###**CACHE OWNER ACTION REQUIRED PLEASE**###
----------
I've noticed this cache is carrying a maintenance log which really does need to be addressed by the cache owner.
The guidelines indicated that periodic visits to check on the cache, as well as prompt attention to any logs that indicate there is a problem, are part of the [**cache owners responsibilities.**](https://www.geocaching.com/play/guidelines#listingmaintenance) If you can't attend to the issue promptly, then you need to [**Disable it**](https://www.geocaching.com/help/index.php?pg=kb.chapter&id=38&pgid=235) - I have Disabled it for you this time.
**Can you please respond to this situation (or indicated your intention) within 14 days,** so others know exactly what is happening with this cache?
You have lots of choices so pick the one that applies from this handy list:
- Check on the cache, repair and/or replace the cache or do whatever else is needed, post an [**Owner Maintenance log**](http://support.groundspeak.com/index.php?pg=kb.page&id=404) indicating the cache has been checked and [**ENABLE your cache.**](https://support.groundspeak.com/index.php?pg=kb.page&id=235 ) Then sit back and wait for the praises.
- If you really hope to get it fixed but there is some unusual reason why you can't do it soon, then at least post a Write Note log (within 14 days). Be sure to indicate the actual date that you expect to have it fixed so that everyone knows you are on top of it. For ongoing issues (where you don't have an actual date) please ensure you visit the page and post a note every 28 days so as to keep everyone up to speed.
- If you don't plan on fixing it then you could consider passing it on to another geocacher by asking them to [**Adopt it**](https://www.geocaching.com/help/index.php?pg=kb.chapter&id=38&pgid=54) or alternatively, you need to [**Archive it,**](https://www.geocaching.com/help/index.php?pg=kb.chapter&id=38&pgid=56) so it is removed from searches and someone else can have the spot. Don't forget to remove any remnants of your previously enjoyed cache too.
You might wonder what happens if you don't pick one of those. Well, if nothing happens, then a few weeks from today, when I next look at the cache page, it is likely that I will, unfortunately, have to de-list (Archive) it on the basis that it has been abandoned.
Honestly, I'd rather you decide so please do something before then. Please don't send me an email but instead follow the information/advice posted above.

YAY - found it today while caching with BRK1960. Thanks for this cache. The log book is slightly overflowing and we signed our names over the top of others.
P.S. Co-ords are spot on - thank you

This was the second of three of the Alamandra series of caches I tried to find this afternoon while in this area. We rarely get to this side of Melbourne and a couple of hours going Caching here . It was very disappointing to waste time searching for caches which aren’t there, as reported by previous non finders. Only one person before us reported this as a DNF and that was only about a month ago, so that’s not too bad, I suppose.
I was searching and searching for it but unsuccessful. I was near the hip rotator but just couldn’t find it today.
Up early as I couldn't sleep in the strange bed, where we were staying at the nearby AirBnB. Gave me the perfect opportunity to clean up some of the local caches, while the rest of the family snoozed on. It was a bit showery this morning but it didn't deter me. The biggest issue, was the lack of maintainence done, on so many of the local hides.
With the showery rain this morning, no one was exercising yet and I had the place to myself. With spot on co-ords a quick discovery was made.
I am currently writing detailed logs because of a challenge provided by Project-GC. "The Author" Badge challenges geocachers to average one hundred words or more in each log. As of the start of 2018 my average was only 47 words per log, which seems a long way from the 100 target. Given that I have found so many GC caches, I have to write many logs with well over 100 words for a long period of time to get my average to the target. Apologies to anyone who finds the logs tedious but it is the only way that I can strive to attain this challenge. After over 7000 plus caches (which includes all cache finds up and including yesterday), the average log length is just over 50 words. I am now entertaining the possibility that I might be able to achieve my task before the end of next year. It's surprising how much is has increase since doing this.
Thanks Ketchthor for placing the cache for us to find and doing the maintenance to keep it in play.

