A stop today on our drive to Port Campbell. The location is stunning. We had a coffee at the nearby botanic gardens cafe and then made the find before heading back onto the road again.

On the way home from Warrnambool, so will make some time to find a cache. Grabbed some lunch and took the opportunity to stretch the legs and make this find while admiring the area.
Thanks theseeker321 for placing & maintaining the cache for us to find.

A quick find after school. Hadn't looked for any local ones in quite a while and saw there were a few new ones including this one.

As we approached GZ, another couple were walking down the track. We just continued past to give them a chance to walk past before our return. I glanced back to notice them pausing at the same spot, and we got to wondering...... Anyway they walked off and sat on a bench near the water so don't know if they were geocaching or not. Eventually we made the find. TFTC
Great hide, Great walk to get here! Thanks for te journey! Log signed and replaced
Nice hide.. . Thank you. The little blue man was just a bit quicker then me.
Found by Mary & David at 1700. Just finished a cache maintenance run, and now time to relax and find a few. Found this one very informative. Hard work to launch a boat here today. Admired the bluestone bank where spectators would have stood. Found the cache after a short search. Our thanks to theseeker321.
Replaced this cache today as the first version had disappeared. This one doesn't blend in as well as the first one so I might need to work on that when I get a chance!
A day of caching with ozbob and the ageing Bushfire was decided upon and we ventured down this way with the weather very poor and the temperature hovering around about 3 or 4.
It was not only the temperature but it was light rain so all hides had to be found as quick as possible.
We were in ozbob's new Ford Ranger that has a lot of things going for it for caching, Sat Nav, 4x4, high clearance, and a great heater to name a few as we were running up a few kilometres before he uses it to tow his caravan.
With the weather and the roads that we were travelling on the new white beast was starting to change colour.
We arrived close by and a short dash over this guy where we thought we would be dry but that was not the case so after a quick find, signed we were out of here.
Thanks again to the theseekers321 for another fine cache.

Out on the road with the legendary Bushfire on a cold winters day. This was a nice easy find and the boardwalk kept us dry as we signed the log. Thanks to theseeker321 for the hunt.
Thanks for the hide. Last day of on our trip around Victoria. Beautiful spot around the lake would've been nice to explore more around here.
Finally had the opportunity to try for this one. Previously had been muggled out. Found it really quickly. Coordinates were spot on. TFTC theseeler321 very well enjoyed.
Found with brother and niece, nice and quiet at GZ, shame the rowing club has been left high and dry due to changing conditions, hopefully the lake will fill completely again in the future.TFTC
Down in Colac today in the company of Glanville Girls and ST37E picking up some of the newer local caches.
We totally overlooked GZ initially as we were hunting for something different but when we finally got our coords to settle we realised our mistake.
Thanks theseeker321 and Bretto44 for placing this cache.

There was a car parked just outside GZ when we arrived but fortunately it was empty and we could search unimpeded. We soon heard footsteps above and realised the owner of the vehicle was in the band hall, but luckily we were out of view when he came out to return to the car. Vertical height was good here for us, but Bushfire would need his crate! TFTC
Found during a day of caching in an unvisited area with Glanville Girls, nice quick find after making our way to the correct GZ

Out caching today with ST37E with the aim to complete the Bambra series and collect some caches in the Gellibrand and Colac area. We were lucky enough to have one half of The Tritonz on board with us today to keep us company. A nice quick find tonight by torchlight
A stretch of the imagination for this one - rowing on the Lake at the moment. TFTC
Lucky I had my tall son with me. Without him I would not have been able to reach this one. Great hide. TFTC
Quick and easy find
Once we realised what sort of cache this was we soon had cache in hand

Not the best cache to be looking for when the light is fading, but I soon found the sneaky hide. TFTC theseeker321 & bretto44.
A curriculum day today for the 6 year old geokid meant a day off work for me. We headed to Colac to try our luck! This was an easy find but I was pleased to have a geokid with me to retrieve it! Unfortunately it was very foggy this morning so we couldn't see much of the lake but it seems like a beautiful spot down here. Many thanks
First hunting high, then hunting low, then hunting around did not have us locating this blighter. In fading light I had a closer look to finally find it. TFTC

Suscoe's 4th find of the morning while we were in Colac for a while.
The showers had eased a bit and we headed down here to find this cache and then to enjoy lunch by the lake.
The cache was spotted very quickly and the signing done in no time at all.
All was very quiet here today.
With the sun shining it was quite pleasant really out of the wind a bit.
Thanks to theseeker321 for placing this cache here.
Now down the way for our lunch stop.

Found It........After having tea it was decided to tackle this one again so after waiting out some muggles we made our way to GZ only to spot it within 30 seconds Hmm it wasnt there when we had our first attempt so with the log signed we made our way back home to the warmth. Thanks theseeker321 for the cache
Today was a planned 8 hour power interruption for the local district. What better way to spend the day than catching up with the recently listed caches in the Colac area. Pity about the freezing wind and showers & rain.
Was a little worried by the light rain plus a DNF log. However, Having positive thoughts walking to the GZ worked magic and quickly had cache in hand.

Well, after the previous log we did not hold out a lot of hope of finding the cache as quickly as we did. The hint provides help. Geo dog and I were walking in the gardens and decided to give this new cache a go. We were most surprised to find an empty log and we got one of our rare FTF, which was more about "luck" than purposeful management. We enjoyed our walk and the hunt so much thanks goes to the seekers321 and bretto44.
Didn't Find it. After searching for 45min over and under and widening our search we decided to move onto the next one. Thanks theseeker321 for the hunt we will return
