolkids were starting to wander past. tftc.
An enjoyable quick find - we managed to find way more caches than we expected on our quick trip to 'the city'. TFTC
On my way up the line for a week of r&r and stopped for a couple of nights in Hamilton to pick up some caches. Back in Hamilton after completing the power trail from Ngaruawahia to Huntly and caches in Huntly. Still time in the day for more caches. This was a quick find. Had to wait for a car and a walker to pass but took this time to survey the area and spotted the cache easily. TFTC
Had soccer at nearby park so nice distracting walk for the non playing children
First road trip for a while and making my way North. Enjoying a variety of caches all adding to the enjoyment of this trip. A quick find here. TFTC
This looked a straightforward, almost-drive-by.....late morning on rubbish collection day, so skirted a number of blue crates and admired a number of very pleasant houses, while stealthily dealing with the cache. TFTC
Found this after a little detour on the way into the centre of town right were it said TFTC
I had to head South for work this morning. Once that was finished I decided to just keep going Southward and spend the afternoon collecting some cache finds. This hide looked interesting so I thought I would check it out. Parked up near GZ and made my way over to GZ. I got lucky as there were no muggles about today. Quickly spotted the hide. Completed the formalities in the shade before returning and heading on my way. Cheers for the cache placement!
On a stroll around the Dinsdale area. The cache was quickly found, but grabbing it was not so easy - however soon signed and returned. TFTC
#11180. We'd come to the area to find the final of a puzzle. We DNF'ed that cache, but went for a short walk and found this one instead. TFTC.
After walking around the lake with mixed success caching-wise, we decided to do a few drive bys and short walks to at least boost the caching total to a more respectable number. This was find #8 after a hard day at the office.
No worries here as it was pretty quiet at the time and the cache was easily spotted and the log book retrieved with just a little bit of bother (had to use tweezers). TFTC.

Quickly found. Couldn't get cache out so just opened lid and pulled log out. Such an exposed area and cache I'm surprised it stays around. Tftc
The end of 2015 saw us take on a big couple of days of caching. At the beginning of the year, we set a goal of reaching 4000 caches by the end of the year. Towards the end of 2015, it wasn't looking too promising as geocaching got put a bit on the backburner for us as life and things happened. Come two days to the end of 2015 and we realised we were much closer than we realised, so set off to Hamilton for some binge caching to reach that milestone! Today was a day with a lot of more DNFs than expected and less numbers than we wanted, but regardless, it still brought us that little bit closer to our goal.
A quiet intersection here today, so this grab was made pretty swiftly. Thanks for the hide!

Happy to be caching in Hamilton as we pass through heading northward.
In and out on this one, without raising a murmur's worth of attention from the locals.
Straightforward find. All in order; log signed, cache safely re-hidden.
TFTC found with team cacher Sweet P too
The Turtle strikes again!

Could retrieve the log book without removing the cache. No one about today so a nice easy find. TFTC
found with friend from canada, container stuck in place but coould still open. TFTC
No one around so was a quick grab. The area its hidden was damaged, made it a bit difficult to get out but nonetheless TFTC
Saw it as I was getting out of the car so was able to make a quick b line to the cache and do the business without looking suspect.

643 Quick find. Cache seems to have lost its stickability but otherwise all good. Wedged in place.
Late night find, dropped the difficulty level. Nice to get another cache on the road to 1000 TFTC!
Over this side of town, so you do what you gotta do. Quite muggly at this time of day, but chose the right moments. Cheers.
This cache was on my list to fill in a hole in my D/T grid, found while in Hamilton for a Dahlia show. Thanks for the cache
On my usual morning walk and noticed the cache wasn't there. But spotted it out in the open on the ground by the nearest letterbox. Replaced it
12.05am - Well it's Dot day for us, so thought we would stay out a little longer to be able to claim. SLTFTC
A Dot Day... The mission for today: find mid-level D Rated caches. Gap (of Fap and Gap) and I are heading to South Auckland. Everything in between is fair game... Our main targets are Marmis' Challenge Caches (the ones we've qualified for). However, as we were driving through the countryside, we discovered others where we also met the target...
The midnight hour struck, so this cache was found officially in the early hours of Sunday 1 of February... By coincidence, also a Dot Day. The neighbours were still blasting their stereo, but the street was relatively quiet. No problems finding this in darkness, but the note inside was something else. Can someone in Hamilton please help the new cacher out? TFTC.

Finally got a quiet time to stop and grab this one. Quick find, sign and replace thanks.
YAY! cool cache, nice and simple! i live at 40a Gibson road so I walked to this one. Their is a note in their from me in a glad bag (please read) Thanks so much!
Haha! I'm a geocacher and I live next door to this cache!!!! I'm going to go out and find it!
Thought to grab this one on the way to work nice and early. As it was nice and cool and most sensible were not up and about as yet it was a quick grab and walk away only to return it on the way back to the car
thanks for the placement

I found this one during my lunch break today. Previous loggers have mentioned the hide is a straightforward find when you reach GZ and I agree - I didn't actually need to use my GPSr once I'd arrived at the approximate location and, if you time your visit right, this could be a much lower difficulty rating. However, as the cache description says, the rating reflects the difficulty in recovering the cache without drawing attention from nearby muggles, not the difficulty in discovering the hide and, as I found out today, I definitely hadn't timed my visit well. There were several muggles out in front of the nearby property and, not wanting to compromise the cache, I decided to leave my search for another day. Went and got some lunch and then decided to drive by here again in case they'd moved on. Nope, more had arrived by now and there was even a bit of a heated debate going on. Watched them all for a while & realised that no-one was interested in me, or in anything other than themselves actually, so I wandered over, grabbed the cache, walked down the street away from GZ to sign and then walked back to replace. Easier to replace thankfully as the muggles had all moved inside by now. Good magnet but the container needs to be put back in place fairly carefully to make sure it 'sticks' ... I suspect that's why one finder reported it on the ground. TFTC helicopter1919
Noticed that great difficulty rating on this cache, and after taking to a few finders at yesterdays event I thought I'd better grab this one before while it's still high. Was lucky when I arrived at GZ to have it muggle free which allowed for a quick grab. Had to rush back to the car to grab another pen as the one I had decided to stop on me. Coast still clear when I replaced. Thanks for the find.
I sent Steed a msg as soon as this was published the other day, as it is just around the corner from his work and it was just when he comes home in the middle of the day, but unfortunately he was already on his way, so we missed a possible FTF.
Today he collected it on his way home with no electronic assistance.

Cache on ground made for easy find. Magnet seems to have lost its grip, may need to be maintained. Hide best we could.
Easy find but took ages to replace with cars coming out of driveways close and a man watering his garden across the road. Took the cache and went to make another find nearby and then returned about 10 mins later and was able to replace without difficulty. Thanks very much helicopter1919
Sunday and its too hot for a long walk so around some Hamilton parks to get some caches
I found this cache this afternoon after doing some work around the houserunning an errand in Frankton and popped in here on my way home. The cache is in close proximity to a large number of residential properties but the hide it self can be easily spotted. I took the container down the path away from GZ to sign so as not to draw attention to my self or the cache itself. Like the previous finder I don't neccasarily agree with the D/ T raining although I did appreciate it as it ticks off a gap on my DT grid.
Around 1 km from home. But I was having lunch at workers so a slight detour on way home. Wouldn't say it was a 4 difficulty. Perhaps a 2 or 2.5. Wonder how this one will last. Ftf
