Again this one was found on the ground, but it had quite a dent in it, and my hubbie thinks that it has probably been run over by a lawn mower as we couldn't open it and it was out in the open, not close to the fence at all. I will message the c/o a little more info,... TFTC
Okay, that was _not_ what I expected when I read "bison", but I found it anyway.
It's not hanging around anymore, however...
The travelling fox is happy =^,^=

Really quick and easy find. You need some tools to get the logbook out. TFTC
Nice hide! When I angled my vision correctly it was easy to spot, but looked at other options first. Thanks for the placement kiwis69.
Nice hide at this cache...good co.ords lrad to a quick find and sign thanks for the great cache
We are in the area of Cambridge and visit the nice little town. We found some containers.
Many thanks to the owner of the Moorhelmis from Germany

Checked cache after recent DNF - cache is safely tucked behind the sign. Added a fresh log & had a lovely natter to one of the community gardeners who knows about the hide. He admitted he enjoys helping people find the cache, so look out for him if you need an extra hint
Found while exploring cambridge on a short holiday. I like the idea of these community gardens! Thanks for bringing us here.
A nice quick find due to the well detailed hint. Thanks for showing us the community garden and TFTC!
During our NZ holiday trip we stopped at Leamington for one night on our way to Northland, and on a morning walk this cache was on my track.

Wandered over to find this one but had to give it a miss as it was being guarded by a large dog. On our way back the dog had moved on so made a quick find and carried on our way.
Missed this one last time I was in the area, nice and easy today though. No idea why I dnfed last time. Cheers
A short caching day to get from Waitomo to Hamilton. Time to find a few little boxes....
Thanks to the CO's for the hides. Cheers.

An easy go, can scout the sign.. I mean get some ideas for the garden.. before making a move. I thought I might have a time of it but the cricket team had moved on, just someone roughing up the green practicing his golf swings!
I arrived early in town for dinner so went hunting for caches. Community gardens are such a great idea..soon found the cache. TFTC
The log was damp so I dried it. The bison wasn't though so it should remain dry.
In Cambridge for the day with our cycle group to look at the Velodrome and do the Te Awa River ride. Very impressive. Enjoyed the opportunity to grab a few smileys afterwards as well. Great day out.
Nice easy find. Cache all good. TFTC.

out for the day with nufrat and diesel894. heavy rain but didn't deter us. enjoyed the challenge of this puzzle. logged caches as NND. a quick find in the rain, tftc
Found ... Mrs McMike2012 & I decided that we would venture down Cambridge way to see what the Te Awa Cycle Trail was like ... we had biked from Cambridge to Lake Karapiro & back ... thought it would be rude not to to pick up a couple of caches on our travels ... this being the 7th & last for the day ... it was easily found & quickly replaced, even with an old guy digging in the allotment only 5 or 6 metres away ... TN:LN:SL ... TFTC ... #1,397 for us.
#591- On my way home to the Mt. After our annual girls weekend in Hamilton Yay. Trying to get as many caches as I can over the weekend. Saw cache was out in plain sight, so was a very easy find lol. I tucked back up where it should be. Tftc.
Not really hidden behind something, and got muggled by the guardian of the gardens. Nevertheless we enjoyed the quick stop and the quick find. TFTC
Quick find. pretty muddy here. Day one of a 4 day road trip from Hawkes Bay to Auckland and back to collect as many caches as we can. Log signed as b&p.Tftc
23/06/16 14:35 Quick and easy smiley for those with green thumbs. Thanks for this, Cheers, GC.
Easily found, I'm surprised it hasn't been muggled.
Green fingers is very appropriate. I was asked if I was looking for the guy who runs the place.

Quick easy find and i love the area. logbook needs replacing, i had to sign in the last available space i could find on it. Apologies. TFTC.
Excellent place for a cache. The spider who had built a large web next to it didn't appreciate me though. The feeling was mutual! It needs a new log book.
Lots of dogs out enjoying the park. We are enjoying discovering Cambridge and funding caches along the way. TFTC
Another quick find on our travels in Cambridge today. The gardens look amazing and we enjoyed watching all the dogs having fun over the road.
Nice quick find today on our way through Cambridge to go to lake karapiro & find the caches down a part of the river trail.
#5 for the day. Read the clues I had with me. Had my cycling companion with me. It was a quick and easy find. Being a learner I am getting use to the different types of caches.
Again NZPatoto got me on a bike to do the Leamington Area. #5 of 8 today. NZPatoto found. I think I now know what NZPatoto is up to. She asks me to confirm the coordinates meanwhile she’s searching to make the find. Anyway it doesn’t matter who finds it first, or does it? It's not a competition, or is it? Really cute little canister.
Had just finished wandering around the local park, so thought it would be rude to bypass this one. Sent kiwiscot to hunt this down and very quickly we heard the cry of success. TFTC.
Being new to this I had no idea what a bison was. Took a while but got there in the end.
Came here on an evening caching walk while staying the night in the area. Spotted the cache immediately. Great to see the community effort here! Signed log, TFTC.
What a great thing to see the use of this place. Need more around the country. SL TFTC
Interesting place this. No one around so I could admire some of the work. Log took a little while to extract. Thanks very much kiwis69
The community were not gardening today, so there was nobody to watch us hunt for the cache.
Getting short on time so I read hint straight away, then read description, then made a quick find.
I really like this type of cache.
Thanks kiwis69

Thanks kiwis69
I think this was the Saturday I found it. Went for a walk on the Sat morning and a man was working away in the community garden so I went back again in the evening - an easy find once there were no muggles around. TFTC
