No luck here, today. Searched in tree at coordinates, plus either side, but no sign of cache.
Have found this one a while back, but It seemed to have not been logged. Very creative cache
We weren’t premium members when we found this with Eremidio so came back today with our son on a Mother’s Day walk but could not locate it today.
#11,552. Enjoyed a short walk in Cambridge. Fortunately, GZ was all quiet at the time of the visit. Quick find. The cache was in good condition, all nice and dry dry inside. But the logbook was full … just managed to find some white space to sign. Took nothing, left nothing, signed log.
Thanks for the placement, and for bringing us to this site, and …

Out on a morning mission to find a couple of geocaches with my neice and nephews. This was to be our last find as the kids were getting over it. We walked one way and then realised we had to back track. I spotted it quickly but the kids were a little longer, the container scared my neice until I explained it to her. It was left up to me to retrieve a d sign which was a good thing as it was swarming with ants and pretty sure that would not make me a very popular aunty. After replacing it, we were halfway back to the car when Mr 10 said "Aunty, where is my sunhat". Are you kidding me right now, the other two were already completely over it and a little distance in front of us. I checked my phone as I had taken a picture of the kids at an earlier geocache and the hat was there then. Luckily when we got back to the car, we found it as none of us felt like going back. Cache is on good order despite not being found for a few months.
A quick easy find of an appropriate cache, although our approach meant we had to cross the (dry) ditch. TFTC
Mrs nzk managed to get across the wet ground to locate GZ, found this fun cache then realized ants had made their home there and didn't like being disturbed! We signed the log then tucked it all back into place. Very quiet here today in this nice area, we look forward to returning another day to find the other caches in the area. TFTC!
We looked right where it said it was and we only found a broken camera and overgrown flax bushes
Another cache well worth stopping for . I really liked the hide, but not my wet feet getting to it. This is obviously a popular place for dog walkers and fitness fanatics! TFTC
Innovative cache ...I loved it - Found this a while ago...not sure of the date. Thanks for the placement
Searching with Paranephrops along the green belt and walkways. The cache was an original surprise. TFTC & a fav
We decided to boost our Planetry Pursuit points to 1000 today, by collecting 8 well-favourited Waikato trads. Five were available to us in Cambridge, so we headed there to start the day.
We enjoyed the walk to GZ - peaceful despite the nearby expressway. Once there we quickly homed in on the correct tree, and had to smile at the camo - very fitting. Thanks.

Over to catch up with what's happening in Cambridge as it has been awhile - lots of new housing and roads This is a lovely walkway and you don't realise how close we are to the main road. Got to GZ and it was so nice to have privacy - but it didn't take long and I was smiling - Click! Picture it! TFTC
GPS was spot on and what a cool cache. Love finding caches that are a little different.
Excellent coordinates led us directly to the site and then a quick hunt and it was in our hands. Love the cache container and very fitting given the title of this cache. Haven't seen one quite like this before so I'm giving it a favourite point. TFTC
Awesome container. Wasn't sure that was the cache until I opened it. Thanks!
During my road trip through New Zealand, I had a short break here to stretch my legs and to look for some caches.
Thanks for the cache.
Greetings from Germany.

oh darn ther is a lot of water between us and the cache and reading the other logs we hatched a plan which meant we go and get the last cache then as we head back and cross the bridge the bridge and come up the other side
As we are staying a few nights in this area this cache helped us fill our days in
All co ords were spot on which made it easier to find many thanks

