Visiting my daughter in Innisfail for a few days and came here for the Sunday markets. Quick find. The container has seen better days but the log was dry.
We stayed over night at the Mission Beach campground. In the morning we proceeded north along the beach and then on the A1 to Cairns. But after a few hundert meters we already stopped for this cache. On our Australian trip . After been from Darwin to Perth over the GRR, now on the Eastcoast starting from Cairns. After Port Douglas we now go south . A stop on our journey, but the wind nearly blows us of the place .Quick grab .TFTC# 17'760
Hmm, that is a really cosy place: spiders and their webs all over the place plus a snake warning. Luckily we did not have to search long. I would not have done it here. Now the cache is signed and we leave that place to its inhabitants. Thanks for the cache!
Found it after a brief search. The hint is somewhat misleading but it is next to metal. Strange thing is there are two caches here - not sure why this is... cache container is rather rusty but works. Tftc!
Flew into Cairns for a few days of caching in FNQ. Lots of driving aiming for LGA's as well as getting a cache as north as we can in Cooktown. Had a great time, and appreciate the CO's placing these caches. Log found and cache found. TFTC
TFTC smile20323 Out and about on a Sunny day grabing a cache to try and keep a challenge going signed as GS1947 on small logs placed a new log in container But it does need a new one Thank you Fullboar> for placing this cache for our enjoyment

Found it and another one in the same type of container. One was on the ground. Have put both back in the same vicinity.
Our caravan trip up North of Queensland is coming to an end: Leaving Atherton Tablelands towards home, North of Brisbane. After spending yesterday at Paronella Park, we made this detour to refresh our memories. We found this cache and signed the log.Tftc Fullboar

Very easy find. No lions around, but just earlier this year we spotted our first lion. Okay it was an ant lion, but hey, have you seen one before?

This is our first find in quite a while. Our move up to North Queensland from Victoria has put our hunting adventures on stand still. TFTF
Found it with the family and the Boundies! Nice quick one, though beware of the spiders. Left a token and a button.
Eew - my least favourite type of cache…one that involves lots of webs . A quick find by taller PP2 - Tftc
Few cache guardians here lol. No rain so out for a wander , found with the geokids..
Wasn’t able to search very well due to the shelter being overrun by giant spiders and mosquitoes ️
From the campground we took a walk along the Ulysses Link yWalking Track to the cache. Found it pretty fast.

TFTC SL Found while exploring the Mission Beach area. Thanks for bringing us here.
Thanks Fullboar> for the cache. It’s #1653 for us. We found your cache on 2 September 2022. Quick find before dinner!
Odd place for a shelter, feel it should be facing the beach. Not signed due to lack of pen. Like the mosaic stingray down a bit. HNB
Went for a walk to get this while we waited for the information centre to open. Took us a little while before we spotted it. There are a lot of spiderweb to dodge.

Too many cobwebs and unknowns for an extensive search so unfortunately no smiley today
Great Northern escape 2022 Day 95. Tully Day 9. I had left myself one day to explore the region so I headed out to the Mission beach area. I was rewarded with my first every wild adult Cassowary sighting. I managed a few caches and a nice walk on the beach. I also visited an amazing river on the flat area west of the highway. It is very interesting in amongst the cane fields.
The day started with this shed. I was able to see it from one side and retrieved from the other. A bit awkward, but well out of the way of most users.
Thanks for the cache Fullboar>