We had a bit of a look around but we couldn't find anything. We'll come by another day and have a better look.
Returning to this one after my previous DNF as it is needed to qualify for a challenge cache (The Q Challenge) and my only other alternative is on water. Arrived at GZ to a few muggles however they were occupied with their game on the oval. Started to conduct my search by going over where the logical spots were. Mid search a few muggles strolled through and started working out, of course just as this happened I made the find. Fortunately I had my urban camoflauge (high vis vest) on, so made out as though I was inspecting the equipment. Took a few notes, took a few pics, inspected various pieces of equipment and while doing so managed to sign and return the log.
Thanks for this cache, one that im not sure how I missed last time as it was in the logical place and was the type of container I was expecting. Mustve had an off day.

My 2nd DNF for the afternoon. Much like Alamanda 3, I needed this to qualify for a challenge cache. The weather gods were not kind today. Single digit temps, windy and raining. The corresponding lack of GPS accuracy didnt help. Pretty confident I picked the right workout but even after poking, prodding, feeling and even removing the occasional piece. Im cold, i’m wet and I have no smiley. CO wins this round, but I shall return....
Walked right by it a couple of times before realizing what sort of cache we should be searching for. Tftc
**# 20222**. Found with Mrs Roosta on a cool drive around at Werribee.
Hardly any muggles around and a few good safe hides.
Thanks for the cache Ketchthor,

Found the cache, but unfortunately exactly after school ending.
Was quit hard to look not suspicious but we got it!

Still learning. Found all the posts saying it was easy demotivating because I wasn't successful... First ever attempt so it may be easy for someone who knows what they are doing
This has been a sad face for far too long now. An afternoon walk by GeoD was able to turn it in to a happy face. Even did a few exercise whilst here.

The weather looks like it is finally changing for the better so I decided to take the bike out for a spin in an area I haven't been to before so that is how I ended up at Point Cook.
At the GZ there was a cricket match on nearby but there were no muggle spectators near me or using the equipment. It was a quick find but I needed to use a tool to get the lid off. TFTC.

*Today we limited our target area to Werribee & Point Cook as there are more than enough unfound caches such as this one waiting for us.*
We arrived at "school pick up time", but somehow this worked in our favour as we shared the workout with the kids. Had to retreat to the car to open the cache, left our name and a favourite point for the fun.
**FEEDBACK TO CO:** Cache container is missing a washer which makes it extremely tight when closed - needed tool to get it undone. A replacement washer might save the cache being damaged.
Thanks to Ketchthor for placing this cache.

Seeing a number of hides in the area we headed over targeting those of D2 or above. Some tough hides and tricky locations where the GPSr also would not steady. We saw one needed an elevation device so unfortunately had to give it a miss and it was to find a small rather than a micro near the end. TFTC.
Excersise equipment is often interesting but not aways sure what some of it is meant to do. This one was easy. It was meant to hide a cache and it did - but it also gave up its secret. Cache was soon in hand and our initials were added to the list of finders before all was replaced back into position. Thanks to Letchthor for placing this cache.
Over for the Surf Coast Mega with tmann421 enjoying the area and collecting caches along the way.
Thanks to all the CO's for adding to the enjoyment of this fun trip. TFTC

This was a fun cache. I instantly had a song called swing get stuck in my head. As I was signed the cache Captn roverman was making use of the equipment. Thank you for bringing us here!

Another evening where I headed off on an errand to collect one of Tarbit's ebay purchases. This time I headed west and after making the pick up I tried a few of the Alamanda series. After making hard work of a few others nearby I was pleased to get a quick find here. The GPS took me right in to a likely GZ to investigate. I got stuck in and a short time later the cache was in hand. Took nothing, left nothing, signed log and visited some trackables. Thanks for the cache Ketchthor. This one was a little easier to tackle than a few of the previous ones.

The lightning bike tour of Point Cook finally finishes. Eureka! After just under 3 hours on the bike, I reeka indeed! Found 10 of 12 visited. A most excellent adventure, even without Bill or Ted.
Thanks mightily, Ketchthor.

I'd finished all the other Alamanda and Lincoln Heath series caches a while ago, and had looked for this one then, but alas it was missing. Nearby today so made our way over. Geodude4 found it super fast - yessss! We then had a muck around on the equipment whilst watching lots of old planes from the nearby RAAF bade fly around. TFTC and now the series

A lovely Sunday morning walk. I haven't really checked out these parks before - the facilities are amazing. That soccer pitch would be great for kids! The cache was found pretty quickly and stamped awkwardly. I'm still leaving a majority of these caches nearby home for a rainy day - you never know what GC.com have up their sleeves souvenir wise... Thanks for the cache Ketchthor.

