Great hide, unfortunately we were unable to sign log as everything was wet. Maintenance need on the cache.
nice quick find with a awesome camo, cache is wet muddy with a temporary log supplied,
Like previous finder Kristysadventures l too started playing this song in my head as I turned down this street to find this cache..Come and playEverything's A-OKFriendly neighbors thereThat's where we meetCan you tell me how to getHow to get to Sesame StreetLol...well I came to play so the gumboots went on, although things weren't too bad..The search began, and after a few geo circles, I spotted something oddly placed and uncovered this cache well played... log is saturated temp stone strip added.
Headed down to Gilwell Park for our eldest Geokid to be presented her Australian Scout Award. Grabbed this cashe on the way home. Autumncs found this one, which resulted in a very disgruntled skink. After the cache was replaced, autumncs then ushered the skink back into its hidey hole, and we left the skink fully gruntled again. TFTC
Found at 2:29 PM in the company of Rabbitto GAFF1.
A very nice cache placement, but we are onto these sort of hides and were into it within seconds [^] The outer part of the camo has really blended in well with the surroundings.
Thanks to HeliKelli

taking the back road home enabled me to stop and grab this cache. I have good memories of this area growing us as a teen.

Got a distressed message from Helikelli as it appeared the recent rains had dampened the log book so off I a trundled to pay a much overdue visit to sesame street.
No need to use the device as I remember this from one of my past incarnations and found it pretty much in the same place we left it.
The Log book was a bit damp so a new old was installed, ftf recredited to Bonnyblack from 2015 and Vinz now has the first line for log two.

Camping at nearby Kurth Kiln, I noticed this cache not far away. Oh look… It’s a HeliKelli cache!!
So with a car full of cachers and muggles, we made our way here. Around in circles for a while before RoamingHowie spotted the very well camoed sneaky blighter. Very clever, Kell!
Thanks for bringing us here today by placing this cache, HeliKelli

Camping at the nearby Kurth Kiln campground for the weekend, we set off to explore the waterfalls. I’ve been here before but it was before I was caching, so today was a good chance to visit the caches in the area. After leaving the falls we stopped to grab a couple of caches on the way back to camp.
This was a cool and sneaky hide which is well worthy of a favourite point.
Thanks HeliKelli for adding this cache to the worldwide collection for us all to find.

Really really clever and creative hide. It really is like a bush mans treasure chest when located. Do look for ants and for something (somewhat) out of place. Thank you for the cache, so cool!!! ️

Out and about today just creeping up on my milestone for tomorrow. Thought I'd go for a drive through the foothills and grab a cache here and there before heading back home through some of the burbs.
Quick find here today after deciding that that drum of god knows what was not the prize. Nice hide

**The Adventure:** In this lovely area again and was delighted to find this one. Very cool camo which we walked past the first time. I must admit, Grover was always my favourite. Very wry character. The Cache Whisperer’s favourite? Well that would be Cookie Monster!!
Thanks HeliKelli for placing and maintaining this fun cache. Cache on.

Out caching with day1976, he has done most caches out this way and I had found nearly none, but it was still within my 25km lockdown radius and we were trying to avoid crowds on this long weekend.
Someone dumped a big drum of something in the entrance of geotrail. I found the cache just a tiny bit past that nasty drum.

Thanks Mark and Kelly ,I found it in it rustic setting the log is a little damp but still quite usable. It's a sunny Saturday morning at the end of awesome Bute day for a drive, regards from Vic
After being up in this area earlier in the week, I wasn't expecting to be back any time soon. But since I was back, I thought I would collect more caches, that I ran out of time getting last time.
Heading back home now, but still time to find one more geocache. Especially since I noticed the good parking location while on the way heading north.
After parking, I followed the geotrail to a nice hide. Certainly well hidden but easily found today.
Thanks for the cache Mark & Kelly

Thanks mark and kelly for another great hide. This was amazing fits in to well with the area !! We walked pat it and searched all around it !!! Then it clicked we found it !!
I saw something but discounted this early as the cache. After bashing around the bush for a couple of minutes I returned to discover my mistake
Unfortunately the inside of the outer container (if that makes sense?) had an ant colony, complete with eggs ready to hatch!! I found a stick and much to the annoyance of Geomissus getting flicked with the odd ant, I extracted the inner container and it was bug free, so a quick sign and replace was possible.
Thanks Mark&Kelly for the cache!

