I am about to edit the description for this cache, because not only is it out of date now that I have moved the cache again, it is rather long and confusing ... I figured I would put the old description here as a note, in case anyone is interested in reading it ... probably not, but ... here it is anyway:*A "Wee" cache, that should not be too hard to find, for my first traditional cache placement SmileNow not quite so tiny again - back to a similar size as the original was, but has been moved a bit ... I think the branch it was on is no longer there and the tree it was in is now not bushy enough down low to be the best hiding spot any more. This cache is now actually closer to where I was originally going to hide it, but now that it is not ground level, the reason I put it over the other side no longer applies ... I can't see any dogs deciding to do what the name says (and "label" it with wee Smile now, unless they are rather tall and a bit crazy. This was originally at ground level, in a wee container in a wee log, but I had to change how I hid it ... seems some muggle may have taken a liking to my ... wee ... containers ... I had to replace this cache at least 3 times - the last time only a couple weeks after the time before ... so I made it smaller, and higher, and - partly due to another of my efforts of crocheting some creative camouflage - slightly harder to spot SmileI had been planning to place my first cache for almost 2 years (and really had no real excuse for not getting around to doing that at least a bit sooner) ... and somewhere here was going to be where I put it ... but my first cache ended up being a CITO event! So - this was my first Traditional hide, and was my first actual Geocache container/etc. I have hidden somewhere. This location is quite near where I had lived for the last 17 years (I moved out not long after, but only to the other side of the same suburb), and is also just up the road from where I found my first Geocache in January 2013 ... and also a location I used to walk past quite a lot, as most of the times I walked the dog we would come up the little laneway and go one way or another along the bike path, or sometimes along beside the road.If you are driving, there is a spot where people sometimes pull off the road right near here, but the traffic can be a bit busy (cars on the road and bikes on the path), so instead of doing that, I would recommend ducking in to one of the nearby side-streets and walking in that way. Watch out for muggles - there can be quite a few wandering/riding past here at times, and please tuck the cache back into its camo and replace as found SmileBtw, I was actually going to hide this at the base of a tree over the other side (the side where it now is - lol) but when I went to hide it I had to wait for a muggle and for his 2 dogs to finish "lifting a leg" all over the tree I was thinking of hiding it at the base of! ... so I decided maybe one on the other side was a bit less of a target (I wanted it to be a "Wee" cache ... but not a "soaked in dog wee" cache Smile*

Found it but it wasn't inside a cocoon anymore. Under a bush with different leaves to the rest.

24-Jan-24
Coordinates changed from:S 35 11.543 E 149 1.713Coordinates changed to:S 35 11.560 E 149 1.729Distance from original: 130.6 feet or 39.8 meters.I went to check this, and it was missing. The spot it was hidden in is now rather scruffy, with someone's trailer parked against it, and rubbish lying around the area ... so I looked around and noticed that the tree I originally hid it in, that later became less suitable, has changed again - and it now appears to be a much safer, and nicer, place to hide something, and the barking dog was also nowhere to be heard (most likely no longer there) - so I decided to put the replacement cache back over here, at exactly the original coordinates ... but it is not at the same level I originally hid it at - you need to look up, rather than down (but you shouldn't need to climb, unless you still have some growing to do, or are shorter than average)

Happy New Year!

I thought a cache with this name is a good one to start a new year, a new decade with. Left it a bit late to drive over here before the event at 10 am, but I made it.

Love the cocoon. Reminded me of a Case Moth.

15-Jul-20
Me and 2 mates spent a few solid minutes trying to find it, and we couldn’t. It looks like someone has disposed of a few household items in the area making it confusing where to look Sad

Wooo hoo!! Found the wee little sucker. After some hints from K8tybee who was reading the cache page to narrow down its location.

Had left my phone in the car so had to guess the date. Sorry thought it was the 27th already not the 22nd. Doh. Thanks for the cache

29-May-19
It was a very busy day at hospital just waiting around so I was quite exhausted by the time I got home but a daily cache must be found. This was #354. It was near home and at this time of night, there were very few people about. I parked in a street nearby and walked over. It took a little bit of looking but I soon had CIH. TFTC

More map reading to get to GZ (where are you Silvereyes??)! Aykayem, not sure if you had time to replace the cache, but as I had found a former cache hidden by you, I had the feeling of what I was looking for, and sure enough following the hint, found easily! Tftc.

21-Apr-19
So pleased you were able to put it back. It is so cute. TFTC

A couple of days ago, I stopped on my way past, to check this ... Couldn't find it - seems to have gone missing again?
... Rummaged through my car and couldn't find the replacement cache ... the one that was going to be the last replacement but I couldn't find it (but I found it later) in my car ... and I didn't have much time (was already running late for an event) so it is possible it might still be there, but probably isn't ...
I am currently camping out at the Mega but I have to come home, for at least a quick visit, on Tuesday so I will try and check it (and replace if needed) then ... that is if I don't misplace the replacement yet again, in the meantime ... aaaaahhhhrrrrgggghhhh - lol

Sorry for late log. Found ages ago with my Mum, Boeing737 - she must have forgotten to log online for me.

Another cache I used to live near - I often walked this path down to the pond after work in summer. The walk was peaceful & the evening views at the end were magnificent. Nice cache, love the fruit

Coordinates changed from:
S 35° 11.560 E 149° 1.729

Coordinates changed to:
S 35° 11.543 E 149° 1.713

Distance from original: 130.8 feet or 39.9 meters.

The tree I had this in has grown and is not as good a hiding spot as it was, and the cache has gone missing a few times, so I have moved this over the other side, closer to where I had originally been planning to hide it anyway, as that is now a better hiding place than it used to be ... and I now have a better way of hiding it than I did when I was a newbie Smile

26-Dec-18
Now that I have replaced it, in a better spot, it is good to go again ...

20-Dec-18
After crocheting some tiny camo for a tiny replacement, then loosing that, finding it again, putting it in a safe place, and not being able to remember where that safe place was, I found a slightly bigger "here is one I prepared earlier" and came and replaced this cache (in a slightly different spot) on my way past, as I headed out of Canberra to spend the Christmas/New Year break at my Parents place in Qld.
The trackables I had with me enjoyed the visit ...

04-Nov-18
Oops - seems this one has gone missing (unless I can't find my own cache in the dark - lol)
I had been assuming the first DNF log (the second one was only very recent) was just the usual case of someone not being able to find the well hidden tiny fuzzy camo dangling in the tree ... but I was driving past (on my way home from some (much needed) "Geocaching therapy" and stopped to check ... I looked for ages (with my very bright torch) and i couldn't find it either ... so it was probably not there for those who DNF it to find ... sigh ...
The tree had grown considerably since I last checked this early this year (and found it nicely hanging exactly where I had hidden it), and the bushy leaves are now higher up, and there are a lot less bushy leaves down at the level I hid the cache ... methinks there are a few less lower branches, and the cache may have been on one that has now gone ... or one that became bare of leaves, and some annoying muggle may have spotted it and removed it. I will sort out a replacement and come by in daylight either tomorrow, or when I have had a chance to crochet another little cocoon (if not tomorrow, then sometime in the next few days), have another look in the daylight to make sure I didn't miss it in the dark, and replace it ...
Btw, I now see ... Or rather hear - lol ... what people mean about that annoying yappy dog Smile

18-Oct-18
Unable to find the wee little cache. Wondering if some muggle has stumbled on it again.

19-Aug-18
No wee log in its wee tree was found. The wee dog in the nearby house made me uncomfortable enough with its not wee barking that I didn't stay long. Hope it's still there. Tftc
