### **OWNER MAINTENANCE REQUIRED PLEASE** ###
----------
Hi there robinson_family_oz,
It looks like this cache might need some attention, as one or more seekers have indicated there is an issue. The cache has been temporarily disabled, so as to remove it from search listings and discourage people from visiting this location until the issues/s with this cache can be addressed.
**You do need to respond in some way within 14 days, so others know you are on top of it, as well as indicating exactly what is happening with this placement - please don't let a lack of communication scuttle this listing.**
#What should you do now:-#
You have a number of choices so pick the one that applies from this handy list:-
- **Check On The Cache:-** Visit the cache and repair and/or replace or do whatever else is needed, post an [**Owner Maintenance log**](http://support.groundspeak.com/index.php?pg=kb.page&id=404) indicating the cache has been checked and [**ENABLE your cache**](https://support.groundspeak.com/index.php?pg=kb.page&id=235 ). Then sit back and wait for the logs of praise to roll in.
- **Place A Write Note Log::-** Reviewers don't have a crystal ball, so without your note on the cache page explaining that the site works are on-going, or you have been in hospital, or the area is in flood, they can't tell what is going on with the cache.
So please just post a note to the page (within 14 days) and when a Reviewer next looks at the listing, all will be fine for a little bit longer.
**Be sure to indicate the actual date that you expect to have it fixed so that everyone knows you are on top of it. If you have a long term unavailable cache (where you don't have an actual date) please ensure you visit the page and post a note every 4 to 6 weeks, so as to keep everyone up to speed.**
- **Adopt/Archive:-** If you don't plan on fixing it then you could consider passing it on to another geocacher by asking them to [**Adopt it**](https://www.geocaching.com/help/index.php?pg=kb.chapter&id=38&pgid=54) or alternatively, you need to [**Archive it**](https://www.geocaching.com/help/index.php?pg=kb.chapter&id=38&pgid=56), so it is removed from searches and someone else can have the spot. Don't forget to remove any remnants of your previously enjoyed cache too.
You might wonder what happens if you don't pick one of those. Well, if nothing happens, then a few weeks from today, when a Reviewer next looks at the cache page, it is likely that they will, unfortunately, have to de-list (Archive) on the basis that it has been abandoned.
Honestly, I'd rather you decide so please do something before then. Please don't send me an email but instead follow the information/advice posted above.
**JUST A TIP:-** Have you checked out the new Geocaching Dash Board designed to assist a Cache Owner in managing the caches they own? Have a read about it [**HERE.**](https://www.geocaching.com/blog/2020/07/welcome-to-the-cache-owner-dashboard/?newsletter=PM) You will find your very own dash board [**HERE**](https://www.geocaching.com/play/owner?utm_source=geocaching&utm_medium=blog&utm_campaign=COD).
Thanks for your cooperation,

This one has been taunting me for some time while heading gone from work. glad to be able to turn it into a smiley.
Today is TWOSDAY the 22/2/22
Trying to cram more than two into limited time, albeit 2 hours.
This was a very easy find as the cache container without the lid was clearly visible.
The lid and cache contents were gathered up and replaced back into the hidey hole.
The cache logbook has seen better times and is in need of a replacement.
Many thanks

Just loving the history of these ones. Great job in putting these together.
This one has been pretty wet.

Gosh, always thought this road was a dead end! What a shame there's no sign to signify this spot and thank you for the information. Container holding water and original log saturated.
Out and about for a ladies day with xambo4u checking out caches in and around Sunbury. This was our first stop for the day and one xambo4u had already found. The cache was quickly found but the contents were soaked. Added a temporary log but needs owner intervention. TFTC.
We found this one quite quickly thanks. Unfortunately the container was filled with water.

A mate organised a bike ride from Gisborne to Macedon and back, so I stuck the steed into the car and drove up to meet him and the other members of our BUG.
Once that was over, I cast about for a bit of adventure... two caches in town, then back on the freeway. With a slight detour to this one that has sat tantalisingly outside Sunbury for... well, years.
So I made a start on the series.
Thanks, robinson_family_oz. A quick park and grab. Thankful for my stamp, as a pencil or pen would not have worked on the wet log.

