Find No. 1516. Found with FUF009 at 2.25pm.
A trip to Ballarat with FUF009 for one of his doctors appointments and then some geocaching. A lovely walk around this lake on a nice sunny day in Ballarat - and here we were all rugged up for winter conditions. Got to the spot and searched for quite some time before FUF009 came up with the goods.

Find # 3381 @ 1425 H
Found with Mrs Tyred n Cranky
The normal reason for a Ballarat trip, Doc appoint and Geocaching.
Well this area I have been to a number of times. all for different hides. seems as one goes another comes. This one had us hunting for some time as both GPSr's had us doing the Geocachers waltz.
in the end common sence lead the way to the smiley.

A previous search with Sak1794 proved unsuccessful so came back today with geowife and geodaughter. Still took quite a bit of searching but after the geowife missed it by cms i made the chance discovery. And wasnt the geowife suitably unimpressed with me! I was quite pleased with myself though! Tftc. And the geodaughter loved the white duck!
After a quick find up the path i Searched for your cache Star Wars Cache Series: Plo Koon but couldn't find it today
sitting at the computer going through our caching notes and noticed we are weeks behind on logging our finds so here goes a few hours at the keyboard....
got time off work so been taking out our grand kids so we were able to grab at least one cache each day they are with us....today it was a day trip to Ballarat, an inflatable dingy and oars for a caching adventure around lake wendoree. Geo grand daughter loved the fact that grandpa did all the rowing, she recently got her own account (Cucumber Kid) but is still basic so she has to wait for premium membership to log a lot of finds...
thanks shamus1 for this cache

12:52:00 PM. We spent way to long finding this one but in the end after going around in circles the better half spotted it. Happy to sign log. Will be back to complete the others in the area soon. Thanks Shamus1 for placing this cache.
It was nice to walk around this lake with featherdown in hot and humid conditions to find 2 of your caches. An easier cache to find on account of its size
Cheers

Chunk was in Ballarat for training today, so met up with Chook after work and went caching of course. We had no idea this little wetlands area was here, but it turned out to be the perfect after-work walk on a perfectly warm afternoon. After finding this cache, we continued our walk around the loop and soon passed some muggles walking their new pup. That was good timing, otherwise we would have been muggled out. TFTC Shamus1.
For some reason, my GPS was pointing to one side of the track, but I ended up finding it on the other side. I enjoyed the walk along the wetlands. Thanks for bringing me here Shamus1.
This was the third and final find for today after visiting Ballarat (from Bendigo). My elderly Muggle mother joined me on this pleasant walk around Paul's Wetland, but I found it quickly before Mum had a chance to search! Thanks for the cache Shamus1!
The weather was perfect today and an ideal opportunity for caching. All quiet here with only one cyclist randomly passing by, I guess using it as a shortcut. Quick find with this familiar style.
Thanks for the cache.
Thanks for the cache.

Cool and overcast here while we searched.
Plenty of birds enjoying the water.

A nice stroll around the wet lands to pick up a cache to fill a hole in the calender for today. Thanks for the cache Shamus1, it is in good order.
I passed a couple of people who had made their way out to the centre island to do some fishing. Once at GZ I looked in what I thought was an obvious place but saw nothing. I stood back and looked again and there was the cache!
Geo buddy went bush to get this one while I was still detangling my hair from last cache!! Tftc and the giggles!!
Staying a few days in Ballarat on our tour of Australia using Geocaching as a guide.
Isn't this game SO FABULOUS! It takes us to places of interest in so many towns. We have met many people over our few years who we are proud to call friends just through this crazy game!
Cachers usually have a common interest to show off your home town and the many places you would like people to visit. So today we explored Ballarat using Geocaching.
Keep on having FUN with Geocaching. Just what Geocaching is worldwide to 2.6+million people so they can't be wrong! So keep at it full steam ahead guys!
We managed to find your cache today, thanks for feeding our GeoAddiction.

Met up with Darth Briji and #GeoHulk for an assault on Ballarat. With 3 layers of clothing and a wind chill factor of about minus 3, we managed some great walks, lots of smilies and enough bison's in trees to last me a long time. A really great time with the boys and geodog Tess for company, Another 1 cross off in the series. thanks Shamus1
Up in Ballarat for the day with #GeoHulk & sorceysal converting some more caches into smiley faces.

My phone dinged this morning and again I was in luck. I was making Master 6's lunch for school and I thought I might just have enough time... So I bundled the kids in the car and we dropped Master 4 at child care. Time was on our side. Master 6 and I hot tailed it to the cache and easily found it (though I needed my key to help get the log out). Unrolled and...FTF! Woot woot! Very excited. Back to the car we ran and then off to school maybe 2 minutes behind schedule. Then off to work I raced. Great start to the morning. Thic is cache #850 and FTF #11 for us. Many thanks Shamus1.
