Had a good look but can co check as this may have been washed away with recent rain as there is signs of flooding here
Can't legally get to the cache withlut getting past train track boundaries. Stumbled upon a container of needles by accident
Looking after my friends 8 year old for the afternoon.
Perfect way to introduce him to geocaching

Spent a long time finding it at night later to realise it was quite obvious, rolled over the log to find a BIG SPIDER guarding it's eggs right where the box is, ran away like little girls until we could build up the courage to go back in
Out and about in the area finding all of those caches I have not found on past visits.
After finding the 'new ones' around Ewen Dam I am now heading south and home.
But it could that all day with all of these caches to find as I zig-zag my way through Caboolture.
Another short search before spotting this one.
Thanks for the cache.

Had to do one on 29 Feb! Quick in and out while doing after school taxi duty. No TB, and a little damp. Easy find, not stumped by it at all. (OK the hint made it faster!)

Had to get the windscreen in the Geo Truck replaced this morning in Caboolture. Then onwards to try for a few caches around the area and on the way home. Nice little cache
Thanks for the great cache and adventure .Cookie.Monster.
This Day in Music
1975, Bob Dylan went to No.1 on the US chart with his 15th studio album Blood On The Tracks, his second US No.1 album. The album has become one of Dylan's all-time best-selling studio releases, with a double-platinum US certification by the Recording Industry Association of America.

Quick easy find whilst doing track works nearby. No tb in cache but there is one now.
I was out this morning with muggle grandaughter for a bit of shopping and needing a cache for the last day of the year. After parking the car it was a short walk to GZ where muggle grandaughter quickly spotted the cache. The log was damp but I was able to sign it. TFTC.
Cache is getting wet inside.... Might need replace container....
Check the clues. Nice stash

Out with @jimary and Tarquin301. Log was very wet and the termites not too friendly. Nice cache in a lovely location. TFTC
I used the hint and found it in less than 10 minutes because my cousin was on the other side of the road.
In the area cheching out a possible nearby site and decided this needed a smilie.
Should have brought gloves or my reacher stick to retrieve this one, oh well, washed hands back in car.
TFTC Lovely location

Today was just the sort of day for a sight seeing tour around some of the roads and parks in the local area, and with Layla as our guide the exercise was well worth it.
[/Blue]
Coordinate Accuracy: We found the cache around 8m West from where the GPS said we should be looking.
Cache Condition: The container and log book are in good shape.
Took: Nothing.
Left: Nothing.
Thanks for the hunt,
Regards
Ian & Penny.[font=Verdana]

Finally found and logged The last trip here was after the floods and thinking surely the container could not be in place seeing the trail of debris and the path of the water through gz we logged a dnf. This morning was the complete opposite, an easy find with the log signed quickly. The structure the cache is hiding in seems to be disintegrating, so the CO may like to check on it fairly soon as the termites are making rapid progress Tftc Cookie.Monster.
Out with Zardecoh for a few hours today A pleasant walk down here, but as we arrived at GZ, we discovered the hiding spot has been destroyed The container was lying in the sawdust The CO needs to check on this one. TFTC, .Cookie.Monster.
Out for another lovely morning of caching with IolantheK. Found this one after a little search, the original hiding place is no longer. Left it where we found it. TFTC.
Didn't know this pathway was here and I've been driving past this spot for years. Tftc

Another incursion north to invade numerous caches & convert them to smilies on our map!
Parked the Geo-beast & wandered towards GZ.
It was not hard to find the cache as it was in very plain sight.
Quite a bit of damage done here, perhaps, to save the cache, it should be moved.
Signed & replaced with a little extra natural camo.

I had to head north today so made a small detour off the highway to stop in for my cache of the day. I remember coming here on a previous occasion for the now archived cache. At GZ it was an easy find in a likely location. I left my scribble and replaced the cache as it had been found.
Thanks for the cache .Cookie.Monster.

We parked in Conondale Ct and followed the track to GZ where we make a quick find. TNLNSL TFTC
Camped at Caboolture for a few weeks, and headed out to enjoy the beautiful weather.
There was a good of variety of hides, some a little tricky.
This cache was found after a short search, and in good condition.
Many thanks for placing this cache, .Cookie.Monster., for us and others to find.

Found by Sunshine Toledo and Jinga2 at 4:25pm. We parked and made the short walk in to GZ. The cache is in good condition. TFTC
Found with GrannySmith1947, cach and contents dry, GZ looks like it might be on its last legs thanks to the work of an echidna
Found this one quickly with Tearryn's keen spotting. Genius hiding spot and a lovely little area. Twins were keen to join us for this one. Thanks for the cache!! :3
We are visiting with Urdera and on a beautiful autumn day caching in the area was a real delight. Found this one after a short search. Thanks to .Cookie.Monster..
Hoping for a quick find tonight, I headed towards GZ.
Parking nearby, I realised I still had quite a distance to go!
Remembering another cache that had been nearby to this one, I thought this new one may have been in the same location... Boy was I wrong!
With approx another 30m on the GPS, I headed into the dark bush area.
I could really notice where the floodwaters had come through here and was a little worried about the cache still being here!
I spotted a favourite hiding place and headed in. As I leaned over I noticed a bit of blue but couldn't get to it from this side. Heading around to the other side, I made a quick find!
After signing the log book, I replaced the cache and raced out of the dark bush as fast as I could, back to the safety of the car!!

Walked down to this one from attempting the Layla's walk series. No problem finding the cache in good order. TFTC
Found it even after the flood it was hiding perfectly a bit wet down there still but worth it
A Happy Mothers Day to all.
Today is our last day at Caboolture, after the morning at the markets we headed out to find the caches closer to town. We found all but one that we had placed on out to find list.
I see the water has been through here but good to see the cache was all safe & sound.
Thanks for placing this cache .Cookie.Monster.

We called past to find this cache after school drop off this morning, and soon saw that gz was right in the middle of a wide swathe of debris and flattened vegetation as the flood passed through. We did not find the container this visit, but since it has a TB on board we think it might be worth a return visit to try and rescue it, if not from gz then possibly from the fence nearby which caught much of the debris as the water flowed through. A dnf today from us, but possibly a return visit on the weekend with a happier outcome. Tfth .Cookie.Monster.
Found this one easily enough, nice to make the grab without any prying eyes. The stump is really being demolished by termites a big chunk fell away as I made the grab. Hope this one is high enough to withstand flood events. Thanks for hiding it for us to find
Out with Melting meerkats again today
Was looking in the right area but didn't spot it straight away until I walked off.

Out with Charliee_bug this overcast afternoon... Coordinates were spot on. I love the smell of murky waters. TFTC
*FTF* at 6:25 am. Up early for Kerry's medical appts and we saw this remained unfound since last night. Not for long! This is very near where we used to have a cache, so off we went!
Arriving at GZ a likely hide location was spotted and once we bypassed the resident cache guardian we made the find.
