I am regretfully archiving this cache since there's been no response from nor action by the cache owner within the time frame requested in the last reviewer note.
Hi Goodie7110
This geocache was brought to my attention as being in need of an owner maintenance visit and after my previous reviewer note, there has been no owner response. The cache owner needs to check on this cache ASAP and either replace it or archive it, after picking up any geo-litter. See the [maintenance section of the Geocache Listing Requirements/Guidelines](http://www.geocaching.com/about/guidelines.aspx#listingmaintenance).
I've added this cache to my watchlist, and I will check back in four weeks to be sure that the maintenance has been done. In the meantime, I have temporarily disabled this listing. When the maintenance is completed, the owner can enable the listing by clicking on the link below the cache name to return it to active status.
Whatever your intentions, please **post a note** here on the cache page (not email) to let us know that you are still active and maintaining the cache. If a month passes without seeing a response, then I'll assume that this listing should be archived.
Please note, that if a cache is archived due to lack of owner maintenance, the cache is unable to be unarchived.

Couldn't locate this one today. Picnickers were looking on, so we abandoned the search.
Located this one during a weekend visit to the area. Found the cache no problem but unfortunately no log or lid on the container. Replaced the log and made a temporary fix to hold the log in place but cache will need a more permanent fix TFTC.
Found this one quickly. Unfortunately the bottom part has come off and there were no log to sign. Please replace. As per photo
Found the cache however the lid was gone as was the log book. We were very impressed by the tree at the park entrance.
Once found knew what this geohide previoisly had been, as there is similar close to me in my home town of Canberra, Australia. Too bad it no longer functions as meant to, but a hide is a hide, and we made the find, logged and replaced as found. TFTC dragon gem
The forecast for today was rain in the late morning. I really wanted to try and find the CANZ cache. It involved a walk. Luckily by the time we got back it still wasn't raining. So we packed a flask and morning tea and set off on our bikes.
We followed the cycle path along and then headed cross country. At first we thought it might be this magnificent tree. But I looked at my gps and realised we were in the wrong spot, it was nearer the fence line. We back tracked. JDScout felt very uncomfortable looking for this one, I hope the CO knows the home owner. I spotted the wire and pulled it. I tried my best to make it so the wire was visable, that way people wouldn't put explore the private property too much.
We crossed Cook Strait using the Inter Islander on Saturday. Today is day four. We spent the full day in Gisborne today.
This Easter JDScout and I are off on an East Cape adventure. We are driving in our campervan from Christchurch. This has been something we always wanted to do. I am combining this trip with geocaching.
Sadly there is no large event in New Zealand in 2019 but there are a few Mega events planned in Australia. I plan on going to the OzGeomuster in July. To find out more visit this site: https://www.ozgeomuster.com.au
If you can't make Aussie. New Zealand will have another large event in 2020 in Auckland. I will keep you posted in my logs.
Thanks for hiding this geocache.

I had DNF'd this a coupla years ago but was in the area this arvo so thought i would try again. Soon found the help but after reading previous logs, i started looking elsewhere and finally got the cache in hand (without need of the assistant). Nice to smilie up this one and find #3050. TFTC
This had been a planned trip in the company of HKCB to Whangarei but as the weather wasn't the best in the north we thought we would bring this trip forward and head over here to see what we could locate as neither of us had done a whole lot around this area.
Leaving home 7pm Friday evening and returning by midnite Saturday, 954kms travelled and approx. 70 caches located along with about 8 DNF's.
Thanks to all the CO's whom have put out these caches for us and completing the maintenance to keep them going.
The start of a new day and after a few hours sleep it was time to see what we could find with the real challenge being the new virtual as that was a primary goal for the trip. With the light up and no rain the day was looking good for a few caches. Had the place to ourselves but will admit it took a bit of a search before HKCB had the cache in hand
Thank you for the placement, thanks for the cache.

This weekend had been booked into headed to Whangarei with Cats&Dragons for a bit of caching, but as the weather wasn't looking flash at all, so we decided to head East instead to Gisbourne as we both hadn't done much caching in te area. Leave home about 7pm Friday, and returning home midnight Saturday meant we got a fair bit of caching time in for the limited time we had. All up we found just under 70 caches in total, so a big thanks for all the CO's for placing and maintaining the caches we found on this trip.
This one took a bit of effort to find as we were hunting in all the wrong spots. Eventually after reading a few logs we figured it out and found the cache. Very well done.