Now this looks a bit wet to access and rain is threatening then saw a wee raft bridge. Made it over with just a wet toe. Loved the cache. Pity the bridge very nearly failed and two wet shoes getting back. Tftc
Great little walkway kids and I really enjoyed our walk. All caches were found quickly thanks to the very good hints and co ordinates.
It was a little bit wet underfoot when arriving close to GZ. After a little hunt soon found the concealed cache. Nice hide and cache. Tftc
How technology has moved on! We're all now in danger of becoming obsolete. Maybe we'll get turned into geocaches! On the other hand maybe not - a bit messy. TFTC.
That bison fits perfectly in its themed container.Found after a bit of rummaging around .A couple of resident insects in the cache but they didn't bother me while I invaded their home.TFTC.
Out on a bike ride while visiting family here in Cambridge. I wasn't expecting to go caching, so didn't have a pen on me, but can go back and sign logs later in the week if required by the CO.
As I approached GZ I was trying to figure out the significance of the cache name, but it all became clear when I found the container. I havnt seen one of these in years! Well done on the interesting container, which was full of bugs!

not sure how it would be getting to find this one if the gully had water but today it was dry, alway like a cache that is a bit different, tftc
Drain all dry so whoop whoop. Cache quickly found, and is quickly turning into an ants nest. Cheers.
I was granted a leave pass for the afternoon. The rest of the family wanted to go "shopping". Time to find a few little boxes around Cambridge and Hamilton.....
Thanks to the CO's for the hides. Cheers.

Loved finding this cache except for the sliding I did crossing the drain instead of walking all the way to the bridge haha. Tftc
On our way to the Mega in Turangi.
Had finished lunch in Cambridge and saw this park that had a few caches in them so we headed there to see if we could get a few more caches before we left Cambridge.
Approached this from the wrong side of the creek and as it was to far to back track the bridge so Mr NZT jumped the creek at the narrowest point and made his way to GZ to make the successful find.
Loved the camo on this cache. Signed at Team SEAC from Auckland.

On our way down to the Turangi MEGA, we stopped in Cambridge for lunch and to do a bit of caching. We stoppe din this little park as it had a few caches, a lovely walking trail.... and we were able to walk off our lunch!
Approach was slightly wrong... which meant some stream-hopping had to be done! But luckily, the cool cache was found before long.... I love taking pictures, so this cache appealed to me!
Log signed as Team SEAC. TFTC!

Didn't even attempt as it started pouring down. Will be back along the grass next time!!
After leaping over the stream because it was on the other side, I found it. Cool case! Pity I couldn't take a picture.
#620 - found on a cache trip over to Hamilton with my caching buddies. Argh wrong side of the steam. Managed 2 get across & find this clever hide tft.
A nice stroll along this subdivision. Thanks for placing the caches and the good coordinates. Quick find, TFTC
Very cool cache. Had to do the the leap across. Lol. Then found it easily. tftc
Ended up coming at this one from the wrong side of the stream. Found a nice easy crossing right by GZ. A clever use of camo made this one a fun find for our 5 year old neice. TFTC!
In the Waikato for work so managed to snatch some time for a quick cache hunt...I initially thought I had to cross a creek but I didn't, and then was hunting for something smaller before I had the aha moment. TFTC
Hilarious walking through the reserve with intent and ducking into the bushes every so often. Lots of people around, but nobody the least bit surprised in our weird behavior. Cache all good. Great camo. TFTC
A really clever idea for a cache we spotted straight away and just laughed after speculating what it could be on the way- of course we were wrong. TFTC log has 2 spaces left.
My companion for the day is getting better at finding caches! I'm no longer finding them first, (Although I may still be in charge of the trusty phone & that gives me the advantage).
Excellent concept. Really liked this cache.

Today it was my second last day at beautyfulll NZ after nearly four amazing weeks. I drove from Taupo to Hamilton to be not so far away from Auckland Airport. On my way some little traditionals appeared on the screen and so I decided to visit Cambridge for a short stroll. I was quite successfull because I could find all the seven caches here around. So it was a nice little break with caches.
Thanks a lot for the caches.

