I am regretfully archiving this cache since there's been no response from nor action by the cache owner within the time frame requested in the last reviewer note.
Hi Waru8
This geocache was brought to my attention as being in need of an owner maintenance visit and after my previous reviewer note, there has been no owner response. The cache owner needs to check on this cache ASAP and either replace it or archive it, after picking up any geo-litter. See the [maintenance section of the Geocache Listing Requirements/Guidelines](http://www.geocaching.com/about/guidelines.aspx#listingmaintenance).
I've added this cache to my watchlist, and I will check back in four weeks to be sure that the maintenance has been done. In the meantime, I have temporarily disabled this listing. When the maintenance is completed, the owner can enable the listing by clicking on the link below the cache name to return it to active status.
Whatever your intentions, please **post a note** here on the cache page (not email) to let us know that you are still active and maintaining the cache. If a month passes without seeing a response, then I'll assume that this listing should be archived.
Please note, that if a cache is archived due to lack of owner maintenance, the cache is unable to be unarchived.

Lovely little park with a lot of birdsong today. Unfortunately we could not find this cache.
With Jag 50 today and we are pretty sure this cache has gone. CO needs to check as the dnfs are mounting up
Really racking up the DNFs right now. Great park for a hide. No sign of the cache unfortunately. Did find a dead sparrow at base of central tree however. Grim.
Nice and easy find on an evening after dinner to keep our streak going. All good here, lots of mozzies though. Tftc
This is a really nice, tiny park. Lots of mosquitoes though. Got bit by a few, but managed to exact my revenge on a few of them. Was a fairly quick find here. Continuing the streak... Thanks!
Escaped the office for a lunchtime outing. Was just entering the park from the narrow alley side to see a garden services chap appearing from behind a tree and heading to his truck, obviously not caching. Really hoping that was not the tree I needed, was relieved (but not the same ‘relieved’ as he was) to see I needed to be a bit further over. Gave his tree a wide berth and headed for my own, and made a nice find. Signed the raffle ticket. All good here. TFTC
Arrived at gz to find a young woman with kids in tow in need off some help. Car battery dead but she was already onto it and had the jumper leads out and connected to her vehicle. Just needed a friendly geocacher to come along. Must have been her lucky day as this cache is not visited that regularly. Apparently they were only waiting for about 5 minutes before I turned up.
Anyway, car restarted and on their way leaving me to wander off and make a quick find. Purple Heart No. A52? I wonder what and if I will win. All good. Daily cache sorted.

Lovely little park, found the cache and had a nice sit and relax for a bit, made some leaf boats and generally enjoyed ourselves, before heading out for the next cache.
Took some time for a little Caching tour about noon time. Weather was not too bad, so I had fun beeing outside and find some nice Caches!
Nice hide in a nice Location. Great Cache!
Thanks for hiding!

Out this way after work, so came here to this neat little park. Quickly found the right hint item and cache spotted, TFTC
Local Papatoetoe ppl and thought we would give this a go - nice find for our first one!
Was in the area doing a complicated multi and thought this cache might give me some relief from it, so after crossing the small stream it was an easy find here and I was on my way!
I walked around for over 10 minutes. Surprised how cleverly it was hidden! My first find in nz!
This wee park is hidden from the public a bit, just like the cache. No pen but I left mine. Bring some sturdy shoes!
Brought some friends to help me find this one
I'd received a message from cats & dragons asking if I wanted to do a mission a few weeks ago - he wanted to clean out some new caches in an area he'd cleaned out a few years ago. I'd shrugged and said "sure, but could I have a rain check as I was overseas" at the time.
I arrived back in the country on Monday, and so he had the adventure planned for the following Saturday. I said I'd be happy to start early, as long as it was my early not his - so we negotiated a 4am pick up The good thing was we left Auckland at about 2pm, so was home at a reasonable time.
The good thing about these trips? he has all the caches logged into the GPS, and he gave me a print out, so I could mark them off

I had tried finding this cache before but came up empty handed.... this time it took only a few minutes to locate! No idea how I missed that before lol Was a bit wary of how close it was to houses so quickly signed the log and made a hasty retreat, TFTC!
Yes a lot of very big trees here. Started off on the wrong side of the stream but, thankfully it was easy to cross. TFTC
Nice quick park and grab on my way back to work from a seminar. Helped a muggle jump start her car upon returning to my car & then on my way. TFTC
What a great spot. Gave me a chance to try my new wellies, and yes they are good for geocaching.
Thanks for bringing me and my dogs here, they can have a drink too.

Thought I would divert off the motorway on the way home , as I liked the sound of this park .
Was getting a bit dark so I was glad of the torch , especially as I had to cross a tiny stream twice !
Finally found the correct tree !
Would love to come back in daylight , it must be a magical place for sure !
Thank you Waru8!

