Cleaning up some caches near the waterworks today that wed missed on other occasions. Our last find for the day. A quick find and then we went straight back to the car as there was a loud dog nearby who might have alerted the neighbours. A nice park, another one discovered through caching. Thanks for the cache KruptosReuben!
What a beautiful spot! I love forget-me-knots! Hot day, so the running water and shade were so welcome. Delighted to discover this part of the track! TFTC
As we were head out of the area this one was remembered and we called in as i hadn't found this one, I did search many years ago with no luck, today however it was an easy find, log was a bit damp but i didn't have any spares in my pocket sorry.Again not sure what we were doing today, I got to the Goose pen after my Parkrun and he had a couple of ideas so after getting coffee we headed off to Cascades and then to North west Bay River.Found on 05/10/2024 at 12:39:00 thanks to KruptosReuben for placing this cache for me to find. The best caches I have found so far are:-Sentimental [Moorgreen P3:1, Penny Pincher](http://coord.info/GC32Z5B) By [Sven&Cup](http://www.geocaching.com/profile/?A=6596795)Traditional [Hanging Around in Toorak](http://coord.info/GC62KAP) By [bobthebuilder_123](http://www.geocaching.com/profile/?A=586681)Multi [Gawler Fort Knox](https://coord.info/GC5T0W1) By [**JEM**](http://www.geocaching.com/profile/?A=11449141)Unknown [Men In Black Holes](http://coord.info/GC1DVB0) By [SG-3](http://www.geocaching.com/profile/?A=918045) Letterbox [Rolf's Letterbox](http://coord.info/GC5NCYM) By [membsec](http://www.geocaching.com/profile/?A=5318842)Earthcache [Totem Pole](https://coord.info/GC862H8) By [The Hancock Clan](http://www.geocaching.com/profile/?A=263428)Visit the [Geocaching Tasmania Facebook group](https://www.facebook.com/groups/318455407771/)Member of the [Tas_Community](http://www.geocaching.com/profile/?A=25086739) maintenance group.
We Didnt Notice At First That There Was A Hint Until We Read It And Found It! Was A Bit Difficult!
This cache was a little bit of an anomaly on my geomap I noticed as I was approaching, so I thought why not make the short detour down this street and that street to see what's what.Oh, what a cool hidden little spot that the locals must love walking their dogs in.Cache was found quickly then I made my slow way back to the main road and onwards to home.Thank you for the cache.Happy Birthday Annie!
On my way home, I decided to stop by this cache even though I was running late.
I decided I’d give it 5 minutes as I’d been here before and hadn’t been successful but today was different.
Once at GZ I looked carefully and I had the cache in hand in less than 60 seconds!
Thanks for the cache!

Thanks for the walk, yes, Swampy, I was taking notes. Cache in good condition. Loved the hide.
TFTC a fun find, the rock isn't too big you have to pull but be careful they don't fall on your feet.
Had a good look around and under but couldn’t find it in the 15 minutes I was there. I’ll place a watch on this cache to see if I was suffering from cache blindness or not.
Awesome little find! Logs Still dry with a few short pencils to sign it with. Great for a first timer!

It's May 2022 and I'm logging all the caches I forgot to log in the last few months! This was a nice little spot, I didn't even know it existed before finding this cache! I spend so much time in the main rivulet park, I never thought to look upstream... TFTC
A lovely area with the sweet sound of running water and the hidden cache was located and it's log signed at 10:17 on TGIF 16 July 2021.
{If i built a house here i'd make sure my bedroom was the one that faced the stream as close as possible so i could listen to it all night [^] That and rain on a tin roof are 'pure bliss' [:x]}
The cache and contents are good and dry

Need to be very fit and stable to be able to find this cache. It is quite hard to find and it is tricky median and you can fall in the river. Hope you don’t fall, bring a pair of bathers just in case Good luck!
Sneaky sneaky little find. Got it though! So glad we tried this one though, beautiful little park!
Had a few hours free this afternoon so set off on a small geocaching adventure with the kids. Decided to reattempt this one today given the extra help, it still took a bit of searching but finally located the small container. Clearly didn't move enough rocks last time! TFTC
Took a little while, as we were looking around the rocks, not under them. Found it quickly after we lifted a couple. TFTC
gridge98 decided he wanted to go for an overnight trip to hobart and collect a few caches and also head down to port arthur to collect the old virtual. I was keen for a drive to get some hours up for my Ls and to find a few caches along the way. A great trip away and some cool sights seen.
Apologies for the generic log.

Today JLROCKSTAR and I set off to go to Hobart for the day, after a long day of driving around we decided to end up crashing for the night in town overall 24 finds for the day.
This was a quick find along the way.