A late late night trip out to Cambridge to fill in my second to last dot day and to clean up the area a little more.
Nice container.
TFTC kiwis69, the cache was found in good order Signed, sealed and returned to GZ. 3 find of 6 today, making this find #1273

The day was damp but the drain was dry so access to GZ was not a problem. Enjoyed the camo.
This cache was one of the many caches we found on our 6 day campervan journey from Tauranga to Lower Hutt via Waihi, Cambridge, New Plymouth and along the west coast to Wanganui and back to the Hutt. A mighty and enjoyable journey which took us to many great and iconic parts of the north island and of course some great geocaches. Many thanks to the many CO's for the great cache placements and for bringing us to so many new places. Sorry about the generic log but 200 plus to log. TFTC
Ran out of daylight to get this cache last try, so was glad to be back in the area today to find it. Well named, TFTC
Our last cache for today. Although it already was quite dark the way to the cache was clear . So I directly found the interesting container. Very funny!

when I found it the clue was glaring obvious a novel hide and clever cache the pics were a tad blurred lol haven't seen one of these for a while... thanks for bringing me to this area TFTC
Now that I've paid my money I can log a few finds I got by "stealth" Thanks for the cache. Oh my goodness - didn't quite believe this one loved it!
Time for a stroll around Cambridge. Wasn' t too sure about this one but got there in the end. Nice camo. Thanks very much kiwis69
I was bored on a Sunday even so decided to grab a cache or three. I downloaded a GSAK macro to generate a random cache to find according to a filter and it brought me out here. A great spot for an evening walk.
I managed to take a running jump across the creek a bit further along towards the bridge. Perfect! Made the cache find easily as the gpsr put me within 2m. Made the find, which was heavily infested with ants, replaced and walked along to the bridge to avoid having to jump the creek again and stress out my old body. It turns out that I managed to leave my pen at GZ. Bugger! So I walked back to GZ and grabbed my pen as a muggle-family walks past.

I was standing for the small stream and can`t decide me if I should jump or not over it. I have trust me and sure, I get one wet feet. Fast found after the first barrier. Back on the other side I saw an bridge but that would be too easy. I had fun TFTC
On a day trip to Hamilton with Philip.Perry and his son. Our second mission together but rest assured there will be plenty more.
Thirty Sixth find and heading back to Tauranga and decided to grab the cluster in this area.
Nice area to walk and cycle but we were on a mission so didn't dawdle.
Time was getting on now but with only two left in the area we had to get them.
Philip found this one and we enjoyed the container.
Funny to think we used to carry these things around and have to wait to see what came out.

Time for another trip over the hill from Tauranga, this time with KmanNZ and my son Dan. An awesome day out, got home just before 7pm with another 40+ caches under the belt.... but it wasn't just about the numbers these Waikato locals have put out some awesome caches.
We've just got a handful of Cambridge caches to get before this super long day can be over. Cache was found quickly and in good condition thanks to accurate coords and a good hint. Crazy how times have changed - I can't even remember the last time I picked up yet alone opened one of these.
Cheers kiwis69 - needs maintenance as batteries were flat and you've put the wrong film in

Found location quite easily but couldn't get close to GZ with all of the rain we have had. Decided to backtrack a little for an easier place to cross, but still managed to get shoes water logged. But was worth it in the end. Should have read previous log about gumboots. Tftc. One of my sons favourites.
Great camo. Very cool. Last cache for us for the afternoon. Back to the basketball now. TFTC
Was hoping we could walk over the watercourse to avoid back tracking to get to this cache but the gumboots were in the car and the feet wouldn't have like the cold temperatures that the water would have been. Nice cache container and no problems with the find. Thanks
Happy to walk the belt with Team Welsh - we had gumboots and fair weather - and a cache to find. T4tc
1043 Did not picture this container. Have found many a log inside the canisters that go with this.
On a short road trip with tmann421. Enjoyed the area collecting caches along the way.

Out and about enjoying the sunshine and autumn colours. Jumped the ditch without incident and focused on the cache. Only one cycling muggle encountered on the way around TFTC.