We found this cache today at 1:45pm on our Emerald to Donna Buang Bounty Hunt. Found after our third bush entry point to find the as advertised chest. Thanks from D & HA B-A
A nice little hide and a nice quick find as a park and grab. A favorite for us. TFTC
Out and about enjoying some sight seeing and finding some good quality caches too. This was a great hide and worth the drive. Thanks so much for highlighting this area that we may not have otherwise discovered.
A gorgeous spring day so it was off into the hills for me.
A quick stop here. GPS had me 7m away but I spotted the unmistakable cache. Nice container.
Cookie Monster was my favourite
Thanks Mark&Kelly

Since moving from New Zealand in 2016 I have been enjoying the area, exploring and finding caches.
So far I’ve knocked off 4 of the states. VIC, SA, NSW and A.C.T all multiple times.
No two areas are the same here and almost every place I go to is stunning. The beauty of caching is that it takes you to so many places you would never usually find.
Thank you to all the cachers out there for hiding and maintaining their caches. Especially to those who put so much effort into creating unique and fun hides.
I enjoy finding well maintained caches in fun and unique cache containers. No one likes finding a mint tin – but a find is a find after all.
Well she was an American girl
Raised on promises
She couldn't help thinkin' that there
Was a little more to life
Somewhere else
After all it was a great big world
With lots of places to run to
Yeah, an d if she had to die
Tryin' she had one little promise
She was gonna keep
Oh yeah, all right
Take it easy baby
Make it last all night
She was an American girl
It was kind of cold that night
She stood alone on her balcony
She could the cars roll by
Out on 441
Like waves crashin' in the beach
And for one desperate moment there
He crept back in her memory
God it's so painful
Something that's so close
And still so far out of reach
Oh yeah, all right
Take it easy baby
Make it last all night

Found while heading away for a few days with Happy Feet and omegaman1971 on our annual caching weekend and we decided to grab few caches along the way. We managed to make this a quick park and grab in between showers of light rain and we were pleasantly surprised by the work gone into this neat little hide. Thanks Mark&Kelly for the cache and the craftsmanship.
Away for the weekend with omegaman and Happy pants grabbing a few caches.
It started out as a reasonable day but slowly deteriorated, along with my ability to make some of these find.
Once at GZ it didn't take too long before the cache was in hand and log signed and stamped.
Visited a TB
I am currently writing detailed logs because of a challenge provided by Project-GC. "The Author" Badge challenges geocachers to average one hundred words or more in each log. As of the start of 2018 my average was only 47 words per log, which seems a long way from the 100 target. Given that I have found so many GC caches, I have to write many logs with well over 100 words for a long period of time to get my average to the target. Apologies to anyone who finds the logs tedious but it is the only way that I can strive to attain this challenge. After over 7000 plus caches (which includes all cache finds up and including yesterday), the average log length is just over 50 words. I am now entertaining the possibility that I might be able to achieve my task before the end of next year. It's surprising how much is has increase since doing this.
Thanks Mark&Kelly for placing the cache for us to discover.

Nice work on the treasure box. Quick find on our drive. Fav given for effort. Lots of ants in hide. Thanks to Mark&Kelly for placing this cache.
I loved this cache and the work obviously put into it. Easily found just off the road. It was full of . I managed to extract the log without too much trouble and sign the log. Thanks for the wonderful cache.
This is our fourth trip to the northern island this year. The first three were primarily for family events but with some opportunities to do some caching along the way. The fourth trip is different as caching is our focus. After getting off The Spirit of Tasmania we are heading north to cache at Wangaratta and then Yass before heading into the ACT and Queanbeyan for a week. After that we will travel to Jindabyne for a few days with summiting Mount Kosciuszko being our main target for this part of our trip. Then we will visit Cooma and Tumut before heading back down the track through Wangaratta and Mansfield as we make our way to Alexandra for the MEGA. After the weekend we will continue to make our way south and back onto the Spirit of Tasmania for the “drive” across Bass Strait. We are really looking forward to three weeks of intense caching in great areas and, hopefully, catching up with some geocachers in each of the areas we will visit.
We left Healesville this morning and headed towards Gembrook, caching along the way. We went this way because we wanted to look for the final location for the Victorian Premiers Challenge, a cache that we had been working on for some time. After that e headed west into the Melbourne CBD to stay in Parkville for the night. Whilst there we took the opportunity to walk in Royal Park to find some recently published GC and GCA caches. It was another very warm day which tested our stamina.
Accurate coordinates led to a quick find of a very well designed, constructed and filled cache container. The cache and contents were in good condition. Thanks Mark&Kelly for the cache.
***** We are currently writing detailed logs because of a challenge provided by Project-GC. "The Author" Badge challenges geocachers to average one hundred words or more in each log. On 1 September 2017 our average was 86 which seems close to the 100 target. However given that we have found so many GC caches, we have to write many logs with well over 100 words for a long period of time to get our average to the target. Apologies to anyone who finds the logs tedious but it is the only way that we can strive to attain this challenge. Well, after 616 caches (which includes all cache finds up and including yesterday), the average log length is just over 100.3. We have attained our goal, and got there much sooner than we had anticipated. We will continue with the extended logs until the end of the trip to give ourselves a little buffer so that it is very unlikely that we will fall below 100 words per cache average in the future*****

After a wonderful wedding in Yarra Glen last night, we decided to make our way home today - the long way of course! Via a couple of nice earthcaches to get the souvenir for earthcache weekend. Grover was the best! Cool camo! Thanks for the cache Mark&Kelly.