A nice quick easy find on this cool Winters day as we cache the local area with Papillon4506.
Thanks for the cache and placement here Ketchthor.

A quick and easy drive by as we cache our way around the area today with mcsee&petal. Luckily the overcast conditions and a very cold breeze had kept most of the muggles away today, so we were able to search unhindered. Thanks for bringing us here and thanks for the cache.
The forecast for today had it getting worse in the afternoon, so BettyBoo3747 and I choofed off down to Point Cook to collect a puzzle long solved. While we were in the area we did a few others.
A cache we had visited before, but were badly muggled out.
As we were in the area we returned to find another muggle working out, but fortunately he finished quickly.
Signed the log then had a bit of a play ourselves.
Thanks, Robmc.

# 10738. Having spent the last two days riding around in the sunshine we decided to take the dogs for an outing and find a few caches, hopefully before the rains came. I managed 5 finds and the dogs had a couple of walks and we beat the rains!
Our last find for the day and one we had been unable to get on another occasion as two girls were settled in and chatting right near GZ. Today it was muggle-free so I tried some of the gym equipment and we made a quick find here.
Thanks Ketchthor

No one was using the facilities here today which meant the accurate coords led me to one particular piece of gear and after a brief feel the cache was found.
Cheers

I have replaced the cache and rehidden it in a nearby location. This is its final chance.

The cache is ready to go again. Have hopefully moved it to a more muggle free location. Sorry for taking so long.
I can confirm that this cache has been muggled again. I will place a new container at a nearby location shortly. Last chance for this one.
I'm pretty sure this cache is missing... again based on recent logs. I am temporarily disabling it to stop it from showing up online.
WE all gave this a fair old crack with 5 pairs of eyes looking in and under everything, but we came up with nought..to good for us today.
So we all played on the exercise equipment for a while and then wandered off to the next one.

I have replaced the cache and placed it in its original location. Please ensure it is returned to the right spot.
I am temporarily disabling the cache as I am overseas. I'll be back in mid Jan to replace the container.
Spent a while looking here as so many possible hiding spots. Obviously I didn't find the right one. Thanks anyway.
Second time out here. Looked around every nook touched everything and still could not find this one.
Found by Mary & David at 1600. Amazed at what is here. Such great facilities for the locals. Quite jealous. Signed as mmob again. Our thanks to Ketchthor.

I was out caching with Burge this evening and we were picking up caches around Point Cook. We picked up 12 tonight although we also managed to rack up a few too many DNF's too! There's plenty of good facilities in this estate and this is one of them. We did have to look around quite a bit for this but eventually we found what we were looking for. Thanks for the cache, Ketchthor!

Out on a caching run with PantherX on the quest to clear out some of the point cook area.
This is cool little fitness station for the locals and I wont lie I did give a few of them a go for a bit of a laugh. We noticed there were a few spots the hide could be after a few attempts the cache was in located in a sneaky little space.

Caching today with Dutch Frangipani who has had several months absence due to pregnancy. A really fun day once again with lots of laughs, good conversation and some challenging caches to be found.
A terrific idea having these exercise machines in parks. They have just placed some of these in the local park at home. A bit of a search but DF found the sneaky hide. Thanks Ketchthor

Out and about today with Sorcysal after a break from caching to have a baby, we were mentioning how much this place has changed over the years.
I love these fitness stations - they are a great idea.
Quick find and off we went again. TFTC Ketchthor.

Went on a drive around Alamanda to find all these caches with my Two youngest cachers today. Second find for the day found this cache laying on the ground, signed log and replaced where it should have been.
I had a chat to a resident over the road, then did a brief but of exercise with my 5 yo, admiring the equipment available for use. While I was at it I made a quick find. Thanks for the cache. Good facilities in these parts!
Give a man a fish- he will eat for a meal. Teach a man to fish- he will eat for a lifetime.
We're on a roll here with caches being found nice and quick. Even better for me since it was Di Morgan who made the find. Thanks Ketchthor.
We have come to visit family & do some caching in the Melbourne area.
We met ABL973 at a previous cache & continued with him to find the remainder of the series.
A series of micros is always a little of a worry but luckily we found all but 2.
Picked up a TB
Thanks for placing this cache Ketchthor
