Didnt get down to fix this one sorry it will have to go, so clearing up the spot for others.
Our family has accidentally found a notepad in a badly damaged zip-lock bag and recognised the stamp. I have noticed that you would like to renew the GC. We are more than happy to get up there again it is just around the corner from our house. Let me know if we can help.
It was a lovely sunny afternoon so the GeoGSP and I decided to head out for the afternoon and find a couple of caches. After parking at the far parking area, the short uphill walk was made and GZ located. Unfortunately I found the logbook out
of the cache and out of its plastic bag completely sodden. As it was a lovely sunny afternoon I took the bag and the log to the nearby seat and laid them out in the sun, but sadly the logbook is just one big pulpy lump and no amount of time out in the sun will separate those pages. Back at GZ I found the cache container a little way away from GZ without a lid and with some snails having taken up residence - but the stamp was still there! With the bag dried out, I did return the log as I didn't have a spare I'm sorry. I replaced the bag in the container and returned it to its hiding spot -sorry I didn't have a spare log SSR. But thank you for putting a cache in this most excellent spot, the views today were fantastic!

I have to agree with the previous logs: A steep walk - but worth the view.

Good day to complete this different cache. Steep climb up and then had to wait out a large walking group taking a rest right on GZ. Admired the views and then located the cache and signed the log. Had thought to wait a while to let the walkers get well in front but noticed that they had stopped at the foot of the first and steepest section. Found our way down to them and then realised that one of them had fallen and cut his head. The group bandaged the wound and we offered a ride back to his car with a companion. So our downward trek was completed as a foursome and we completed our good deed for the day by driving them a few Kms to their parked car. All in day's work!!
TFTC and favourite for the adventure!

A tough walk up hill for two little geokids bit the view was worth it! Our 4 year old was very pleased with finding the cache all by itself. Had to tip out the blue liquid but log still relatively dry. TFTC
Travelling around Australia and spending a few months in Tasmania.
Our last day in Snug so we set about collecting some smilies before we move tomorrow.
No rain but the wind was a bit cool. [^]
Mr Felix made the short sharp climb up to this one. The trees are growing and he thinks we had a better view from the parking point. log signed then the trek back to the car.

Great cache and the view. Well that's perfect. Almost 360 degree views.

Merry Christmas stainless-steel-rat, and thanks for this letterbox cache. Was hoping to do this on Christmas Day to walk off lunch, but at 36 degrees, it just had to wait a bit. Finally ventured up about 8pm, although it was still a very balmy 31. We decided to approach from the general West. Lovely views and a nice breeze, so sat for a while to take in the vista, a nice way to cap of Chrissie Day. We really liked the camo on this cache.

After a trip down the channel for work, had just a few minutes for the brief but steep slog up the hill - wouldn't like to do this in the rain !
Great views from here, as usual, on a beautiful day - thanks for the cache, stainless-steel-rat !

After reading AlbyDangles log this morning I knew I was going to have to fix this today since I'm busy for the next few weeks. I grabbed a few caches out of the workshop and threw them in my bag before driving down the GZ.
I searched for the lid but with no joy I have replaced the cache with a larger container. Lord knows where the lid has gone to?

A nice easy find.
Unfortunately the lid has disappeared from the container.

My third time up this hill for caching, though the first time from this side (steep!).
Amazing views.
A well-hidden cache.
I took the opportunity to return another cacher's property to them
Thanks.

After an appoi ntment in the city, there was just sufficient remaining daylight to look for this cache. We had visited the location some time ago and knew the steep walk ahead of us. We were able to get to GZ just as the sun was setting and were able to make a quick find. The cache and contents were in good condition. Thanks stainless=steel-rat for the cache.
We were down this way caching when SSR must have placed this cache. He even asked me if we had done the trig point...happily we hadn't so it was a double for us today.
Bribery in the form of pancakes at the Margate Train was all the enticement the kids needed. After filling their bellies they almost ran up the hill! What a beautiful view from up here. It was around 3.45pm and the sun lit up the bay and beyond. After finding a crafty little cache and stamping my book (obviously we were the first to use it as we had to remove the plastic seal) we sat back and soaked up the sunshine and views. Every way you look there is something to see, it is truly a magical spot and as it is said so often we never would have come here if it wasn't for geocaching. A favourite from us for the cache, the view and the location- we loved it. TFTC

Hi stainless
After being bogged down by the recent weather conditions, it was good enough to get out and about a little today.
My walk to the cache was a lot more enjoyable than that described by whitewebbs - no rain (albeit over the hills and the bay for a short period of time) no snow (even though I took my skis) no sleet!
Congrats to whitewebbs on the FTF especially under such trying conditions.
This was my second trip to this location as I'd logged the Trig some time ago.
Sainted the cache, signing the log at 1325hrs.
The walk back to the car was a darn sight easier than that on the way to the cache.
TFTC and cheers
OldSaint.

What to do while Mrs W. keeps an appointment in town, go caching of course. Mr W. made the walk in rain and sleet to be rewarded with a *FTF* at 9.40 am. No view today! TFTC
