A short trip into Gippsland with the deadly treadly for some caches.I started in Traralgon on the TCT trail, then onto the TST trail.It was a lovely ride along this unexpected trail.Located most of the caches, but dipped out on a few.Thanks for the series, Robmc.

Out with Supaseeker and Shumba7 on the geoscooter, geoeuc and geoelectric bicycle. TFTC.

TFTC took out a newbie and got his first caches, supa seeker was on his pedal assist bicycle, Algae on his electric unicycle and me on my new electric scooter, we smashed out the series except 2 we wouldn’t find. Great morning out:-) ️

So today I had to take our camper trailer to Traralgon to get bike racks fitted before our trip away. A trip somewhere different equals geocache search in the area and discovered several options but chose the Traralgon South Trail. Off I went on my bike "Olive" who is a gravel bike and coped well with this track bar the last couple of geocaches in this series so we just walked a little. Great track and a comfortable distance. However couldn't believe how busy this road is - made it difficult at times to pick a free moment to retrieve and return cache. Loved the variation of caches and the joy of cruising on my bike. Thanks for setting up a really enjoyable geocaching experience valleycaching. I really enjoyed my afternoon

Stick to it was my mantra on the way to find this cache..I was determined not to let the incoming rain clouds get me. This cache gets a fav from me. I got a good chuckle again 10/10 for creativity.

We first started this series back in January 2017 and it went well until a few DNFs and then my wife who was running the trail came back saying the trail was blocked off and we called it quits. Today was the first time I had time to really come back. After FTFs did help me find the time and inspiration to return. Clearly didn't do them in order, or very efficiently, but pleased to have the whole series with smiley faces now.

When someone puts a comment out like "We hope this one might offer a bit of a challenge, but you never know!" it is almost a guarantee that it will take me multiple visits to find. However today I was right onto it.

Have been tied up since getting home. Will perform maintenance soon.

Cleaver hide

We love walking this track and still have so many caches to find along it! A beautiful sunny afternoon was begging to be walked in and my children were all over the finds today! We managed 6 on our walk much to their delight. Thanks for this great series

The Sun had come out and living in Baw Baw shire we were not locked down so I decided to head out for a day out of the house and a nice walk along the TCT trail, Gippsland has some great locations to visit and lots of caches that have not been found in awhile, so with my new caching gear gloves, sanitizer and mask I ventured out, I had a great time touring around the area finding caches and exploring new places. No trouble here, found real fast.

Interesting cache tftc

Camped at Gormandale after returning from Tasmania. Out for a few caches today. Eighteenth for the day, quick find, cache and contents all good, good coordinates. Took nothing, left nothing. TFTC

Loads of cobwebs made for a very sticky situation... but I soon found the right kind of stick. TFTC

This week we went with the Scouts to continue our Geocaching trail, we had invited the cubs and introduced them to Geocaching.

Found by The Empire and Snap Happy
After exploring some towns along the South Gippsland Highway, we turned north toward Traralgon and decided to pick up the caches in this series before heading home. Some took longer than others but all caches were found by mid to late afternoon after some nice walks. Thanks for the cache, and the series valleycaching.

This was an interesting one as I looked around were the cache was at first but not properly, I then read the cache name and it all made sense, I had it straight away then.

Today, I headed down the highway to Traralgon to attend the Parkville event and now that the event is over, it was time to find a few more caches while I was in the area.
I had now headed South to see if I could complete the TST trail on my bike before having to head for home.
There are some tricky hides, some straight forward ones as well and then there were a few that I just could not see at all but I didn't have my correct glasses with me for cache searching which didn't help but in the end I didn't do too bad.

A nice day for a ride along the trail to finish what i started nearly a year ago

A few DNFs along the way due to muggle activity but all in all a great ride along a trail full of some great caches

Nice one! Glad we stuck to it!

Our day to head out on the TST finally arrived. We organised ourselves by parking at the recommended places and then walking off in either direction to find the caches. It still meant quite a bit of backtracking and involved a lengthy walk, but it was a lovely day to be out in the area. Even saw an echidna, the biggest we have ever ween at the final cache!
We should have brought the deadly treddlies as this would have made the whole process much easier and it was a great day for a ride.
A good variety of hides and some bigger caches gave us the opportunity to drop off a number of Travel Bugs we had collected on our recent travels up north. Hope some other cachers are able to pick them up and move them on their way.
All in all a good, successful day out.

Out for a maintenance run today. All good here.
A new waterproof log is in place.

*Staying in Traralgon for a couple of nights, we have enjoyed riding the trails, placed so close to town. TST - a variety of caches, hidden in a range of locations, a great ride for a couple of seniors - 28/30!*
First time we have seen this method of hide - well deserving a FP.

frmen1 and I ran away from home for the weekend with the view to target this road and surrounds. We walked the 14kms (there and back), taking adequate water and food supplies with us. A great day for it. A quick find...love the joke. Fav pt. TFTC

We are on our regular Wednesday geocaching trip & today we are attempting to walk the TST both ways discovering all the caches on the way. Thanks to the CO's for setting up this well maintained trail.
We have given a Favourite listing to both the first & last caches in recognition of the trail as well as the odd worthy cache.
Great one, gets a Fav Listing from us.

With a title like that I thought that I might be scrounging around for a while, but it turned out to be a cleverly placed hide that made me smile when I found it. This one deserves a favourite point for sure.

Found It Quick and easy TFTC

One of our targets for this trip was to attempt the Traralgon South Trail . Despite adverse weather at times, we were able to walk the trail and found the majority of the caches.

Accurate coordinates led to a quick find of a very different style of cache presentation. The cache and contents were in good condition. Thanks valleycaching for the cache and series.

Nice one....I have brought my halfblood sister for a walk on this wonderdul trail to complete more of the series. Tyftc.

This one took a bit of a search as the gps had me searching a couple of metres away but Lilmissgeo soon had this one in hand as she broadened her search. Very clever hide! TFTC!

Now this one a liked after having a read of previous logs I had a fair idea of what it may have been but I was wrong gz was out but not by to much I had a good laugh with this one and a nod of approval with geodude#74 tftc
