Travelling with iluvtrekking on a SA caching foray. Moving from PA to Clare today and caching along the route. Thanks squash99
Found with richlink as part of our Annual Caravan Geocaching Trip. Thanks for the cache squash99.
Caching from WA west coast to SA for the leap year mega. TFTC. Nice quick find. Cache in good condition.
Overnighted at Whitecliffs and came through Yacka on the way home for an iced coffee and a paper. Umm. Not to be. Enjoyed looking at the nearby wild flowers and the bridge which we found info on near the paid camping area (which was a nice looking spot )
Gotta love a smiley face on the map! Thank you for contributing to the geo map and maintaining when required. TFTC

Day 3 of my short Geocaching weekend. Today I left White Cliffs Reserve zigzagging along the way finding what caches I had not found and ended up stopping in Yongala for the night.
Nice stop and find seem to be a busy road here today.

Adelaide to Port Lincoln Road Trip!
Day One: Gumeracha to Quorn.
Weather: the rain held off, even south of the Goyder Line.
One of six caches found in Yacka, a small mid north town that seems to have more than its fair share of caches.
My iPhone GPS froze here, resulting in geotrails that make no sense at all, so don’t follow them! Better views of the bridges from the next cache, but at least you could see the water from here. There is a colony of large black beetles living under the cache, so be gentle.
Thanks for the cache squash99.
It’s officially a Mega!

My wife and I had driven to Port Pirie for the day and were headed back to our accommodation in Clare. Before we left I had asked her to find at least 2 caches that would break the drive into 30 minute chunks, so I wasn’t driving in the rain stressing about life.
This was one she had put on the list but when I looked over at her, she was asleep in the car. The snoring should have given it away but I was holding onto hope.
In the rain, I jumped over a puddle and found a way in that didn’t get me more wet than I was. I jumped back over the creek/river/lake on the way back out to tell my wife I had found it. She was still snoring away none the wiser. Thanks for placing a cache to break up the drive. tftc

Jamestown to Yacka
While towing the caravan we stopped along the highway where it is safe to pull over.
Once we had dropped our caravan at the camping ground we did a tour of town following the geocache trail. This was a good way to visit town for our 1st time.
We found some interesting locations & some wonderful hides.
Thanks for placing the cache.

A return visit to Clare was planned for the long weekend with the JAMS crew plus tallbikestan to find a lot of the caches that we didn't get to on our last visit along with the Rattler, Riesling and NE trails as well as the Mid North Channel Country trail. [^]
We had three very full days with perfect weather for caching, lots of bike riding, lots of walking and lots of driving along dirt tracks. We were lucky it had not recently been wet as some of the roads we drove on would not have been passable if wet. Loved the scenery at this time of year with everything looking very green as well as the bright yellow of the canola crops.
A fun weekend of caching, lots of caches found and lots of cool places visited.

A big long weekend with the JAMS Crew (JJ52, allister w(me), mogni, Sir Spectre and tallbikestan). We road from Riverton to Stanley Flat on day 1. Then more riding near Spalding on day 2. Then finished the weekend with finding caches around the area in the car. TFTC
Thanks squash99 for the great maintenance. A decent sized container.
We continued across the bridge as part of the Yaka town history walk.
Mrs Froglipz left a pearl earring and a️ sticker.

Geocache was damaged presumably due to the weather. May need to be repaired. Lid has caved in.
Camping at Yacka for the longweekend with Travellinbees and Future Keith and we decided to head in to Clare to do the northern part of the Reisling trail.. An enjoyable ride . On the way back to camp we stopped to grab this one. TFTC
Visiting Auburn to catch up with SpudBex. Today we headed off for Mr Felix to ride his bike along the Mid North Channel caches.Of course we had to stop before and after, [:o)] all in all we ended up with 52 smilies and 1 bee sting from a cache we ended up not attempting.
More spots that we would not have visited without Geocaching taking us along for the explore.

We finally left Clare after a wonderful time - especially meeting up with the very friendly and generous TheKellyGang and froghoppin.
We made a list of interesting caches that would take us to Fitzgerald Bay and this was one of them!
Now I like to read the cache descriptions - but what the heck is the year 8176 got to do with Oz Land?
We thought where it was going to be situated, but a quick glance at he GPSr and we had to make a slight adjustment to find the cache in a very safe spot - way away from the bridge!
Thanks squash99

Quick find. With the cache full of bones, I thought this was the perfect place to drop off the TB 'Mary Hyde's Treasure'. One side of the TB has written, "Treasure Bones." Now it is with bones. TFTC squash99.
Found on a trip north with Anymules, as short stroll and we had the cache in hand, the brush is slowly obscuring the view, couls still see both bridges

Bit of a wander with Purrfect Di, muggle Alex, Sebastbat and Jack today.
On the way home, and late after midnight (because some silly cat left his phone at a cache...)
Stopped for a view, in the dark.
Didn't see much, but got the cache and a well earned break on the drive home!