Found, little detour on way home from Melbourne. Log is really wet, has had moisture in it. Tried to dry contain out so see how it goes
On way to St Arnaud for Mega and stay there for a week. Found your cache today. robinson_family_oz, thank you so much for placing it.
Found it on way to St Arnaud for upcoming Mega Event. Thanks Robinson_family_oz for placing it and fun.
On the way to St Arnaud Mega. Detour and found and signed the log, drop off the trackables. Thanks for the cache and hide.
In the area today to deliver some First Aid training to the local VicSes unit, but couldn't resist smashing out a few caches as well.
Love a quick drive by sometimes

I needed the coordinates of a cache on the northern outskirts of the city and this filled the bill. People were working on the highway adjacent installing wire safety barriers , a farmer ploughing his paddock in the other direction. All seemed engrossed in their work and took no notice of me grovelling around next to shrubs. The Driver had conveniently parked so I was screened from the farmer anyway. I left a TB here to continue its travels.
Easy find. But the log book has seen better days. It's clearly been wet so the pagers are stuck together. May be a good idea to replace it
A day trip to Sunbury for a swim at the pool and an arvo of caching. A drive up to cache - parked and walked the 1 metre to GZ. Not stumped at all.
*THE DAY*
Today we headed from Canberra to the mega, via a couple of caches (of course). With Loci612 and myself, plus two muggles, we picked up a hitchhiking buhfuhguh on the outskirts of Seymour in order to complete one of the main goals of this trip, find GC7BA3H! A couple of other caches along the way for challenges here and there and we finally made it to Melbourne. Thanks to all the COs who hid caches!
*THIS CACHE*
This one was for another county for all of us. A nice quick find at GZ was what we were looking for (and got). Log signed and cache replaced. TFTC robinson_family_oz!

Now it was time to grab some counties for Loci612 before we arrive at our accommodation or the mega. Eitherway this was a very quick and easy cache and soon after finding it we were on our way and hit the road once again. Anyways thanks for the cache and the adventure.
**This Cache:**
Right on the very edge of a new county I needed, we quickly made this grab whilst heading into Melbourne after diverting for some unfinished business. Was a quick park and grab, however the cache could do with a bit of TLC as it was damp.
Thanks for the cache!
**Day 1:**
Today was the first day of our trip down to Melbourne to attend the highly anticipated Parkville Mega Event. Today mainly consisted of travelling down from Canberra, without too many stops to get there early and start grabbing some caches we had on our to-do list.
Our team consisted of Loci612, Cankid and buhfuhguh who we arranged to pick up from Seymour to join us for the week.
Only 14 finds today, but consisted of several virtual caches, challenges and high D/T ratings! Was a great first day, started at 6:45am and finished up at 11pm before getting some sleep for an even bigger day tomorrow! Thanks to all the CO's

Find #1847 for me and my 6th find for the day. Found at 12:50 pm while using up some annual leave to find some caches in the area. This was a quick find for me today. Thanks for sharing some local history robinson_family_oz and thanks for the cache!
**Find #2025**
A nice easy drive by cache. Would have loved to have seen the old Pub.
Thanks **robinson_family_oz**

Took a detour on the way to the orthodontist in Sunbury. Container was full of water but log is dry and in good nick. Emptied water and sealed it all up again.
Find # 4980
Heading home from a Big weekend in Melbourne and Geelong I decided a few more finds were needed to get me closer to 5000 Smilies
A quick little grab while watching the Muggles zoom past on the other side of the fence.

On our way to Mildura for a couple of days we wanted to check out a hotel. Not what I thought it to be at all. Nicely hidden. Not so good about all the rubbish. Thanks for the cache
An easy find! Thanks! We really needed our mojo back!

Caching around Sunbury, ticked all the boxes for a great day out. Trads, multis and mysterys, with high quality, well maintained hides - the perfect place if you wanted to introduce a new player to the game. Informative cache pages, gave us insight into the history and quirky tales and names of the area.
Thanks robinson_family_oz for placing caches for everyone's enjoyment.

Nice obvious hide here. Found while working in the area on a cold and wet spring day.. TFTC
Headed over the border with Purrfect Di, Sebastbat, Jack and muggle Alex.
We stayed at friends' place in Sunbury, so it made sense to do a few caches here!
Things must have changed so much with a freeway now where the hotel once was.

A drive out to Sunbury on a dark and cold night to grab some caches. This was the first and was a nice easy one to start the night of. Cache in good order.