Nice easy find during the day . Not many neighbours at home. Cache intact along with 2 faintails standind guard
Headed out to grab this one at lunchtime today . . . . . banged my arm on a stumpy little branch OUCH!! Nice little hide, TFTC. Grabbed the TB too
Good find. My partner found it and was pretty proud of himself lol had to hide from the neighbors tho lol
Had done a little Christmas shopping after work, and decided to travel home via this cache, and the other nearby by this CO.
Pulled up near GZ behind a massive truck (which fortunately was parked up for the day and didn't contain a driver on an afternoon break!), and headed in. My navigational skills weren't great this time round, and I ended up having to hop across the little stream to get to GZ, as I had approached from the wrong side. Luckily, the stream was tiny, and the ground was dry, because my shoes had zero grip....
As I got close, I noted that there seemed to have been a fair bit of earth move around GZ recently, and wondered if this would affect the hide. But nope, cache was nicely tucked away as per the hint. Nice size, and I enjoyed the log book!
On my way out, I spotted a few pieces of cool-looking camo material lying on the ground, so had to to grab a couple for future hides of my own (not the first time I have spotted and collected camo material at a hide, by the way!!! Note to self... must get on to using some of it!!! )
Thanks for the hide!!

Dropped off some flowers at Mt Wellington then headed down the motorway to Papatoetoe. Walked in to the nice little reserve, made my way towards GZ and found the cache at the third tree I checked. Thanks.
my legs are all scratched up haha and when we found the cache, it was in the hands of a cheeky lil spider...and a slug. tftc
Yay! Found it just now with drake97. Took travel bug to move it on. Thanks for bringing us here!
A nice quick find in the second place we checked. A nice little area here so close to the motorway. TFTC!
As it usual with this type of hide, my GPS points me all over the place, so it was a case of check every tree and eventually, there it was. TNLNSL TFTC
Took me a while to find but was kicking myself when I finally did find it! Haha thank you for my very first cache!
What a great place to hide a cache. Visiting here from Sydney. The weather allowed us to grab this. Tftc SL. TNLN
Wanted to leave a favourite point but had to log found it again to do so. Will fix this asap so I don't add an additional cache point.
I stopped in to find this cache on my way to work. A short stroll to GZ thinking about where I would hide the cache. No problems here. Good coordinates and a nice logical hide. TFTC, Biggles.
Nice and quiet in the street early so a great time to find caches! Nice quick find & enjoyed the camo. TFTC
NIce wee wooded area... quick find but I loved the 'protection' for the cache. T4tc
Made this my lunchtime stop to collect a few caches before continuing on for the day with work related stuff
A nice quick find and the cache was in great condition
thanks for the placement

We had just finished lunch at Crown down the road and thought we'd grab a couple of nearby caches before heading home. We drove past the first intended one as there was a family picnicking right next to the suspecting GZ, but this one wasn't far away. There wasn't really anyone around here today, just some neighbours doing gardening, but they couldn't see us as there was a nice big truck parked in front of the park! We started on the wrong side, but made the crossing easily and found the right tree. I like these sized containers, plenty of room for stuff! We left a trackable - "blueberrybug" here today.
After a FTF at a nearby cache I headed over here with NZTravellers for a quick look. The local dogs barked a little but no one came out. Even with the torches it was a bit of a search - would be much easier in the daytime but a great adventure none the less.
Thanks for the cache.
Thanks for the cache.
After an unsuccessful FTF dash nearby we meet up with Keylev (the successful FTFer) and while waiting for potentially more releases decided to give this cache a go as it was so close.
Nice little park but as we approached GZ the local dogs started but that didn't deter us.
Took a bit of a find but eventually we came up trumps. The walk back to the car was so much simpler!!

On my way south to Manakau for work today so determined to collect a few caches before hand. This was my first stop. Crikey, this was an unexpected but pleasant little section of bush. Hopefully the council maintains it. Anyway, I started on the wrong side of the stream. A quick find was had once I navigated a crossing of said stream. Cheers for the cache placement!
Braved the mosquitos to make a quick find here. I bet the locals love this mozzie breeding area! Thanks
Found with princess jasmine and Zarik the babaric, had no idea this little park was there, the placement and clue are good, all tough something is out of place.
Thank you for bringing us here.

Tftc quick easy find...I think its the tree coverage that plays with the co ords...walked straight to it grabbed the cache then the gps readjusted n I was 5-10 metres away...
Tftc co-ordinates were good this time round, just the mosquitos were attacking tonight
Coordinates changed from:
S 36° 57.588 E 174° 51.711
Coordinates changed to:
S 36° 57.621 E 174° 51.713
Distance from original: 200.9 feet or 61.2 meters.
Updated Coordinates used 2 GPS gadgets hopefully these coordinates are better.

Might need to check the co-ordinates... Looks like it is on someones front driveway... I might be wrong though...
Maybe it's a multi and we have to knock on the CO's door to get the coords for the final!
Even though the co ord's were 50 metres off I still decided to go hunting. Used all my geo powers and found the GZ. Had to use the hint and it had to be the last one I checked :-p. Nice area.thanks for the coin. Now I better go back to work :-p
