Anotherv cache missing after being 'found' by another cacher, that's 2 from 2 today along with railway station cache
No luck here nothing obvious at GZ. It couldve been too well covered but we suspect its missing.
There were a couple of muggles here so had to make one of those cell phone calls while I waited for them to move on. Once they had gone it was an instant find. Thanks Capperz
After participating in the St Clair marathon we headed out to collect a few local caches. Nobody near GZ so we were able to zoom in for a quick find.
Being a relief teacher with a campervan and a supportive family, I decided it was time to make use of the school holidays. I stayed the night at the Top 10. This morning I decided to cache by bike.
A kind lady at Save Mart gave me a pen. Thanks to her I could sign this log.

We would have cycled this trail if the weather had been better. Thanks for the placement
Heute in Blenheim angekommen und bei dem schönen Wetter noch einen Sparziergang gemacht. Diese Dose konnten wir gut finden. Danke fürs Legen.
Over the hill to Blenheim today to tick off a number of things that need to be done at out site there...which provides a handy opportunity for some caching too!! Jobs a good’un!
This one, close to work, turned out to be a whole lot more accessible than it looked on the map. A handy PNG now. Just as well as there were a few muggles coming and going nearby; shielded by my car though so all good.
Thanks

A nice quick find, Cheers.
Today was a day spent cruising around Blenheim, waiting for the late ferry to leave. I was so hot today, >30 degrees. The aircon in the car was working overtime.
Thanks to all of the COs for placing and maintaining their caches. Cheers.

Quick find this morning with eltee291! Nicely tucked away! Signed the log and replaced as found. Visiting from BC, Canada! Thanks for the cache!
Quickly found this morning with hingis20. In Blenheim to visit with my daughter and her family. From Victoria, BC, Canada. TFTC

The Seagnoid has the FTF at Mt Chisholm in his sights. OK so lets go!! But before that Zara & I have a day in town before snagging The Seagnoid. The rain has stopped so lets go hunting.
Walking around about to get to here but easy find at GZ Cheers

In town finding a few urban caches before heading over to the Awatere for the night.
Sunday afternoon seemed like quite a good time to get these out of the way.
A quick park and grab.

Out for a quick spot of caching after Fire Training, as usually have to work Monday nights until much later.
Nice mild weather, a moderate 16 degrees with light wind.
Quite close to my work; could have got this one on a break time one day, but never thought of it!
No need to look at hint on this one, and soon had cache in hand. TFTC

Staying in Blenheim tonight while cycling from Picton to Christchurch, so decided to use the bike and a spare evening to amble around and collect a few local caches. *TFTC capperz, #8510*
With only seven days to go to my milestone target deadline and a weekend geocaching trip to the Nelson Lakes National Park which won't produce a lot of caches means tonight I need to get as many caches as I can, so in the company of Kiwimykl we ventured out after work to get as close to the target as possible.
I was going to get this a few weeks ago when we did the rest of the Rail Trail but for some reason it didn't show on my pocket query or c:geo live map. We thought it must have been archived but when we got home later there it was teasing us with its greenness. Kiwimykl was no help here as it has been shifted from the location where he found it, but I didn't need his help for a QEF PnG.

Heading on a road trip north for the week. Day one from chch to Blenheim today and a few geos on the way. Tftc
Heading to get petrol before heading home - but time for another cache or two if they are quick. This one was - with a find where the GPS and cacher sense said it simply had to be.
Thanks.
Thanks.
A lovely afternoon to be out and about enjoying the sun and finding a cache or two as well. Last find of the day. Time for a cold one. Cheers and TFTC

The rail corridor cycle way was quite popular this morning, more folks walking and biking along it than I would have expected. Cheers
Start of our holiday today. We packed up our gear and we were heading to Nelson. We stopped in Blenheim to break up the journey for the night. After checking in to our accommodation, sorting out a great meal across the road that sold 'chinese and normal food' we got the cachelets to bed and I headed out on the bike for a spot of caching.
Spotted possible spot before getting off the bike. Quick find.
Thanks for the cache capperz.

This was the twelfth day of my fifteen day trip to go to the Christchurch Mega. First stop in Blenheim while returning from the Mega. I recorded the number, but I'm sure I won't finish the series. TFTC.
O Boy!!! what a full on 5 days caching. Driving/Sailing to attend the Christchurch Mega Event with Squirrel Nutcase and also picking up caches on the way to help us complete our Dot Days and Challenges we are currently trying to fulfill. We traveled to so many places that we have never visited before and with 240 plus caches later knew we had an eventful few days.
10.20pm - I think we passed this location earlier but got cache in end. SLTFTC

With Gap (of Fap and Gap)...
On our way to NZ Mega Christchurch 2015, and caching as we go. We planned to stay close to the main highway and only venture off into the countryside where appropriate... That didn't always work for us. A 4-5 hour journey ended up taking us almost two days; such was the sheer number of caches we encountered along the route.
We are pleased to report that almost all of the caches we stopped for were in place and in good order. Besides a bit of dampness, there was nothing of concern. This is a feat that cache owners in this area of the country can be proud of... We thank you... Thank you for bringing to our attentions areas of significance. We enjoyed discovering scenic areas, historical and social locations, and other personally meaningful spots.
As stated, we found loads of caches... If we were to write an individualised note for each one, we'd never get the logging done. Hence, there will be a lot of cutting and pasting going on... My apologies!!
Marlborough: All quiet down here tonight. Another quick find. TFTC.

