Resulting from a comment from Kangadrew72 on Eaglemont#2, checked the cache GZ. Its been smuggled. Probably by local land owner on side of laneway. Will re-enable listing at a location nearby which still highlights this terrific little laneway.

Having recently recovered from an eye operation, I was trying to take things easy, but still head out and grab a few caches. I picked this cache up at 3:21pm.
A quick stroll up this fantastic hidden gem and I was soon at GZ. It was at this point that I noticed some people walking along behind me. I was surprised as the lane doesn't look used. I slowed down and they passed me, leaving me free to go back and find the cache. It is a shame that a local dog owner is using the nearby fence as a place to store small bags of special dog message.
Thanks for the cache Jimmytherat.

Third of three for the night with geodaugher who is finally hooked. Curious little lane way, interesting visit. TFTC.
Tftc. Picked up a turtle trackable! Came past earlier but had to leave as muggle lady in garden was pacing the fence line.
Nicely hidden. Saw some fellow cachers trying to be unobtrusive. Picked up hannah teh tortoise with sezzaprice. Tftc
After dealing with the Donaldson Creek Trail series, we were wending our way home through Eaglemont and we noted several caches that we had missed on a previous excursion through this area. Leaving our bikes on the car, this was a quiet walk to a well hidden container at 11:42. The tortoise TB was dropped in as it seems in a hurry to move on. TFTC
I was in the area walking the streets admiring the homes, gardens, weather and caching. I walked down the narrow pathway to GZ and after poking around here and there, spotted container down low. It was exposed so after SL, visiting TBs and dropping off an event TB that I'd been carrying for far too long, replaced and covered with more natural camo. Was thankful the area was muggle free.
TFTC Jimmytherat.

In the area, glad it wasn't raining this lane could double as a creek.
Good location TNLN .
Thanks jimmytherat

Time before a nearby appointment to act the goat and go get a cache. Would never have noticed this quirky little place if caching hadn't brought me here. TFTC
I had a day off so what better to do than to clear up a few caches. This was my third for the day and a fairly quick find. What a charming, if squelchy, little lane-way. TFTC.
Managed to do a quick look for these caches on my Lunch... After a bit of searching managed to find the cache. Clue doesn't give much help
I am on holiday in Melbourne staying with family who live in Eaglemon. This cache was close to their home and was a quick find whilst out and about with my niece. I also wasn't quite sure what the hint means! TFTC =)
Didn't even know this lane existed! Love finding secret places in our own community.
Out and about with Echidna44 for a morning run. We overshot the slight entrance to start with but quickly realized our mistake. Short walk to GZ and we waisted a lot of time looking. What is the clue about?? I really was a very easy find but we needed to move along 5 metres.
How did you find this narrow way
thanks for the cache Jimmytherat

Out with xambo4u, we found the access easily, but searched for a while before finding the cache. We did not understand the hint. Thanks for showing us this hidden place jimmytherat
Tftc awesome alley way in a really nice area. Found with geobrother lukie1987
Out on the hunt doing the donaldson's creek trail and whatever else we can get while out. Out with geowife and brother. Tftc.
Checked out this morning and the cache is where originally placed - snug as a bug in a rug, and neatly covered from prying muggle eyes by the last person who found it. Note the cache is not on private property. I've amend the co-ordinates slightly based on a new reading on a new GPS device. Jimmytherat.
Coordinates changed from:
S 37° 45.834 E 145° 03.874
Coordinates changed to:

Distance from original: 12 feet or 3.7 meters.
Co-ordinates updated from reading on new device, + feedback from finders that the co-ordinates appeared a bit out. Hope this is spot on for others' GPS devices. Jimmytherat

Suscoe's second find of the day,
A cold morning was in good form.
A slightly muddy walk but the cache was located.
The dog on the corner is a keen barker.
Thanks to jimmytherat for this cache.

On the way out straight from work tonight and had about an hour to kill, what else would one do? Tftc
Found @ 1430hrs.

Another kids party this afternoon so there was no way I was hanging around there with a couple of hours free so off I went.
I drove around the whole block with the car telling me to turn left with no road until I stopped and noticed the goat track. So parked nearby and walked up the track and made a nice easy find.
Thanks jimmytherat for the cache, the hunt and the fun.

Pass by this way so many times thought it was about time to finally stop by and grab this one. Great lane way, bit quiet at night. Got a bit of a fright from a big possum crashing overhead on the way back out. TNLNSL, thanks for showing me this cool spot.
I have visited this area a few times since this cache was published but I had previously been distracted by the damp vegetation. Today I was determined that I would not leave until I had found the cache and signed the log. After a short search I noticed something that was not as expected and was very happy to, at last, be able to earn a smiley.
Sorry for the late log. After logging this cache 5 months ago I realised I had not logged it after having to revisit the cache to confirm when I had visited and I can now put an accurate log in. Thanks for the cache! After growing up in this area it was good to walk some of the old lane ways again!
I was in the area today so had a look for this one using the phone. It really is a lovely suburb but too expensive for me! The phone took me to that little lane and then at about 6m I started searching and saw the cache in a very logical spot a tad exposed - not so now.
Many thanks to Jimmytherat for putting a cache here.

