The light of my life has gone out, Ellie, our 17 year old Labrador passed away peacefully 3 weeks ago and I will not be reinstating this one. Very sad times.
Too close to home so have temporarily disabled during these unprecedented times.
Found it. Second visit of the day. Thank you Ellie for this entertaining series

I left home this morning for London blissfully unaware that the Hatfield Tunnel was shut due to a power cut. As I hit the traffic I changed my plans, parked up at Welwyn and killed time with this series of caches!
I usual way of hiding this cache, loved it!

New cache in place, take care and please replace as safely as possible, stealth required.
My first cache in Welwyn, visiting my partner's parents. Didn't have a pen. But easy find and saw a nice new log sheet. Might be able to sign on a later day!
Checked today and sure enough, it had not been replaced correctly, in fact fallen into Ellie’s garden so easily retrieved! Back in situ and new log sheet installed.
We found it but it looks like it may have fallen off whatever it was attached to. It was so far hidden into a nook that couldn't access it.
A quick C&D on the way home from work. Thanks for setting this one jillym007
A perfect Autumn day to follow Ellie's walk from Ayot St Peter to Old Welwyn and back again. We really enjoyed the route and the variety of caches in the sunshine, thank you for setting this up.
A quick spot for S here. No sight or sound of Ellie today.

Out on me own to do the second half of the walk. You know you’ve made it as a Geocacher when something that most people wouldn’t bat an eye at stands out like a sore thumb to you.

Final find of the day for guiding nutter and I. We spent some time looking around the church (the stonework of which outside is worthy of an earthcache) in the village. Thanks for the cache and setting up this series. We plan to come back on another visit to so the southern part of the loop.
Skybluesbazza and I were down in Welwyn Garden City for the weekend to visit his grandparents. Today we had come on the bus over to Old Welwyn to pick up some caches. We had enjoyed the walk and this was the last find of the day.
This was a quick find based on the cache name. Unfortunately didn't see Ellie today. TFTC!
Tftc the hardest thing was finding somewhere to park daughter is happy and satisfied as she was the one to sneak in
Really happy find until some horrible muggle reported us for parking safely on the kerb shame otherwise top find
One of those ones that before you discovered GC'ing you would have walked past without knowing a thousand times!
Out today in the area doing some caches.
No problems here today cache was replaced as found.
This one was on the floor so as i was not sure where it goes I stuck it on a bolt on the fence.
Thanks jillym007 for taking the time and effort to place these caches for us to find [^]

Heading back to our starting point having completed the northern half of this circuit. A quick find before going in search of cake! Thanks
The last find on our walk today. Quick find and amazing how much quicker little legs work when the realise there is cake back at the car. Thanks for the series.
Out for a long walk around Welwyn that was pleasantly varied with some fine hides. Most caches were found without long searches in the most likley place. We failed at a coupl. TFTC.
Had a foggy walk in Herts and picked up a few caches.
Granpas loop, Ellie Wander, Ceri Walk, and niamh2 anwyn.

One of 65 odd caches found today with Mr Adamss in the misty fog. A lot of walking for not a particularly high return although some good cachjes found. Thanks to all the COs for putting the caches out. All logs signed K&S for Kent and Sussex

Day 1 of a caching trip with jazzyjessups. 3rd series of the day and given the lack of daylight a bit of a mistake ... not enough time so one big rush !!! TFTC
A brief wander around and then this one was spotted. I found it tucked away and resting on the floor, not sure if it was meant to be there but I replaced it exactly where I found it.

Have repositioned in correct place, let's hope it stays where it should this time!
Missing, wish people would respect these caches, it's only a game but costing CO's to maintain these
One more business trip to the UK. This time hotel booked in Welvyn. And some time left to explore the surroundings before having dinner. Could not do the all of Ellie's Wanderings but tried the closest ones to get a smell of the city. This one was a bit of a surprise as it feels too exposed for something hidden. Anyway: Quiet place with only few traffic what made it an easy find. Until the muggles arrived while I was logging. Caused a few extra steps but as the area was quite nice no problem to wait before I could place the container where I had found it.

Quick stop to pick up some of the Ellie's Wanderings which I haven't previously found. TFTC (#3607)
Found this cache when I was on a travel job here in Luton.
Unfortunately I had no time to take all the caches in this trail.
The log was wet, but I sign it.
Greeting Norway .