Thank for the cache KruptosReuben, "drive by finds" was the order for the rest of the day. this was the fourth find for me today as we have searched here before I didn't think it was still here but several cachers have logged a find so of we go again only to find the lid less damp log cache in a place that we should have checked before, woops missed it. TFTC TNLN log damp needs a lid. afternoon getting cool.
Thanks for the cache KruptosReuben.
In the area today with RLD4963. We have previously searched for this one but came up empty handed. As there had been a few finds since last time we looked, we decided to head back and search some more. Just as we were about to throw our arms up in despair again, I moved the right rock and there it was. Glad to turn this one into a smiley.

Our last cache for the day. Such a lovely spot. Thanks for bringing us here and for the cache.
Had the day off today so decided to collect a few caches. Parked up close and walked to the small bridge. Looked at all the places we thought the cache would be but no luck. Perhaps the CO should check.
out and about with only one Rafa this time with a set agenda for today this was the last for the day, got the a parking spot close to the overpass walked down the steps to the riverbank and along to the smaller bridge ready to search for a cache after ten minutes of searching it looked pretty hopeless and spending another 20 minutes going over places to make sure we never missed it. we decided to call it quits and log a DNF for this cache. picturesque place would CO check please, to replace if missing.
Hi KruptosReuben, thanks for the cache, found this evening with geoSonA as we were too restless to just sit at home. It must be someone in particular's birthday today, so Happy Birthday to them! A nice spot to visit, thanks.

Out today to visit MONA and to get a few of the caches which have gone down since our last visit to Tas. TFTC
Much easier find than I expected given the location and size of cache. Third find today for Mr Winston and his geohuman. On a roll.
Searched all the place I thought this would be but to come up empty was disappointing .
Thanks for bringing me here

Made this one harder than we should have!
Recent tree damage on the adjacent side of the creek next to bridge. Cache quite assess able where it is. TFTC

There is a bit of damage in this area due to the recent wild weather but a beautiful spot all the same. Jealous of the people living in the houses near by this was our 500th find so an extra big thank you for the cache
Found with the geo-son during a Sunday morning bike ride down from the summit of the mountain. Afterwards we carried on down the track but had to turn back when it finished after a few hundred metres (for what was the only uphill section of our ride). Many thanks KtruptosReuben
We found ourselves in the area of a new subdivision and a lovely bridge and steps down to the rivulet. Located the cache which will soon have a new deck looking straight down at the bridge.judging by the building happening above the rivulet. TFTC
Well my researcher about how to get to this cache on google streetview was wasted... It's a lot easier than it looks to get to this beautiful park

KruptosReuben I parked the car were I thought the steps were but was wrong so as I walked down the bank to the rivulet I was abused by one of the drunken residents who starred to throw things at me.
The joys of night time caching.
I eventually found the bridge and after a little looking found the cache.

Had some business to complete in the city so before grabbing some lunch decided to grab a few caches. Found a good spot to park and strolled down to GZ for a quick find in a pleasant walking area.

On entering the park and seeing the way out signs erected by council, we were confident that once over the nicely built bridge the track would continue down the rivulet and exit back onto Strickland Avenue. But after a very short distance a fence and go no further sign brought us to halt.

The idea we had was to walk up the Cascade track to make a further search for the Barad Tricky tree cache and then cut over the ridge to Marlin Road and find if there was a way down to the Birthday cache near Strickland Avenue. We discovered there wasn’t and did a circuit up to the road junctions and then down Strickland to the car outside the brewery.

Found quickly. Nice spot for a cache. The sound of the creek was very tranquil.
Thanks, KruptosReuben, for placing a cache in such a lovely area, but, unfortunately for us we had no luck in finding it.
Couple of nice little hiding holes at the base of the bridge but could not find it.
Checked up on it after two DNFs. Still there and in good condition. Happy caching!
Not on my birthday, but very close.
A pleasant little park - I wonder how far the track goes?
Thanks for the cache.

It has been interesting to watch the gradual development of the Linear park. We had not been to this section before - very pleasant area. Accurate coordinates and the hint led to a find after a short search. The cache and contents were in good condition. Thanks for the cache KruptosReuben and "A Belated Happy Birthday Annie"
Another goose and bear lunchtime caching run. A magnificent day and a nice little spot. Plenty of building activity going on too. TFTC
This was meant to be a quick lunchtime outing with the bear. We (he) found this cache easily enough! After this we worked on a multi down the creek a bit but ran out of time.
Very impressed with the little bridge and its big brother nearby. Beautiful sunshine made this a lovely spot. Lots of construction going on but we were out of the way at GZ. TFTC

Such a pretty little area, from the bubbling stream, the little bridge to the grassy quiet spot at GZ !
Thanks for the cache, KruptosReuben !

What a lovely location you have hidden the cache. Great little footbridge. The hint helped us make a quick find.
Thanks KruptosReuben for the cache.

Hi Kruptos
Had had a couple od days being house bound so today I decided to get out and have a look for plastic.
Arrived at the parking spot, down the stairs along the track to the bridge and began my search.
Very quick find; Sainting the cache at 1130hrs.
Pretty little spot.
Thanks for the *FTF* which I thought would be gone by the time I arrived at the cache; luckily not so.
TFTC and cheers
