### **OWNER MAINTENANCE REQUIRED PLEASE** ###

Hi there ornursie72,
This cache has been flagged by Geocaching HQ as a cache that **MAY** need some attention.
You may recall having received an automated email from Geocaching HQ which explained what you needed to do.
Unfortunately, nothing seems to have happened, so I am having to take the next step and temporarily disable the cache - see here: [**Geocache Health Score.**](https://www.geocaching.com/help/index.php?pg=kb.chapter&id=38&pgid=713)
**You do need to respond in some way within 14 days, so others know you are on top of it, as well as indicating exactly what is happening with this placement - please don't let a lack of communication scuttle this listing.**
#What should you do now:-#
You have a number of choices so pick the one that applies from this handy list:-
- **Check On The Cache:-** Visit the cache to check, repair, replace or do whatever else is needed, post an [**Owner Maintenance log**](http://support.groundspeak.com/index.php?pg=kb.page&id=404) indicating the cache has been checked and [**ENABLE your cache.**](https://support.groundspeak.com/index.php?pg=kb.page&id=235 ) Then sit back and wait for the logs of praise to roll in.
- **Place A Write Note Log:-** Reviewers don't have a crystal ball, so without your note on the cache page explaining that the site works are on-going, or you have been in hospital, or the area is in flood, they can't tell what is going on with the cache.
So please just post a note to the page (within 14 days) and when a Reviewer next looks at the listing, all will be fine for a little bit longer.
**Be sure to indicate the actual date that you expect to have it fixed so that everyone knows you are on top of it. If you have a long term unavailable cache (where you don't have an actual date) please ensure you visit the page and post a note every 4 to 6 weeks, so as to keep everyone up to speed.**
- **Adopt/Archive:-** If you don't plan on fixing it then you could consider passing it on to another Geocacher by asking them to [**Adopt it**](https://www.geocaching.com/help/index.php?pg=kb.chapter&id=38&pgid=54) or alternatively, you need to [**Archive it,**](https://www.geocaching.com/help/index.php?pg=kb.chapter&id=38&pgid=56) so it is removed from searches and someone else can have the spot. Don't forget to remove any remnants of your previously enjoyed cache too.
You might wonder what happens if you don't pick one of the above. Well, when the cache is next checked by a Reviewer, if the issue has not been addressed, or there is no acknowledgment as requested above, it will be assumed the cache has been abandoned and processed accordingly.
Honestly, I'd rather you decide, so please do something before then. Please don't send me an email but instead follow the information/advice posted above.
Thanks for your cooperation,
Bunjil

Could not find it might have been tampered with it would have been a good spot though
Fairly confident that this is gone, hada really good look and got the light into all the nooks and crannies

We looked high, we looked low, we looked in, we looked out, but today there was no way we could work this one out! Searched everywhere with torch deep inside this hole - no snakes!
Given previous logs, we're a tipp'n it's a miss'n.
Thanks for the hunt anyway ornursie72.

Couldn’t see it easy and ended up having chat to farmer across road, he was saying that there is a huge snake been seen in area so we were not going to explore in the long grass. Farmers son said he saw it near tree last week and it stretched tight across road so a biggy
We have had our daughter, her husband and their two kids staying with us during the COVID lockdown so that we could look after the kids whilst they were in lockdown. They have just left as school goes back in Melbourne, so we are taking advantage of our new freedom and set out to find a few geo caches. Our stats for 2020 are looking pretty woeful, and very different from what we had planned! At least the weather gods are on our side today. These been extensive wind and rain over the past few days and there are minor flood warnings out for a few of the local rivers. Today is bright and sunny, and we’ve worn our waterproof shoes! Caching today with Rebel Acts-it’s so nice that we can share outside activities like this since the easing of COVID restriction in regional Victoria.
We are also collecting the Seven Wonders of the World icons, and are well into our journey now. Just a few more of the ancient ones to go
It certainly is a nice big tree. Very hard to miss, but I had to get dirty to retrieve the cache

Mrs Ski pair did the honors here.

had trouble getting it out as someone tossed it to far lol but replaced same spot just a bit more accessable lol
In a combined effort to both get some exercise and be just a *little* more environmentally friendly, I rode my bike out to this cache today. It was a nice, easy ride even though I'm not a fan of riding on the road generally. Luckily it wasn't too busy at this time of the day.
The cache was also a nice easy find. Just the way I like 'em
And yeah, I agree, that *is* a nice tree
Thanks for find #1652

Our week camping in Dargo has been moved due to the East Gippsland Bushfires. Our thoughts are with all those affected.
Now that leaves us with a day of caching around Stratford.
Nice easy cache this one. TFTC

After having moved on to a new camping spot this morning, we headed out to do a caching tour of the Maffra and Stratford district with ilook4geo. It was overcast and cooler but no rain happened till late afternoon and then it was very light.
We found a variety of caches and some took longer than others to pinpoint. This one was a successful find. Log was signed, all was replaced as it had been found.
Thank you to ornursie72 for this cache placement.

Out on a caching hunt with goingplaces2 while staying nearby. Found an assortment of caches and added both names to each log that was located. It was a good day with more smileys added to the tally. No problem in finding this one. TFTC.
Lucky we are oldies as we needed our walking stick to reach it as it was as far in the tree as could be. But we got. Kutgw
Found by Mary and David at 14:00. Certainly is a beautiful specimen, and we spotted several more in the area. We do enjoy country caches, rather than a nano down a grimy lane in the CBD. A freezing wind. Heading home after 2 weeks away to attend "The Gong" Mega. Our thanks to ornursie72.
TFTC Was in an obvious spot but like other people have commented it can get itself in a difficult spot. Being that we needed a gold club to reach it (lucky I played yesterday) I thought it was fitting to leave a golf ball. Left in the same spot but in an easier to reach place.
Cache found quickly and in good condition.
Thanks for the cache.

