As this cache has been out of action for too long, I'm archiving it to keep it from continually showing up in search lists, and to prevent it from blocking other cache placements. It is a pity owners do not take responsibility for their caches when there are numerous DNF and stop wasting our time
I like the previous logs was unable to locate cache. Suggest the cache owner check location
Came from AA this time....and in broad daylight.
Such an exact good hint but nothing .....
Is it still there Apple Smash ?

Should have been a quick and easy find with help of the clue but could not find after quite a few minutes of looking. The fence may have had work done on it recently so wonder if cache is missing?
Was in the area this morning so stopped here to pick this one up. Clue was spot on. TFTC
Great clue for a quick find which is what I needed before heading to netball practice. Surely winter sports practice should be suspended in the holidays to make time for more caching.
Out and about this morning for a few cache finds in the area to help with our requirements for the GIO Licence challenge on Rangitoto.
Deciphered the hint and the cache was quickly in hand. No problems here. Thanks for the hide.

Took longer than it should have and very pleased I didn't see the huuuuge slug at GZ until cache had been returned.
I was using my phone instead of GPS so over shot GZ to start with, but after I back tracked and counted the posts it was a quick find TFTC!
Today yorkshirekiwi83 and I decided to return to East Auckland for another part day of caching - basically continuing where we left off yesterday and the weather was even hotter than yesterdays! Followed the hint, which led us straight to the cache. TFTC!

Vistra and I werent happy with our find numbers the day before due to the heat, so another early morning and back out there today to get our numbers, nice quick park, dash down an alley and find. TFTC

Yay! found with ease but lost my pen on the way so had to backtrack until I found it. Then back to GZ with signed log in hand. TFTC
Fount this one without too much trouble. Mr beconaze was searching a distance away so we decided not to tell him we had found it and let him keep going. we had the log signed and nearly had it back before he turned around!
My 2nd visit here but thats OK. At least I found it this time. Last time someone was watching me frm the end of the alley. I decided then it was time to go.
Found on the way to the breakfast event at Denny's. Always good to cache in a new area. Thanks for the caches.
I think I liked this one best of the AppleSmash short cuts - took me a while to winkle it out!

Had a spare hour this afternoon and with our monthly numbers looking poor we did a dash into the area to clean up some caches.
Parked close to the walk way and made our way down. Consulted the hint and made the necessary count. Mr NZT wasn't having much luck and as soon as Mrs NZT started she produced the goods.
The log was signed and cache returned.

Out with SuperVeganGirl on a sunny winters day. This one took a little longer than it should have as we missed it on the first pass! Thanks for the shortcut whafarr.

Cold and dark but in need of a cache to fill a gap in our calendar so we used the hint for a quick park and grab! TFTC
A nice quick one here once we figured out the meaning of the hint. Nicely done, TFTC!
Out for the day picking up caches to satisfy the requirements for the GIO licence.
Counted the wrong things, then counted incorrectly! Got it in the end!

Wow, those coordinates are spot on! 4th quick find, only a few more today to hit 600 in total. TFTC.
Quick grab on the way home for a 9yo birthday party down the road, needed something to unwind after that.
Sometinmes you are expecting them to take a while and it's in the first place you look, as this was.

Saw a likely spot as soon as I approached GZ and sure enough, there it was. Great hint, helped heaps! SL, off to the next one!
Super quick find on my second attempt. Exactly where I looked first time. I think a higher power is messing with me. TFTC
Nicely hidden. Dropped off a TB as we mopped the new caches that have popped up around the area. TFTC!!!
Out and about this afternoon for a spot of caching. I parked up and made my way down the shortcut. When the cache was not forthcoming I checked out the hint. Well, I did interpret it correctly but missed the cache on the first pass. Tried another interpretation and generally expanded the search area to no avail. Tried my original interpretation again but this time detected the cache placement. Cheers for the hide!
I searched a few places, then got lucky and found this one. I counted the correct items on my way back to the car and the hint is indeed correct. TFTC.
GPS and clue both had me in same place but couldn't see cache. Second DNF in the last 2 weeks on a difficulty 1 caches. Think I'm losing the plot. Will return
A few hours after arriving back from a short stint in sunny Nelson, had to go to Highland Park for some food. Decided to walk to this cache on the way.
This was almost a DNF for us as we muffed the hint completely and checked the wrong spot - extensively! Eventually AV2 whispers, got it. Phew. Think we need to go back to school to learn to read hints more clearly!!

Was lying in bed talking to a few cachers online. When one says a cache close to me has been released. I normally don't bother for FTF's at this time of night. But thought I would try and beat keylev there as I was only just up the road....but I was 20 seconds to late. STF for me
OOOOOOOOOOO NOOOOOOOOOOOOO JUST got home and then THIS! Another 20 minute penalty!!!!!!
Phew you have to be quick round here...had just finished dinner after the earlier FTF and was contemplating heading off to bed when ring ring a new geocache. This time I grabbed the dog and was out the door within seconds.
Got to GZ and all was quiet. Found cache nice and easily and was signing the log when UncleSam showed up. Lucky for him our dog knows him, as she was on high alert at the time being night and in a dark alley. Returned to our cars and noticed a lady sitting in her car across the road...wonder what she made of it all.
Thanks for the cache. FTF #23
