I was hoping to turn this sad face into a smiley today but no luck. Last time I was here several years ago I couldnt find it and this time I think I gave it a better go but still nope.
This morning, minisqwash and I got up nice and early to attend the Anzac Day Dawn service at Longford. Then off for a few geocaches. This cache was #10 out of 10 for the day. We spent ages searching on the end of bridge near GZ with no luck. Was ready to give up when minisqwash wanted to check other end of bridge. And there it was. Cache container with contents for swaps, but no log. Back to car to replace log and pencil, messaged CO details and replaced. Cache is now in good condition ready to be found. It's a great location and what a random spot for a pedestrian bridge. TFTC
This morning I went to the Anzac Day Dawn Service with geomum Sqwash. This was cache #10 for the day. Couldn't find it at GZ but I said to mum its probably at other end and then she found it. Did some maintenance and then we were done for the day. TFTC
DNF today, we saw the remains of the old log but just couldnt spot the cache today, will be back!
TFTCThe log was soaked and a blob. Didnt have a spare so hung it up to dry. When we replaced the cache we stood it up so it (hopefully) doesnt get wet again
first find for the evening. I had looked online at a few caches and for some reason thought that this cache was hidden in a stump.
Found after a short search and when I placed it back, I heard what sounded like a spacey gun shot or laser being fired. Cool!
Thanks for the cache!

While staying in Launceston we headed out to find 10 caches to start off this month's souvenir requirements. It was not a good start as we only found 5 and luckily this was one we found. A bridge in the middle of nowhere it seems. TFTC
Duce a good spot I thought it might of been on the far side but let the technology change my mind
A bit of a relief that it isn’t blackberry season - as the cache is easy to get to. Interesting spot though! Thanks!
Cute little spot here. Found a type of fluffy white bird I don’t think I’ve ever seen before too
Today we are heading back home after spending three fantastic days touring around the North East of the state. We have decided to meander our way back taking our time and taking a few roads less travelled in the North and we were picking off one or two outstanding caches along the way. It is quite a grey and overcast day with spots of showers, therefore good day to be in the car for most part.
As we were nearing gz here , there did not seem like a very good place to park . We parked a bit precariously at the side of the road. Probably the saving grace was that it was early afternoon and there was not much traffic on the road. It was raining steadily by now so wanted to make this a nice quick find so that we did not get too wet. Very aptly named bridge it is certainly surrounded by very thorny bushes. Otherwise a nice quick find. TFTC

out and about with Lil Rafa caching for the work days. easy find with clues. TFTC TNLN log dry. a new place I have not seen before. followed the Cacher trail to the GZ.
Thank for the cache Ryan00.
This cache was found on a short visit to the Launceston area with RLD4963.
Today we were heading home, but we were keen to grab a few caches as we headed south out of Launceston.
This was our first stop for the morning - as we approached GZ could see that the title of the cache was appropriate and we were concerned that we may not be appropriately dressed to retrieve the cache, but RLD4963 find the location of the cache, it was retrieved and log signed.

Fortunately no blackberries today so with accurate coordinates a quick find was achieved. Thank you for placing and maintaining the cache for for our enjoyment.
With Tillie. TFTC. Found on our TASMANIA ALL OVER journey. Join us on Facebook page of that name.
cacing with Westies Tillie and Mac and Angus 88 thanks for placing this cache for them.
Hi Ryan00, wandered along to the Blackberry Bridge this morning which is a very nice structure over a little creek surrounded by black berries. This silver cache hasn't been logged since the 16th May 2019 as the old log is in the cache so I am guessing it wasn't found and subsequently disabled due to the cache being dropped. I was very careful retrieving as I collected and even more so as I placed back. Of course while looking for the little cache it was obligatory to be prickled lol, although you shouldn't if you spy the cache first. Thanks for a wander on a nice sunny morning Ryan00 and also for your hides around the Launceston area.
I visited the area recently and checked in on this one, which is indeed missing. To be replaced soon
Unfortunately wasn't able to find it search everywhere with the kids under the bridge and around both ends but no luck
Had a quick look for the cache to fill some time in before a hair appointment did not find but a nice quiet little spot
I had previously tried to find this cache a bit earlier in the year about the time that there were a couple of other DNFs but for some reason I didn't log it at the time. I noticed that the cache had been found recently so I thought I would try my luck again and there it was...I am so sure that I had looked where it was before and it wasn't there but I have been know to miss the obvious before, so at least I can now claim this smiley face. Back home in Tas after time in NZ and Qld. Decided to take a small side trip on the way to somewhere else and found this cache. Great bridge on a little used trial that leads I don’t know where! TFTC
Should be easy I thought, but, no cache in sight. Looked at hint and logs and tried again. No luck.
We were making up our route as we went and headed for this one, seeing no parking we parked over the drainage ditch and made the short walk to gz, it was another quick find on a bridge we didnt know why it was here.
Soon added our names to the log and we were off.
Thanks for the cache.
Myself and goose of gooseandegg planned a trip North into the badlands to get some caches to help with our hidden creatures finds, early start for a Saturday with me picking Goose up at around 7 O'clock even with a couple of stops along the way we made good time which helped us to clock up 42 finds on the Saturday and 24 on the Sunday before heading back to the civilised South, getting back in my drive at just gone 6pm with 580kms under my belt, 66 caches in 35 hours while not a bad haul is less than 2 an hour, I must try harder next time!

What a great bridge, but why is there no proper path to it? I wonder what the plan was for it. Well for now it hides a cache so that's good enough for me.
Out on a cold morning to get a few new caches which have gone down since our last visit to Tas, TFTC
Hello Ryan00 thank you for the cache.
This one took a lot longer to find than it should have. A lovely bridge dose it get used?
I wanted to find some caches so I could get some Hidden Creatures souvenirs that I can proudly display on my profile page that no one will see.
I travelled up from Hobart for this search.

Had a great time searching for this one in the dark with my niece. Thanks for the hide
Found. Running out of room on log sheet but other than that in good condition - thanks for the adventure!
Scratched our heads on why this beautifully maintained bridge is here but makes a great spot for a cache. TFTC!
An odd spot to hide a bridge !!
It doesn't seem to get much use !!
I wandered across it today,
and soon found the cache
Sadly the blackberries were past their best

Loved this bridge, went on a geocaching day out with my mum & my best friend and her mum. TFTC
Hi there Ryan00.
We found your cache **"Blackberry Bridge"** at 11:55:00 AM today. (This brings our total find count to 18558).
The plan today was to log a random cache some distance from our camp site, and then find a few more caches using the "next closest" method. We started our journey in Youngtown and had a great day!
We ended up finding a variety of container types and sizes on our journey & found 5 caches (& DNF'd 1).
Thank you for placing this cache here, without geocaching as our guide we would never have found so many interesting places to visit on our nomadic wander around Australia.
**Cache Condition:** The container and log book are in good shape, but the velcro has come un-stuck.
**Coordinate Accuracy:** We found the cache around 2m from where the GPS said we should be looking.
**Took:** Nothing.
**Left:** Smiley Badge.
Thanks for the hunt today,
Regards
Ian & Penny.
