This Cache is causing to much Trouble to the next door neighbors who want to ring the police all the time and the cache has gone missing so I am not going to replace

Swung past again today and parked well away from GZ. Muggle across the road yelled at me and said he was calling the police. I waited for them but as expected, the police didn’t show up Muggle was filming me on his mobile for reasons unknown. It’s not a criminal offence to walk on public property. I did not approach or enter the RFS land.

Be aware of the nosey muggle if visiting this cache. ‘tho I think it’s missing as the CO gave me clear instructions.

Can’t see a cache and the dog is barking

No go for us here for the second time. TFTH though.

Nope. Barking dog wouldn't keep quiet. Felt too conspicuous

It was hard to be discreet here but I did my best - but had no luck.

A beautiful day in the Gemfields, Rubyvale and Sapphire. What does one do early in the morning, when the sun is not yet so hot? Geocaching, of course.

So we took our car and drove from our hotel down to Sapphire and up the Rockhound Trail and back to Rubyvale and were lucky, that there are almost no tourists at all, as well as no mugglers.

Quick find on a day out at Rubyvale. Tftc

On our way to QOGM (Blackall) day 24 of our trip. 30 caches for the day and 730 for the trip.TFTC

Spend a few day in Sapphire and Rubyvale and looking for some Geocache. This one we found. Thanks for the Cache !

Caching in and around Sapphire and surrounds we picked up a few caches and this was one of them. We enjoyed the journey exploring these locations and accurate co-ords made for easy finds.

Cache and contents were in good condition.

Thanks for placing and maintaining this cache for our enjoyment.

Hi there grannysmith1947. shopping in Emerald this morning then a day trip out to Sapphire and Ruby Vale this afternoon. Two very interesting places that we should have allowed more time for - perhaps on our return trip. This cache was a quick find after parking close by and the container and the log are dry and quite useable. TN, LN, SL. Thanks to grannysmith1947 for this cache - our find #6835.

Grey Nomads travelling in their caravan around Australia. We have been on the road since July 2011 and discovered caching in August 2013. We travel with a bunch of travel bugs belonging to our sons and grand children. Where ever possible, we will maintain your cache as we travel.

We left the abandoned town of Lilyvale, and settled into our new campsite in Sapphire. Thanks to Sapphire for providing this free camp in town. Also allowing us to fossick (I mean) cache in the area.
After a a sundowner, we wandered from our campsite to find this cache.

Day 12 of our road trip to the QOGM and return to Tweed Heads via Emerald, Biloela and Muttaburra. Thank you so much to all the COs who have placed caches along the highways and byways that we will travel over in the fourteen days we are away. Without your caches we would not see and/or learn about your local area.

After attending the QOGM Event at Barcaldine, the next place to look for caches were in the Gemfields. Thank you to all the CO's who have placed caches in locations which I would probably not have visited. Enjoyed finding these caches. TFTC

We have left the Barcy region and are now wending our way home. We've headed East to the Gemfields and Emerald for our overnight stop and are picking up a few caches along the way.

Thanks to the COs for your hard work in creating the caches and hides we visited today.

After attending the successful QOGM 2018 in Barcaldine, we are heading home via Emerald and Roma.
Came to this area to get a few caches with attributes we need for a few challenges.
Love to come back and spend more time here.

A visit to the gem fields to find some gems of caches was the order of the day. This one was easily found and the log was signed before all was put back into its place. Thanks go to grannysmith1947 for putting this cache out in an area that produces such beautifully coloured gemstones.

Found as part of Canberra Crunchers (Scruffyblake, Darzee Di, ACTchil, Kittykatch, Mtrax, Joolay and Me_To while on the hunt to get Darzee di here 2000th cache.

Great day had walked around 9km and grabbed 33 caches and between us we placed 3 new ones on the trail.

Spotted from the geo mobile as we arrived at GZ. a very quick find. These folks are inspirational when you look at how much time they give up to train and also to do the volunteer work that they do. I reckon its time they were rewarded by our society with a tax break. But this is not a geo-political log, only a geo one Thanks for the cache. All is well here.

Travelling around Australia and now super excited to be finally starting our trek to the Easter Geocaching Event at Alice Springs.

Now in The Gemfields. What a busy place it was today! No logs since last year and today there were 4 teams out hunting! We saw names in logs time and time again, wondering how far behind we were.[?]

Finally we were sprung at Community gardens by hancockterry_96 & bertoady. We didnt manage to meet Treking Trev.

Comfy day out caching today not too hot, definitely not too cold. Tomorrow we head further west.

TFTC. Linda had this in hand before I had gotten out of the car and walked to GZ. We had Sen. Some similar types previously. Smittengranny inserted a fresh log . All signed and away we went

#10 of 12 finds today (1DNF ) whilst caching between Sapphire and Rubyvale. I had a great morning including meeting Hans and Linda who I hope to see again at the Surf Coast mega in Victoria in November.
Linda had this little beauty in her hand by the time I pulled up. After signing duties were completed I returned to my car and grabbed a new log as this one was now full.
