In the area today to participate in a walk for charity with DaisyRunner- had to get some caches afterwards. The second cache we headed to. A quick find. TFTC

I only live about 15 mins away and have been eyeing this off for a long time - today I finally had the opportunity and time to stop! A quick find thanks to my suspicious mind & the log was signed. Thanks for this one!

Lucky enough to be the first spot I checked, I love the drive in, many memories have been formed here

I was heading down to the Mornington Peninsula and not thinking about caching at all. However as I got to Dromana I discovered that the freeway was closed due to an incident. Being forced off the freeway with all the other traffic, I thought I would take a rest and grab the 2 closest geocaches. No use sitting in traffic for no reason.Parked right beside this one and I thought it would be an easy find. However after not finding it in the first few places, I almost knocked myself out head butting a tree branch. After recovering, I then quickly found it. Maybe I needed the head smack.Thanks for the cache Team RuphaceHunter

Cant say I ever snuck anyone into the drive in, but we did think about it. This reminded me of a cheech and Ching album.

Quick spot

A quick stop to grab this cache while in the area. Took a bit of fossicking.

I was doing a little reconnoitre of the area for a cache I am planning based on the Drive-In...and so obviously dropped by to look for this one. After a quick search, I found this great little cache in the likely spot. Signed and then wandered off to find a spot for my hide.

Sorry folks had to move this cache as it was stolen "AGAIN" so we found a found a new hide for the cache and we have also made this a premium level cache in hopes to curve the mysterious vanishing acts

A nice, quick find on a rainy afternoon. I can actually remember going to this Drive-In with someone in the boot way back in the '60s. Can't remember what was playing however

Out and about caching on a beautiful winters day thanks for placing this cache a nice quick find

Love the geocache description, very good. We found this cache in a nice little hide reasonably quickly as the coordinates were pretty spot on. A few muggles at the nearby intersection but we managed to beat the long weekend drive-in traffic by minutes I reckon. Tftc.

Driven past here a million times over the past few years and recently I nearly bought a unit in the holiday park next door but found out that you couldn’t live in it permanently so pulled out of it.

Anyway been meaning to come and find this cache for awhile but keep forgetting about it. So I just found it and it was a quick and easy find. Plus while I was in the middle of typing this out a car just pulled up near me so don’t know if they are a cacher as well or someone else but seemed a little strange to have someone pull up at the same moment! Haha

I couldn’t open the cache as I tried it several times but I might wait until this lady goes and try opening it again. Might edit this when I get home if I can get back to it again to sign the physical logbook but at the moment the lady is parked directly next to the cache so might head off but now another car just turned up!

Edit: Both cars didn’t stay long so I stayed a bit longer and I was able to open the cache the second time. So signed the physical logbook now as well.

took a trip down memory lane to view a few good Sci Fi movies (all Though not actually open) and perform some much needed maintenance including replacing the logbook, find a new hide and general wellbeing of the area.

Original location had some maintenance to the area and found new better location nearby had opened up.

New cache and location active

Due to a number of thefts of cache containers from the locals it is uncertain as to whether maintenance is required or not, but a maintenance run will be done shortly to work the best step to hopefully keep this cache operating.

On the way to meet some friends in Dromana but as we were running a little early we stopped by here to find this cache which was just around the corner from the meeting spot. While we did have a holiday house on the Peninsula for many many years we never actually came here. Once in the vicinity of GZ Mr Pooky jumped out of the geo4WD and made a quick find. TFTC TNLN.

Well that’s a place I haven’t been to since I was a kid. Mind you a similar one in Queensland. The name of this cache brings back memories when I was snuck into the boot to get through the cashier point.
Anyways, the cache was in a container that didn’t lend itself to an easy extraction of the log, but PrezDough and I managed to get this one signed even.
I visited 5 TB.
