We found our first one but it was empty with no lid we left a gift inside anyway and ill replace it with a new container tomorrow as its so close to home well off to the next one..
Container is still damaged I tried to pack it up nicely into the bag found with the help of my nephew Tom
In all are travels we would not have even thought to traveled to this location.

Only the lid of the container was present, logbook had been saturated, but is now dry. Co maintenance definitely required
Didn't take too long to find, but needs some maintenance as the logbook is soaked and the container missing (lid is there)
This is the way to spend New Years Day... Geocaching! Thank goodness for the rain last night. It made walking much more pleasent. TFTC

After visiting some cellar doors it was time for a bit of geocaching. The 'Rock' series in Muswellbrook is a nice little cluster of caches. We enjoyed the walk across this area, spotting lots of kangaroos around this area. And with the sun out, I was alert on snakes. Luckily I did not see any.

The OZ Geomuster is over.
So much fun and games and catching up with friends and meeting new friends.
I have now officially left the showgrounds and am heading home.
But of course there has to be a detour to go find a cache a cache or two ... or three ... or ... Good thing I have 4 more days to travel home.
I found a close place to park ... And a short walk.
Found after a short search. [^]

We are heading from Brisbane to Bright in Victoria, caching as we go, wherever it is safe to pull up with the caravan. We left Brisbane on 3rd Jan and don't have to be in Bright til the end of the month. Today's drive takes us from our camp at Lake Liddle back to Muswellbrook to do some more Rock_Dok caches. My logs will be generic, unless something happens.....Thanks Rock_Dok for this series, we enjoyed the walk in the park.
Last cache of the series of Rock# caches was found listening to a serenad of at least three barking dogs. We were quite far away from the dogs and shouldn't have been a threat at all.
Kids were super excited to find some trades. We left a poker chip with a minion sticker on it and took a purple foam butterfly.
We were hoping the GPS knew which route to take along the water because we didn't. Actually the GPS wasn't too sure either but we ended up at the right side to a very obvious cache. With #11 found we nestled it under some cover and continued on to the last in the series. TFTC Rock Dok.
**# 13989** Found on our 2016 winter escape trek.
Another cool but sunny morning for a drive around Muswellbrook.
Another good find and not many muggles around today.
Thanks for the cache Rock_Dok,

The weather was lovely and mild for the start of the Easter long weekend so we thought we'd head up this way for the day to find a few caches. Most of the day was lovely and fine but after lunch light showers started but it wasn't wet enough to stop us caching.
After the adventure that was Rock #2 we found this one without incident.

Geopup needed a walk...why not do some geocaching! Only did half of the rock series before the rain set in. Thanks for the nice walk. Tftc!
Left Bathurst early & had a breakfast stop at Bylong. We continued on & have set up camp at the showgrounds, Muswellbrook.
We had a big afternoon of caching, finding some very impressive caches while taking a tiki tour of the town.
Thanks for placing this cache Rock_Dok

MrsFish had left me to find this one to walk in a more direct path back to the car. I'm not sure why she was so tired. I found the cache and headed up to the road to meet her. Thanks for a good hide.
We thought it time we paid Muswellbrook a visit as there were lots of caches there begging to be turned into smilies on our map.
We are now doing this series in reverse order. After taking a minute or to to work out which way our GPSrs wanted us to go, we negotiated some soggy ground then up to GZ to again find another cache completely exposed. Did the signing duties then replace it with some camo cover. Thanks Rock Dok

"Geocaches are like Pokemon, you've gotta catch 'em all" - Mitch Coppock. TFTC.
It was time to make our way back to Melbourne with Team Crackers and Micaparamedic we picked a different way back picking up some caches along the way.
Thanks for the hide,

Catching up on some very late logs.
Travelling home from the QLD mega with The Coffee’s and micaparamedic we were stopping at caches not too far off the highway.
We had a fantastic day with not one DNF although some of the hides were more difficult than others.
We apologise for this generic log but we have misplaced our notes and with over 400 finds for the week we cannot remember them all individually.
We do appreciate the effort of each C.O. in placing these caches for us and others to find and showing us places we not have stopped at if not for this great game.
To save space in the smaller logs we signed as MCC, micaparamedic, The Coffee’s and Team Crackers.

A great days caching on a road trip toward Oz Mega 2015 with Team Crackers and The Coffees. Many differing experiences, some where I walked right to the cache and others where I needed to hunt around a bit. As usual I have enjoyed the various challenges set by the CO's and the fact that I get to cache with friends and am outside in the great outdoors.
Many thanks Rock_Dok for placing this cache .

The third find after six attempts. I think we will give the rest a miss, thank Rock Dok.
7112 Out today with the geomum going to the burning mountain in Wingen. After doing it we were caching back the way we had came. We got to this one and I spotted a uncovered cache which I liked as do find it hard when the cache owner doesnt put a hint on a cache. TFTC
Im surprise to see blank log book...
