Hi davesnz
This geocache was brought to my attention as being in need of an owner maintenance visit and after my previous reviewer note, there has been no owner response. The cache owner needs to check on this cache ASAP and either replace it or archive it, after picking up any geo-litter. See the [maintenance section of the Geocache Listing Requirements/Guidelines](http://www.geocaching.com/about/guidelines.aspx#listingmaintenance).
I've added this cache to my watchlist, and I will check back in four weeks to be sure that the maintenance has been done. In the meantime, I have temporarily disabled this listing. When the maintenance is completed, the owner can enable the listing by clicking on the link below the cache name to return it to active status.
Whatever your intentions, please **post a note** here on the cache page (not email) to let us know that you are still active and maintaining the cache. If a month passes without seeing a response, then I'll assume that this listing should be archived.
Please note, that if a cache is archived due to lack of owner maintenance, the cache is unable to be unarchived.
Regards
TheCoddiwompler

As the last visitor has commented, this should have been straight forward, but I couldn't locate it either.
The sun was out again, so I was going the make the most of my remaining time. TFTC!!
Stopped here this afternoon on the way back from finding the two TMGT caches up the coast. A quick and easy find. Signed log, TFTC.
Away in the camper for a few days doing TMGT caches. Spent the day going up to Anaura Bay, and Tolaga Bay and stopped to find this series on the way back to Gisborne. At the first one, #6, we didn't bother stopping because a workman muggle was parked right there. So we carried on to to the next one, #5. Parked and Mrs S jumped out to make the find. Lots of traffic on this road and she felt a bit conspicuous. Soon retrieved , signed and replaced.
Thanks davesnz and stairsfambam.
Thanks davesnz and stairsfambam.
A nice quick find. I got the bike off the back of the car to find this series of caches. It's a nice cycle track resource for the cyclists!
Christmas holiday road trip to Auckland. Day six, in and around Gisborne.
Thanks to all CO's for publishing and maintaining their caches. Cheers.

One of 12 located in the Gisborne area on the last day of our Labour Weekend stayover. Found a few caches along or near the cycle trail before heading out to the airport mid-afternoon for our flight home. An easy find as this one was actually on the ground! Returned it to where I guessed it should go. #2821. TFTC.
Weekend in Gisborne for the Daffodil Show, time to find some caches. Thanks davesnz for the cache.
TFTC, a busy day caching in Gizzy. This is the second to last cache needing to be collected on the cycleway
Found on my trip north enjoying the caches in the area. Enjoying my time in Gisborne
Off on a 5 day mission from Northland to the East Coast with the main target being the last two CANZ caches that I had not yet found. The opportunity to grab some $25 airfares to Napier was just too good to miss, even though it was winter and the days might be short and the weather might be dodgy.
Day one though was a real mission, with early morning fog for the drive to Auckland, untold time navigating the long Akl parking lots, delayed flights before we took off and then again in the air before we could land causing a missed connection for the rental cache mobile pick up. To top it off, the weather was cold and wet, but I still managed four caches in the dark.
Day four dawned much better with a cloudless sky but still a chilly sou'west wind. Our accommodation was in Wainui Beach, so while Mrs had a sleep in, I headed out for an early morning exercise jaunt along this cycleway. Was surprised how many walkers were using it this morning and so a fair bit of stealth was required before making the cache retrieve. Also had to wait for a surfer muggle nearby to load his board and return inside before making the find here. No problems with this one. TFTC

For my personal challenge of working towards getting my calendar on GC.COM to be at least the same shade of green or darker I need to sign off at least 12 caches today. I won't grumble if I find one or two more. Today I decided to go a drive out from Kaiti to Okitu.
I applied the right technique to overcome the invisible force.
Cheers for the cache.

Day 4 of our NZ trip, and after a long drive from Rororua we figured we needed some exercise. We borrowed bikes at the motel and headed out on the cycle trail. Great series! TFTF Greetings from .
On a very wet day we had to grab some caches for the day before settling in for the night. Mr TW did a grand job of driving between the caches and managed some superb parking. Many thanks for this little series and we had a great job getting wet.
YUS back exactly a year later to avenge the DNF thanks for replacing the cache and it was found in good condition and replaced as found. TFTC.
This had been a planned trip in the company of HKCB to Whangarei but as the weather wasn't the best in the north we thought we would bring this trip forward and head over here to see what we could locate as neither of us had done a whole lot around this area.
Leaving home 7pm Friday evening and returning by midnite Saturday, 954kms travelled and approx. 70 caches located along with about 8 DNF's.
Thanks to all the CO's whom have put out these caches for us and completing the maintenance to keep them going.
The start of a new day and after a few hours sleep it was time to see what we could find with the real challenge being the new virtual as that was a primary goal for the trip. With the light up and no rain the day was looking good for a few caches. With the drizzle and grey skys we had the area to ourselves, so with a little inventive parking and some quick finds we were off again.
Thank you for the placement, thanks for the cache.

This weekend had been booked into headed to Whangarei with Cats&Dragons for a bit of caching, but as the weather wasn't looking flash at all, so we decided to head East instead to Gisbourne as we both hadn't done much caching in te area. Leave home about 7pm Friday, and returning home midnight Saturday meant we got a fair bit of caching time in for the limited time we had. All up we found just under 70 caches in total, so a big thanks for all the CO's for placing and maintaining the caches we found on this trip.
No bikes with us so turned thes into P'N'G's. A nice quick find here.

Maintenance visit to site to check geocache. Replaced with new cache container and log in original location as per description.
Too busy with traffic for safe hunting for kids...try again another day...
Had a big look, dont think it was there, there was a theme to my logs today unfortunately.
I tried out the cycleway on my bike and met up with W.E.K.A. and my wife who were walking.
Didn't take long to find.
Nice hide.
Thanks.

Travelling around the East Cape for the long ANZAC weekend and now reaching the home straight into Gisborne.
Saw this was a little series on the biking track so as we were in the car it was a quick find of all the series through here.
Thanks for the cache series placement to boost some numbers for our day.

The weather forecast was for a warm day, so we decided to take the bikes out for an early bike ride on the Kaita Wainui cycle trail. Didn't get out as early as we had hoped and the temperatures were already heating up as we headed out.
Another quick find with the traffic whizzing past. TFTC.

Oh man this one took a while to find, I think the last person had jammed it so it took a while for us to get out.
Came back to find this one, decided against looking last time due to lots of traffic NOT FOR KIDS, dangerous spot! Thanks.
Doubled back along this track as we missed a couple (probably because we were talking!)
Great to get them all and great to get out and about with our new recruit to caching!

Had a good hunt, and thought we'd find it as it had been found recently - but no joy.
Will try again with cousins in tow!

Was just going to post a note to say we'd have to give this one another go... when I spotted my wee Cache King's post. Yes, we had no luck. We hunted high and low - I'm sure we must have provided some light relief to the nearby Boardroom workers

A DNF for us too, although we looked on the way there and back. It's a shame it is in view of the nearby businesses.
Another nice quick pick up as we whizz through this trail of caches. Thanks davesnz
Found with bekacamcam not exactly a cycle way and a little dangerous just be careful if your taking kids
Enjoying being out in the sunhine after the downpour we had earlier in the day. TFTC
Stayed at motel oasis who had some bikes, how handy, out for a ride after work
