unfortunately no find today. maybe the owner could check and let us it's still live?
Called by here today. With so many DNF's I think the owners need to check on this one.
Out and about exploring the foreshore caches of Tin Can Bay this afternoon. Unfortunately we were unable to find this one. We looked everywhere and all around the area but couldn't find it. There was nothing in thhe most obvious spot and with a DNF yesterday I suspect that this one may have been muggled.
We followed the compass and searched the bushes, we looked under the most obvious spot and followed geotrails. We read the previous logs and are sure we were in the right 'likely' spot, and we explored it from all angles. No luck! Hopefully it hasn't been holiday muggled!
Out and about in OLY out motor home. A nice spot to stop and have a coffee and grab our 1500 thanks for the cache.
After basing ourselves at Standown Park we managed to get this cache while touring around the Tin Can Bay/Rainbow Beach area. Nice one. Thanks to roganddiemeny for placing this cache and adding to our enjoyment of the location.
I town for New Years Eve.
A short walk to this one and a quick find.
Thanks for the cache.

Out and about collecting a few caches over Christmas. As we approached gz we spotted some obvious cacher activities. Maybe their shirts should have given it away. Great to meet you Stopalot! After looking a bit away from gz down an obvious geo-trail geo kid soon had cache in hand. Tftc
Out with Stopalot and a family came wandering.... No not muggle but Timmjg! Nice to meet you! Great work by geo-kid (& I would have jumped too)
Out on a day trip with geodaughter Datsun Tragic to check out the local beach communities and pick up some caches along the way. Nice to meet Timmyjg family who arrived just after we started looking. TFTC
Today we visited several very nice caches in this area while we were travelling from rainbow beach towards gympie. Quick find in a obvious spot.
Found this one after performing maintenance on my own caches in the area. Good hide, TFTC.
We're in TCB this weekend for the National Field Target Air Rifle championships, so with a spare cuppla hours up our sleeves, we went on a bit of a cache hunt. We chose to ride our bikes along the beautiful bikeway, and this cache was our first find for the day. Very well-concealed, but a nice easy find. Thanks roganddiemeny for placing this cache.
TFTC! A little bit off course but eventually found where I first thought. Picked up trackable 6NY7M6.
Updating the location of the TB that has recently dropped in the cache as it has been out of action for many months.
#10 This cache was not too easy, as it took us a little bit to find its exact location. Lots of fun. Took nothing, left nothing. TFTC.
Initially went looking for this without a GPS and went to the wrong one and crawled around to no avail. Then after returning with my phone the cache was quickly in hand. TFTC
When we arrive I though yip, that's where it'd be.. But my coords sent me further away... Into the creek. After realizing it wasn't where my coords said I got MAM to check. Yup. Right where I'd first thought. Tftc.
Needed two visits to retrieve this cache. On the first visit I worked out where the cache was but there were to many muggles around. Returned a few hours later and was able to retrieved the cache and sign the log.
Thanks for the cache a pleasant spot for an afternoon walk.

Nice little walking track. Clever name - didn't see any herons or honeyeaters around here today though.
Gps trouble but narrowed down the search area eventually when the satellites started to assist.
Found in a typical cache hiding spot. Easy reach around.
Took yellow car, left sticker.

Together with a muggle friend I found this one on a stroll to the convenience store. Sometimes it's worth to read very well everything about the cache .

A super find with a cute clue. If I hadnt looked from the angle I did, I would never have seen it. Look from all angles!
Our GPSr wasn't settling down very well here, probably due to the weather conditions, so after going on a bit of a wander we walked back toward the car park and took a look at the big picture - bingo! TFTC
Sweet_bee and I pulled up for this one next.
I motored toward GZ - using Sweet-Sour's co-ordinates - and came across a likely structure. After a bit of a hunt of everywhere.. except where the cache was.. I soon spotted it. I signed the log and re-hid the cache.
A nice little area and a good excuse to stop. TFTC roganddiemeny

Wahoo...my first log (although I've been caching with Mum and Dad for a few months)!!! We were camping nearby and decided to do some caches. Thanks for the cache
Staying at a nearby caravan park so we thought we'd go for an after dinner walk....and there is no better walk than one that involves a cache. Beautiful spot along the waterfront. Joint find with my son Mr Showcase. Thanks for the cache
In Tin Can Bay for today's market, after packing up, went for a drive to find this only green box to turn it into a successfully done. Was not a difficult find.
The published co-ords were about 10m out, I've published the co-ords that worked for me today, no guarantees as the distance on compass mode kept changing from 6 to 10m.
All with the cache

Travelling after the QLD Mega. Heading back towards Brisbane today, what a lovely spot Tin Can Bay is. Enjoying our exploring whilst travelling. SL. TFTC.
I know we're Sparrows, but that didn't help us here. This where a person should trust their instincts. I went to GZ first up and said this is the obvious place. But no, I searched where the Garmin said GZ was. So it wasn't til austrees went back to the initial point and said to search a bit better.

We came out for a day of caching before I head off to Sydney for a few weeks. What a lovely day to be in TinCan Bay and this cache is an easy find on a lovely walk. TFTC

I had a plan for today and tomorrow. Leave home early for the hour and a quarter drive to Gympie and be down at the first of the Old Bruce lot at sunup. This plan worked.
I have now finished all the ones I needed in Gympie and this one has been on my radar for awhile now so Gympie to here then Maryborough then the Bay. Quick find in obvious spot as GPSr wanted me on one side Good co ordinates. TFTC roganddiemeny

Tad bit late, just found out that the phone didn't upload our find last year
A lovely walk to find the cache as I remember it.

Happily, I was on a weekend getaway to this gorgeous part of the universe and noticed this sneaky little green dot in a sea of smileys.... Hmmmm, best be changing that So while the sun is at it's worst, it is always a good time to say to the munchkins that we need to retreat from the heat and take shelter in Spangle. Oh, and of course find a cache or two!
We parked Spangle close to GZ and while the munchkins were enjoying the air-conditioning, I skipped off to find the new beasty. I spotted a Nankeen Night Heron on my travels but was too involved in my mission to stop and admire.... caches to find
Rightio, pretty sure I know where I can capture the cache, just which end exactly? Ahhh, there you are I snavelled the cache from its hidey hole and went about the ritual signing. Once the formalities were out of the way, I replaced the cache back where it belonged.
Thanks for the cache roganddiemeny