What a gorgeous suburb, I walked up the lane way with a barking dog and a clear see through fence I thought oh dear, luckily it was more private around GZ
Thanks jimmytherat [:x]

No goats today - just a barking dog and me as I made a quick find at 9:40am.

Travelled around the local area looking for a few caches. This was the second of the day. If I hadn't been looking for this path I would have completely missed it. Ended up being a nice quick find. TNLN TFTC!
This was find number 2 of 3 for my wander around Eaglemont and Ivanhoe. Love the highly appropriate name of this lane. In the confined space the GPS signal was not reliable in most spots. After making one pass I returned to the start of the likely area and luckily the signal settled down. From there I was able to home in on the cache.
Thanks to jimmytherat for a great cache.

Looked for a long time on the wrong side, once corrected found quickly, phew, it was a bit muddy in places, thanks for the cache:)
I didn't notice' that' one on the first circuit of the block but nailed it the second time. I followed you around the north western suburbs today. We cleaned up a few didn't we? Thanks for the cache.
Found at 16:14
I was in the area for a new GCA cache and stopped in for a look. I almost missed the entrance to the little lane way. Plenty of structure around had the GPS bouncing about but it didn't take long to find the container.
Thanks Jimmytherat for the cache.

I had just had lunch with a friend a stone's throw away at the Eaglemont shops so looking for this cache afterwards was a no-brainer.
I parked in Carlsberg Rd and wandered down the cute little lane that had an even cuter name...The Goats Lane! No goats today, just me (lol). The co-ords on my GPSr jumped around a fair bit but kept taking to one particular spot. Having found several laneway caches I had a fair idea what the MO would be so I found the cache quickly and signed the log at 2:50 pm. I took a miniature 2014 Melbourne Cup and left a GeoCookie TB that I have had for far too long.
Thanks Jimmytherat and Flopsybunny for the well-hidden cache in a very interesting laneway with lots of plants and creepers and not the usual bitumen or gravel. [^] I have noticed a few of these little lanes, which interconnect some of the main streets, on my travels through Eaglemont but have never seen a soul walking down them.

This one took some hunting. Not sure if was the rain but GPS jumping around a fair bit. Congrats to Jimmytherat my usual caching partner & junior cacher Flopsybunny on your 1st hide. Great spot in a quirky part of Eaglemont and I have to say a crafty hide. A very Rat like spot me thinks. TFTC looking forward to the next one. Oh! & cause I can. Hugs for The Rat!!!!!
I dropped by here for a look while on the way to work this morning. A nice quick find at 07:20 and I was on my way again. These little laneways in the 'burbs are rather amazing and often make me wonder if the locals even know of their existence.
TNLNSL. Thanks Jimmytherat (and Flopsybunny).

I got woken this morning by Darcy telling me it was time to take her to school. As I do always I pick up my phone and notice some new caches have been published. Luckily the missus was still at home so I asked the familiar question, "can I go chasing FTF's?" and I got the answer I wanted. I load up the trusty Garmin and off I go to fight the traffic.
Know these streets pretty well I was soon parked not to far away. I jump out of the car and take a very brisk walk down a rather spooky lane way. Being focused on the GPS it came as quite a shock to me when a dog on the other side of the fence made me almost fall over backwards and almost needing a change of underwear. I arrive at the GZ and straight away notice what seemed to be some vines on the ground, "someone has already searched", was my first thought but I kept on hunting. After a first glance around and not seeing anything sticking out I went back to the Garmin which told me that the cache was 5 to 7 meters in private property. Knowing that that would not be correct I kept searching and finally came up with the well hidden cache.
So {FTF} @ 0843 and our 8th to date.
Thanks for the cache jimmytherat and congratulations on your first placement, If your next one is going to be as good as this I look forward to it.

I missed being first here by eight minutes - the product of being distracted by a phone call and driving a suboptimal route. No regret though. I have run down this lane a number of times when street orienteering but never knew that it had a name, so thanks for filling in the gap in my knowledge and for the cache.
A rare weekday with my wonderful GeoHubby JSando during a very stressful week and thankfully he knows just the perfect medicine for stress for me is caching. So after a nice coffee at a nearby cafe we plan to do a little caching. This being our first stop for the day. Great hide. I love all of these eclectic little areas around home that I've never seen before. A fave point from me. TFTC

STF Was so close to a ftf. Coordinates kept showing it was in a private property but it wasn't