Out and about with the family today, doing a little exploring in the Emerald, Beenak, Wesburn and Warburton area. not after many cache, just a select few including a couple of the local earth cache and perhaps some waterfalls, rock climbing and a little bit of light caving. Lots of fun today. TFTC. This road is very similar to our family name so a quick family pic under the sign was required. TFTC
The resident bullants have been relocated and Sesame St is now back in the game.
All three of us were getting wildly different gps readings and there wasn't much else to go on so we left this prickly area to the ants.
Couldn't find this one today. Out of the three if us, we had three different locations :/
Oh well, next time.
Oh well, next time.
A quick and easy find as we cache our way through the area today, although I did have to check the hide twice before I spotted it. Doh. We dropped off a TB while we were there. Thanks for bringing us here and thanks for the cache.
Out this way for a 'get out of the house' drive today. The Chief had a particular cache in mind & after that business was taken care of this cache popped up on the radar. Loved the camo but some massive ants have taken up residence. Did my best to clear out the ants and their mud from the hide while the Chief completed log signing duties. TFTC, always been a Super Grover fan myself!
Excellent camo. Nice quick find for Mr Geo. The geokids and I stayed in the warmth of the car. Signed log and left a marvel Badge. TFTC
It had been almost seven weeks since I found a cache. It would be my longest slump ever had it not been for a few events I had attended here and there. Between organizing my own event, GM commitments, work commitments and a life in general I just had not found the time to get out caching. So today, in the middle of school holidays, geojosiah and I are sitting at home, inside (because its raining) and playing some mindless computer games. Damn it, stuff the rain, lets go caching!
This is another one of those caches that I have literally driven past so so so many times and just never stopped to add my name to the log book. Today though, with all the time in the world and with Geojosiah in the car too, with the express intention today to find geocaches we stopped nearby and made the find.
I was mightly glad then that I hadn't found it before and had left this one to be found with my son as the construction is excellent and it's nice for him to see geocaches that aren't just a normal clip top under a tree.
A favourite point from me. Thanks Mark&Kelly

Nice quick find.
Nice effort with the hide
Lots of cockroaches have moved in
Will be nice and cosy for the winter.

Still intend to get this back online soon, just creating a new home for the critters so the cache can move back in.
Some critters have taken up residence in the hide. We will put this cache back on line once thier eggs have hatched and they move on.
What a great day to be out cruising through a beautiful area that we've never explored before! The reason for our trip out here today is for the Vic Vettes Christmas Party. Basically that means we get to hang out with a big bunch of old people that we have nothing in common with! Hence, we procrastinate on the way and stop for a few caches so we don't turn up too early and have to make boring conversation with Muriel, Gertrude and Bob! The plan is usually to rock up early enough to not look like you just turned up for the free feed but late enough not be stuck in awkward social situations!
This cache was found on the way and it was a fun one to find. Fitted in very nicely with the surrounds and was well constructed. Too bad I didn't have a can of geo-fly spray in my caching kit as this cache would do well with a bit of a blast. It's a nice dry spot for a few critters and their eggs. I really liked the flawless design though and the kids were impressed too. Thanks for the fun Mark&Kelly
PS: attached a pic for Mark

They went to a lot of effort to hide it. One of the best hidden treasure chests.
Great hide walked straight past it then remembered it was a Mark and Kelly hide so knew what to look for and there it was another great hide.

What a fantastic hide - geopartner was standing on top of it and still couldn't see it, will definitely get a fave point - when I work out how to do them!!
On the way to a doof, wanted to give my friend Boshi a bit more experience in geocaching. Great container, so it was a decent way to show off some of the wonders of caching
Funniest find yet and it confused my friend and myself.

Another of Mark and Kelly,s construction triumphs. I really like caches that keep the log dry. My grand daughter and I are big fans of the reinvented super grover 2.0. TFTC. 8D

While out and about searching for caches with biggles1024 and this one was found.
Our initial plans were aborted due to the weather conditions, so it was onto plan B.
This one wasn't far from where we were heading so we stopped for a look.
As soon as we turned into the street I noticed the relationship between the area and the cache name.
Mark had already entered into the bush while I was still getting out of the car, so naturally he arrived at GZ first to make the find on this very nicely presented cache, a nice piece of workmanship was found and then the cache.
Thanks to Mark&Kelly for placing this cache.

Out for a caching run with Stemicmitsar. The inclement weather put paid to our original plans to head down to Leongatha and so we decided to try and make some progress on a long running mystery cache and also clear a few of the newer caches around Pakenham.
This cache had been published since our last visit to this area and as we needed it to be quite dark for our primary goal of visiting we headed here first and made a quick find. So nice to see a hide that a CO had put some effort into constructing. A favourite point from me.

{FTF} "Presenting the further adventures of everybody's favorite hero. A man who is faster than lightning, stronger than steel, smarter than a speeding bullet. It's... SUPERGROVER!"
With that, a fanfare sounds, SuperGrover bursts through a paper wall bearing his crest, fruitlessly tries to move his helmet up off his eyes, and adds,
"And I am cute, too!"
No sign of the cute little blue fella today. No sign of anyone else either, so I could take my time finding this cute little cache. Which, by the way, is home to a number of very active and shiny little cockroaches.
Thanks Mark & Kelly