Day 5 and final day of KmanNZ VIC/NSW Summer Roadtrip 2018
Heading back home towards Pakenham today - caching the country back roads.
Goal to find 1000 caches in 2018 - well and truly completed
NO CLUES OR HINTS IN THE FOLLOWING TEXT
Since moving from New Zealand in 2016 I have been enjoying the area, exploring and finding caches.
So far I’ve knocked off 4 of the states. VIC, SA, NSW and A.C.T all multiple times.
No two areas are the same here and almost every place I go to is stunning. The beauty of caching is that it takes you to so many places you would never usually find.
Thank you to all the cachers out there for hiding and maintaining their caches. Especially to those who put so much effort into creating unique and fun hides.
I enjoy finding well maintained caches in fun and unique cache containers. No one likes finding a mint tin – but a find is a find after all.
I’m currently working on a Project-GC challenge to get the average word count on my logs over 200 words.
So please ignore the rest of this log as it is just nonsense and song lyrics.
Well she was an American girl
Raised on promises
She couldn't help thinkin' that there
Was a little more to life
Somewhere else
After all it was a great big world
With lots of places to run to
Yeah, and if she had to die
Tryin' she, had one little promise
She was gonna keep
Oh yeah, all right
Take it easy baby
Make it last all night
She was an American girl
Well, It was kind of cold that night
She stood alone on her balcony
She could hear the cars roll by
Out on 441
Like waves crashin' on the beach
And for one desperate moment there
He crept back in her memory
God it's so painful, when
Something that's so close
And still so far out of reach
Oh yeah, all right
Take it easy baby
Make it last all night
She was an American girl
Well I'm a-runnin' down the road try'n to loosen my load
I've got seven women on my mind
Four that want to own me, two that want to stone me
One says she's a friend of mine
Take it easy, take it easy
Don't let the sound of your own wheels drive you crazy
Lighten up while you still can
Don't even try to understand
Just find a place to make your stand, and take it easy
Well, I'm a standin' on a corner in Winslow, Arizona
Such a fine sight to see
It's a girl, my Lord, in a flat-bed Ford
Slowin' down to take a look at me
Come on, baby, don't say maybe
I gotta know if your sweet love is gonna save me
We may lose and we may win, though we will never be here again
So open up I'm climbin' in, so take it easy
Well, I'm a runnin' down the road tryin' to loosen my load
Got a world of trouble on my mind
Lookin' for a lover who won't blow my cover, she's so hard to find
Take it easy, take it easy
Don't let the sound of your own wheels make you crazy
Come on baby, don't say maybe
I gotta know if your sweet love is gonna save me
Oh, we got it easy
We oughta take it easy
Thanks for the cache.

Watching for road traffic beside the cache, this was an easy find and fun for the kids who said it was a "cool cache".
TNLN thanks for the cache. And indeed it was a nice tree with Parrots living in the hidey holes.

A cache on a back road that is not busy means no muggles, our type of cache. SL TFTC
Sighting a cache doesn't count in our books.
Anyway, we spent half an hour in/under the tree and finally extracted this cache, where we duly signed the log (we should get a year of unloved here). The cache should have been logged with a Needs Maintenance and the problem corrected well before now. What should have been a D1.5 ended up a D4.0 - so now the suggestion would be that the holes here are filled/blocked to stop this cache going back so far under the tree.

We were the same as the previous log, we found the cache but it is no longer within reach so we couldn’t sign the log. Perhaps someone with extra long arms might be able to reach it.
This technically wasn’t a find as we didn’t physically sign the log, but nor was it a DNF because we actually did spot the cache, so I hope the CO is okay with us logging a find. The cache has fallen down into the bit of a wombat hole to the side, and try as we might we were unable to reach it. Maybe the next person to come by could bring a grab-stick or something to hopefully be able to retrieve it... sadly it was just too far out of reach for anything we had on hand.
It certainly is a nice tree! Thanks for the detour off the main road. Some animal must have dragged it out, as it was just sitting in the grass beside the tree. Thanks for the hide.
Cool tree! It was a race to get to the hiding place first as we could guess where it was as we approached. Good one
Enroute from Stratford to Briagalong via the Llowalong (how do you pronounce that?) Road. This cache wasn't far from "Stratty" so we stopped to find it.

Arriving in Stratford about half an hour early to see my patient, I decided to venture a little further afield and pick up this cache. Traversing a road I'd not travelled down before, I came upon what is a very Nice Tree. Oh wait, pull over! HA! A little jog back up the road to the said tree and I discovered a clear hiding place which, once camouflage was displaced, revealed a good-sized cache. Alas, no TB inside, but I happily added my signature and was on my way. TFTC ornursie72!
Just happened to be passing thru the area, what are the chances of finding a cache! Wish I knew where my caching buddies were, I miss them! TFTC
What a classic Australian gum tree.
I wonder how old it is?
The strong winds are not moving the trunk.

Found it great hide, almost fell over in the long grass but also no geocoin feel it may have been taken as I've had a look through comments and seen that a few others can't find it in there either
Number 399.
Resident cocky wasn't too happy with me poking around its tree.
Had to time the grab when the local farmer wasp lowing away from me. After getting a torch so I could see into nooks & crannies I had the cache in hand.
Took nothing. TFTC
