I notice that this cache appears to have some problems (DNF logs/missing/in need of maintenance). May I ask that the owner reads the logs and checks the cache to sort out any problems with it or gives an indication of when it may be up and running again for people to find. If this cannot be done the cache should be archived. If there is no response to this log after 14 days I may archive the cache, in the meantime I am disabling it.

Today it was the second day, I was on tour with TorstenOK. This time went to Dubai where he had spared some Caches to play.

We looked in all possible options and holes in the concrete barrier but the cache was not there... 
Arrived at GZ, and then read the clue. Lots of having to bend down, and the clue doesn't make it clear which side it's on. With searching in every hole it is possible to miss the cache by less than an inch. Perhaps a clearer idea of where I should search might have helped turn this DNF into a find. Not sure if previous finders have just been lucky, or people didn't bother logging DNFs, but I was to end the day not being able to visit everywhere I had intended, and not visiting this cache could have helped.

Heute waren wir zunächst am Strand des "Al Mamzar Beach Park". Dieser lud uns bei schönstem Wetter zum brutzeln in der Sonne ein. Gut erholt ging es nach dem Baden im Persischen Golf weiter mit der Metro Dubais in Richtung Burj Khalifa, wo wir uns schonmal "das Türmchen" aus der Nähe anschauten.
Anschließend ging es dann weiter zum "Cache to more Caches". Der Hinweis des Listings brachte uns sofort und trotz leicht abweichender Koordinaten direkt zum passenden GZ. Lediglich die wartenden Muggel auf der anderen Straßenseite und eine dicke Spinne samt Nest verwehrten uns zunächst das Loggen. Ein paar Minuten blieben wir daher erstmal wartend sitzen, ehe Pa sich als Spinnenflüsterer übte und das Döschen samt Logbuch tatsächlich hervorzauberte.
Nach dem Loggen übernahm dann Mi das Verstauen des Logbuches, ganz zur Freude Pa's, der sich nicht wirklich mit dieser Arbeit anfreunden kann...

Only one cache. Okay, just one more. Now but really only this one...
Today, we first went to the beach of "Al Mamzar Beach Park". This invited us with beautiful weather to sizzle in the sun. Well recovered after bathing in the Persian Gulf we took the Dubai's Metro to the direction of Burj Khalifa, where we watched "the turret" from close to us.
Then we went to the "cache to more caches". The note of listings brought us directly to the appropriate GZ immediately and despite the slightly differing coordinates. Only the waiting Muggles on the other side of the road and a thick spider with its nest in front of the hiding place first denied us to log this cache. Therefore we stayed waiting a few minutes, before Pa practiced as a spiders whisperer and actually conjured up the bottle together with its log book.
After logging, Mi took back the logbook because Pa does not really like this work...

Found a perfect parking and spotted it very fast . Now sightseeing with choconaren and mom. TFTC
. Now sightseeing with choconaren and mom. TFTCFirst cache of the year. Stopping by the highway is probably dangerous, so we drove around to get to the place. Today all the stores are closed and there was no one around so it was pretty easy to be discrete and find it. The hint took is right to it.
The Adress Hotel still has smoke coming out. What happened there.

It is not so easy to grab, if you don't have a car. My sister and I are here as part of a groupe. We took the chance of our free afternoon to take the Metro.
This will be my last cache for this year and perhaps my only cache in Dubai.

After two failures I didn't think I was going to find a cache today, but then I found this one. It was an uncomplicated walk from the Metro. So many local caches are hard to navigate to from the Metro Stations, at least for visitors, but this one was just come out of the station and turn left. I think a good series of caches in Dubai would be one cache each Metro Station, none more than roughly 100 metres from the exit and with no complicated navigation needed for those of us who are new to Dubai. It would be a fun outing, going from station to station to find the caches and worth visiting Dubai just to do the Metro power trail. Anyway, TFTC martinsedo, and the easy navigation. A favourite for this.