[Purple ] That's another day in a row for me. I must check what number I am up to now. I found with no trouble. I looked around for the hint after I had signed the log. I figured it must have been around there somewhere! Nice evening to be out. Tftc.

Mr BammJam's birthday, so we're off to see if we can make this our biggest caching day yet (previous best is 16).
Find #442 for the BAMMJams - an easy find, exactly where we expected it to be. The mini-BammJams dropped a dice and took a little pink teapot. TFTC.

We initially overshot this one but it didn't take long to realise our mistake. Then we searched on the wrong level to start with but soon rectified that too. Thank you capperz.
Overshot GZ first in this unkept area. It was soon put right and the log signed. Thank you Capperz.
Pretty sure I haven't heard this one or the groups but very grateful that they are providing the source for a string of smilies in Blenheim. TFTC #6913
I'm not known for my knowledge of most music, but I do know this one. Quick find, was just about to replace the container after signing when we saw a muggle walking towards us so pocketed it and walked away. Returned as soon as he was out of sight tftc

Over in the region for a day of caching around Marlborough. I had a great day over here. Weather was perfect. Yes I think I can remember this song. And I found the cache in the first place I checked too. TFTC, Biggles.
[green] Stopped by to replace this on behalf of the owner and... didn't need to! It's still there!
[green] I was fixing up my FTF bookmarks and saw the last couple of logs here. I do have a spare tin. Knowing that the CO is out of town, and having access to my full cache kits means... Another bout of malicious cache maintenance!
Will have it restored sometime this weekend.
Will have it restored sometime this weekend.
I noticed on my lunch walk today, 8/6/2015, that this cache is no longer there. I lloked around on the ground and couldn't find it on the rocks.
Until I get a chance to check am going to disable this. If anyone has a spare mint tin though in the meantime......
#903. Was just on dark when I found it. One muggle on a bike went past but otherwise very quiet. Probably the easiest find of the day. The cache didn't feel very secure in situ but I guess people just ignore things like this. TFTC
The fourth of half a dozen caches found on a walking circuit of central Blenheim on a quiet Sunday morning.
Another quick find for us. No muggles around at the time helped as no-one was using this part of the rail cycle trail this morning. Later on in the morning, we would explore sections of it while looking for more caches. TFTC.

TFTC. Easter Monday seemed like a golden opportunity to have a fairly muggle free look for a few town caches.
This was one of several capperz caches I found today. All were well located with excellent hints for retrieval in potentially high muggle zones.
Thanks capperz for placing the cache and providing entertainment for the caching community.

Cache maintenance/check trip, maybe a few finds on the way. Trip shortened by a need to be 150km away...that became unnecessary, but by then damage was done. A few more to check....and find...to be continued soon

I had an errand to run in this part of town this afternoon so took the opportunity to grab this cache while in the area. I see it was one of a series of caches published by this CO on the same day last week which thanks to our friendly moderator, 'status quo' were drip-fed onto the system, resulting in FTF's by three different cachers, (me included). It's nice to share things around.
In the middle of a Sunday afternoon this area is pretty deserted so I managed to park within 30m of GZ. A short walk was followed by a shorter find and the most time on this cache was spent signing the log. I was amazed at how 'out-in-the-open' this cache is, but I guess unless you are looking for it, you will never notice it.
It was also a pleasant change to recognise the music linked to this cache and approve of the selection.

[green] {FTF} I was out all day on a farm with a team setting up radio comms from one part of the farm to another. Get back to base and find there is still no power in the barracks. So I make some calls. Nothing more I can do, so I check my emails. Hey look! Some new caches!... Hey! This has no logs! Check the time... just after 4pm. ARRGH! Why am I wasting time with no electricity when there are important things to do, like check emails??!? Can I find it by 4:30? Yes! New batteries in the GPS, plug the coords in, race out to the bike, slam the GPS in its bracket, and off I go. Come on, push those pedals! Pump those legs! MOOOVE!! FASTER! FASTER!! (I could go faster but I am hit with the cyclists nemesis - a head wind)(I have no idea how fast I am going, didn't take the time to attach the speedo. Probably doing 85k. In a 50k zone!). I get to the GZ, legs sore, covered in sweat. Furiously opening the cache in case someone still gets there before me - yep, I am hyped up!
Empty log book! I can relax now. Phew!
Back at barracks I find the power is back on, so I can log this cache, and the 5 I did on my dot day yesterday.
Re the title - I have heard of the band but do not know their music. I certainly know this piece though!
