Taking advantage of a friends unit on at beach for a few days.. I made the most of the gorgeous weather and grabbed some caches!! No particular agenda in place today just where the geo-dog and car took me..Quick find.. all good here.. log signed and replaced with no issues.Lucky noone paid any attention to me whilst here.
Last day on holidays, drizzling so thought we attempt a spot of geocaching 4th find today. Found relatively quickly, first place we looked.
We're down in Kirra for the weekend, so before the geomonsters got out of bed on this windy, gray day, I headed out to pickup a few more smilies in the area. This took a couple from trips from the car to GZ back to the car then back to GZ as every pen I had wasn't working.Thanks!!#3671
Found by Mary and David at 10:00. Here in beautiful Tweed Heads for David's RAAF Course reunion. Lovely sunshine until today.Leaving for a slow caching trip home tomorrow morning. Spotted this one without delay. Our thanks to cycling girl.
A short visit to my parents and so flew into Coolangatta from Albury. Had to pick up car from Tugun so decided to see if I could get caches in three states in a day. Started in Victoria this morning and got the other two late in the afternoon.Needed one from NSW so this was the one. Parked about 200 metres away and walked up. Took to Longer than it should have here but eventually found with a nice new log.TFTC cycling girl
Found it. Thanks for the cache. Logbook was full and needs replacing so here's a photo of logbook.
First day of our Easter holiday in Kingscliff and went for an afternoon bike ride with a few geos in mind. TFTC
What a great spot!! Log needs replacing badly. All filled up now. Thanks for the hide.
Tftc, popped in quickly after dropping son off at Navy Cadets. Was my first find in NSW.
T-Tech and I helped our son move some stuff into storage and then afterwards we went to grab a cache or two for the new year souvenir. We started at the wrong altitude here, but eventually found better access and made the find. TFTC, cycling girl.

A nice cache that was great for a holiday, adding to my streak of 6 caches in one day! Merry Christmas and thanks for the cache!
It was a very early start this morning leaving the north of Brisbane to a attend a 7am CITO at Tweed heads. The weather was cools and a bit overcast but it was lovely way to start the morning.I quickly found a place to park the car and made my way to ground zero in high expectation of the find. The target was quickly located, log extracted and a mark made to celebrate the find. The prize was quickly returned and on my way again.A big thanks to the cache owner for making this cache available to be found.Cheers
Gotcha! TFTC
Found it with the Geohusband @Nosmada.
Oh and we were able to sign this one because... somebody remembered the pen!

An unexpected trip to northern NSW allowed me time to grab a few caches along the way. This was one of those.

Having a little Gold Coast holiday and couldn't resist slipping over the border to get this one.
There was construction going on in the park today and we enjoyed watching all the snazzy boats in the harbour.
Cache found, log signed and replaced safely.
Thanks For The Cache cycling girl.

Did not expect to find this so fast after looking for one of your other hides TFTC
Cool spot in a lovely park. Currently next to some local construction, but nice spot regardless
A straightforward find here today in a pretty spot. Cache and log are in very good condition.
Thanks, cycling girl!
Thanks, cycling girl!
Found after a quick search. Tried hard but couldn't extract the log as it has been rolled up into the base of the bison, instead of being rolled into the lid. Have photos if CO needs them, as proof of find . TFTC.
Found it! was unable to log due to the paper stuck inside. Thanks for the cache Locke Nash.
Replaced cache with new log today 12 Feb 2022. Bring a small tool like a crochet hook to get the log out. Bring your own pen or pencil. Too small for TBs.
Checked my phone to see if there was a cache nearby and was nearly standing on top of this one. TFTC
Tftc cycling girl. We're nervous, but we're game. Pre-vaccination phase, still the odd case popping up, will they close the borders? We took the punt and we're on our first Covid holiday. 5th day in, so far so good. Up from Moe (country Victoria) via Ballina, then the Sunshine Coast, from which we drove in today. Time for a quick Tweedy hunt while madam put her feet up. This, the first search of 4 on foot, 4.5km all up up, was my only success today.
A good way to get to know your surrounds and some of its history.

They do have it closed off at the moment, but with with sneaky sneak, we got the prize!
On our trip to say we have headed over the broader and knew we had to do a cache as a token of entrance. After a quick park and hike we successful located the cache. With lovely weather and a great view of Terranora Creek. TFTC.
Staying at the nearby Caravan Park this was the nearest cache, so we took the opportunity to take a walk over the bridge and have a look about over here. A few kindly words in the manual put us on the right track and the cache was in hand quickly. Thanks for the find cycling girl.
In the area attending a Supreme/Leader Caravan group muster, so we took the opportunity to pick up some caches while in the area. Hot and windy day today so not the best with all the recent fires.

TFTF. We decided to go for a walk. And turned on the Geo. Log is wet so unable to find may need some attention
After parking too far away but in the shade, I got some incidental exercise walking to the cache. Then tried to look inconspicuous whole signing the log in the blazing sun when there was shade to stand under nearby. Put it back with a little more camo than found. Tftc
When we previously looked for this we were giving the wrong spot a workover. Today we tried a different approach and found it in seconds. Makes us feel a bit better about DNF'ing a D1 last time... but only slightly. TFTC cycling girl.
This was my last cache for the day - I'd found 8 all up today. That's a big day for me! This one was found quite easily, but as mentioned by the previous finder - the magnet doesn't seem to be holding - but the cache is still safe and secure. Contents are dry.
Great spot to look at the fancy boats. It's a shame the fishing industry isn't so profitable any more - it would be hard yakka trawling fish and prawns every day.
Nice spot for a cache, thanks Cycling Girl!

Stopped to have a drink a ivory, and decided to have a look at getting this since so close. My muggle sister was the one to get her hands on this first as she was a few steps ahead.TFTC

Found this today during my hunt for the Mystery at the Museum. This was my only box for this today but due to the good coordinates I was quickly able to locate the cache. Reading the previous logs obviously helped. Nice box! Nice view! Thanks for showing this to me.
