Unfortunately, we have to archive this cache. No longer have the time to maintain it. Hopefully, someone else can make use of this location for a future geocache.
No luck for us today, we’re aware the cache has been damaged, the remnants of the previous cache is shattered. Owner may not have gotten around to replacing yet
It looks like this cache may have been broken and left on the side of the pond?
Will endeavour to check on this cache in the coming week. Recent rain may have washed it into the lake.
Looks like it’s come up fairly high from recent rain. Unfortunately DNF this one.
Secret7(P) I found your cache Deep Sea Creature on 9/7/2022, 4:20 pm. This is my find 3720 and find # 8 today. A quick find, first place I looked. Thanks for the cache, mate! TNSLLN
In all our travels we would not have even thought to travel to this location.

Oh, a secret7 cache and from 2015.
I don't know what that means.
Other than, i've seen this cache on my map since i started looking where they exist, wondering on it's watery guardian and i've come across and read many a secret7 (aletterinbtackets?)
cache log on my hunt to find them all on the sunshine coast.
So i was quite chuffed to perhaps step into the gangs local waterways the other day on my geotour of palmwoods.
Thanks secret7 for hiding and maintaining a cache in this random locale for me to now autograph on my treasure map.
Sorry for the late log. *shrug*

Container is well camouflaged. Do not be alarmed by the guardian, it can't bite! Did not sign as the paper is wet. Hard to reseal properly.
TFTF. Don't be startled by the new guardian. He won't bite.
Paper was wet so did not sign.
Paper was wet so did not sign.
First ever find, but the paper and everything inside was very damp and wet so couldn't sign it
My youngest and I were taking a drive around the sights and stopped here to claim a smilie. We found the cache and a lot of bitey midgies too! Name in log and all returned before we made a dash back to the car. Tftc Secret7(P)
12:41:00 PM. While in the area we grabbed this one. Nice cool walk to GZ and a short search to find the container half full of water and log wet. Managed to sign and returned it to it's hide. Thanks for the cache Secret7(P)
This geocache is difficult to find but look within the reeds and you should be able to find it.
This one was found much faster then we expected after reading some previous logs on the walk from the car.
Saw some turtles on the way in.

25/11/20 Find #4383
Wombles and co and I were on our Wacky Wednesday out and about on some Sunny Coast rounds today, and as we were missing our other partner in crime, NyssaFlutterby, we decided to target caches she had done and we hadn’t.
A short stroll and we were soon at GZ, where it didn’t take long to find the little creature. And no getting our feet wet required.
Thanks for the cache Secret7(P).

Logged and Found as WallabyTim/KaleidoscopeCass or WallabyWanderers. Backing this up with our old account, Apologies if you receive multiple logs
Woohoo 14+ months unloved! Stumbled across this cache today when chasing a smiley to fill a calendar date. Noticing the owner maintenance we thought we'd be crazy not to go for it! Searched for a while before reading an old log which helped narrow down GZ from the bounce from tree cover. Love the guardian and seeing fresh swaps. TFTC

Finally got around to checking on this cache. To our surprise it was still there, just tucked away very well! However, after opening the container we realised it was very waterlogged. The container has now been replaced with a slightly larger one, it is still hidden in the same location. The guardian is no longer of the deep-sea kind but still a bit of fun.
First attempt DNF. Will definitely have another crack later. Have a feeling the guardian might be MIA.
A nice morning stroll along to find this cache which was guarded by a population of ants. All good here we fended them off and signed the log. TFTC
Nice contents for kids!
Out and about exploring Palmwoods ! And happy caching!

Trying to pick up a few caches today and this was one of the successes. Did not find any guardian so don't know whether it was too well camouflaged for me or that it has taken off to the depths. Log bit damp. TFTC Secret7(P)
Found after a short search. I heard something lizard-esque in the shrubbery while I was looking. I followed a little geotrail and found the cache.

Hmm my preconceived thoughts on this one was that it was in the actual pond. So after searching for a while for some sort of tethering device we decided to read some previous logs and changed tack slightly. Thereafter it was found almost immediately.
Thank you for hiding it, It was hard to find. Löök amongst the reeds and you will find it
While staying at Nambour, I just had to get out and find a few caches with my geodog Scruffy.
What a lovely spot, while looking for this one, a bloke parked his car just behind mine, got out and fed some ducks, then back in and left.
Cache was not exactly where I first thought it would be.
All Good .. TFTC ..

Cache is back in play! Please be gentle with the guardian as it is no longer attached to the cache. Will endeavour to fix this in the future.
Happy hunting!

Doing a check on all our caches, will have it replaced soon.

The cache was located reasonably quickly despite the camouflaging skill of the containers minder.
After the recent heavy rains from ex-TC Debbie shelved my plans for a trip South due to extensive flooding, a visit to the hinterland seemed a better option. Today's trip took me through Landsborough, Moololah Valley, Woombye, Eudlo, Palmwoods and points in between picking up solved puzzles and a variety of other caches.
Quick find here, my last in Palmwoods today. Thanks **Secret7(P)** for bringing us here, this find makes #3524. Discover our trackable TGQNRV .

There was some argument in the car about the best place to park for this one. In the end I pulled over in a turning lane (illegally) and we had to consult the map and this time we went for the satellite photos for final confirmation.. The maps and streets had let us down earlier today and we were keen to avoid another crisis.
As we are walking to the cache there is talk of the deep sea guardian. The geodaughter bets her money on a shark. I bet my money on a toad. I only suggested toad because I know it freaks her out and it worked. As we walked to GZ we saw and heard about 15 lizards slink away into the water which freaked her out. She was putting on a brave face but I saw her shaking. The nearby water looked like the perfect toad breeding spot and I was keen to remind her. When we got close to GZ, she just points and says it is in there. I go in alone and she doesn't follow. Toads on the brain.
After signing the log, we are walking back to the car and she finds a flower (next to the base of a tree - it wasn't picked) and Instagram's it. I have no idea what that means but apparently it has to be in a photo with me to show my sensitive side. tftc

The search looked daunting but fortunately it was a quick find once I engaged my brain. TFTC Secret7(P).
Nice hide. Lovely like hidden walk with the geocaching jellyfish kids and the geodog.
Ha!! One minute after logging a DNF (after at least 20 minutes of searching) I decided to have one last look, trying a different approach. Found it immediately! I love geocaching again! TFTC