I DNF'ed this one when I was here in 2016.. today it was a quick find, now that it wasnt raining and I actually read some of the previous logs..
The wire tool was located this time, and I thought I actually needed it.. but where the cache is now, only hands are needed (or someone tall enough to see...)
PLayed a few holes on the discgolf course afterwards - nice place, but it sadly doiesn't have a course map any more.

Revisiting Gisborne from Tauranga. We used to live in Gisborne in the 70s. No geocaches around then though! Not such an easy find here as it was dark and we had to get the torches out. Nearly called it quits, but a last-minute hand search came up trumps. YAY! Cache is in good condition. TFTC
Tftc still there hanging just beyond boundry. Quick find. Dry and soung needs more paper.
I think I found the wire but no cache.
I spend some hours walking around in Gisborne. I found 12 caches on different beautiful places. Great way to get to know a city. Another 3 caches I searched for but did not find. Tomorrow I am heading for Palmerston North visiting my brother. Thanks to all co for each and every cache

Decided that since I had an extra day off work I would come up to Gisborne and visit family as I was in the Hawkes Bay for work and it wasnt too far to travel the extra distance and it also gave me the chance to pick up a few caches in this lovely community.
After finding GC6MZNE - (Not Actually) Under the Boardwalk (Gisborne), I decided that I would go and check out a couple of caches that were not too far away, I decided that I would park on Anzac Street and walk back to GZ from there.
After finding a parking spot near the entrance to the walkway it was a nice easy walk to GZ, as I neared GZ, I decided to check the logs and soon realised where the cache could be, had a quick look around and checked the most obvious spots but look as I may I still couldn't see anything.
Decided that after about 5 minutes of looking it was time to give up and move on as I really didnt want to spend much more time looking for this cache, well it gives me an excuse to come back here again.

Came here twice to search, but couldn't find both the tool or cache.. must be well hidden!
This cache is still where we originally found it. It appears to push the boundary between public/private property however it is accessible without causing any harm to person or property.
Checked on cache as we had previously found this one. Cache still there and been hanging around for a long time.
Needs checking by owner, recent finds suggest it was already moved and no finds this year..
Dnf w/ shahuhugrub, gps wanted us in big puddle. Found fence area same as pictured but no tool or cache in sight. Started feeling weird poking around near someone's backyard.
At 2 meters tall, I too am vertically challanged, but it was no help in finding this cache
It didn't take too long to find this cache, although we suspect the cache is no longer hidden as intended, and the instructions are no longer appropriate. TFTC
I could find neither the tool nor the cache itself.. the GPS wanted me over on the other side of the fence most of the time,, eh..

On my way driving to Gisborne for a work meeting. One of the benefits of doing this four or five times a year is the caches I can collect both on the way and in Gisborne itself.
Survived the horrible road from Napier to Gisborne, only just with some absolute mad impatient drivers coming down the whareratas. Just time for a couple of caches before my meeting. Quick walk in the park, found a chicken egg on the way. I spotted something a little out of place that needed further investigation and the cache was in hand. Tftc

Ninalila and I have few days off to visit Whakatane, Opotiki, Gisborne and Napier.
During those days we enjoyed a lot of different calm and beautiful places, views and landscapes.
At the same time we enjoyed our time with geocaching to find good spots so we can discover things we don't usualy see when you travel at touristic places
We logged with our team name : Lekiprokos
Thank to all owners for the caches and the discoveries.

Thanks for the cache. I found it on 26/02/16 at 5:12 PM. Very clever cache - well done CO. Lovely park for an evening walk before dinner.
This cache seems to need some maintenance as it was not where we believe it should be. We replaced it in the exact spot where it was found.
GPS had us here, there and thither but after a process of elimination we finally came up trumps. We are not sure that this is how it was intended to be found as the appendage doesn't seem to have any function or purpose. Perhaps the CO might want to have a look at it as we are sure that something is missing or broken. We replaced it in the tree just as we found it.
By the way, the early morning walk through the park was lovely. TFTC and greetings from Scotland.

Missed it the first time, but kids found it the second. Couldn't find the tool, but was tall enough to grab. Daughter left a little trinket inside.
While out caching with The Anti-Cosmic Overload we were delighted to come across this one. Thanks ☺
Found this earlier but needed help to reach it. Some weeks later on return, the cache was reachable in entirely different place. TFTC
