This one has been vandalized too many times and I see no alternatives other than say goodbye.
I walked along the creek when its dry.
Now more water here today.
Thanks Team Ladava

From the logs it looks like this one has suffered the ‘school holidays’ demise.
I will get to it after the lockdown ends.

17 September 2020...beautiful bridge...love the stonework, thanks for directing us here
Absolutely breath taking! To even just walk beneath this bridge nowadays gives me such a feeling inside. Thankyou for the in-depth insight to such a beautiful spot.
Spiffy- and I decided a few multi caches were in order for today plus a few other random caches. The forecast was for lots of rain, but we managed to stay dry.
This was a clever hide.
Thanks to Team Ladava for the placement and fun.

Found at 11:15 am.
Fleabag- and I had a few hours today and thought we would slowly start working our way towards a couple of different multi cache challenges plus a few other random caches. Forecast was for showers but we managed to avoid them the whole time which was brilliant.
I read the hint and went to the wrong place, Fleabag- used his GPS and made the find here. Nicely done.
Thanks Team Ladava for the cache, the adventure, the hunt and the fun.

Found it.
The magnet is really strong! Had to use my house key to work it loose.
Cool spot, the boys spent half an hour playing on the rocks and walking on the ledge around the support pylon.

Thanks for a great cache!
Thanks for a great cache!
A quick stop in here before leaving Sunbury for the long haul home again. Love the amazing bridge, wish we had stuff like this at home, but we are in timber country and it definitely doesn’t last like this!
Headed out last Saturday to take part in the Sunbury Parkrun. Managed to pick up a couple of cache on the way to and from. Had an amazing breakfast in Sunbury in one of the cafes, and the milkshake was unreal. Thanks for the cache.
Second time lucky! Suspected right spot but didn’t have the magnet first time round
Went to get this cache at night to keep my streak alive. As such it was dark, so not much of a view of the bridge! The cache was quickly located and signed having seen a few of these caches in this style in the area. Strong Magnet!
Thanks Team Ladava.

I really don’t know why I haven’t been out caching in Sunbury before. It’s a lovely area and this was a nice little hide for my start to the day. At first I was unsure if I was at the right place because I had a little bit of trouble with the pull, but soon realised what it was that I was supposed to be doing...thanks for a cute hide Team Ladava
A quick check confirms ‘all is well’ and the cache is ready and waiting

Not sure if I was in the correct location, but if I was, according to he hint it may be gone.
I was in Sunbury today to get some table tennis equipment for the upcoming Spring season. After getting the equipment and having some lunch there was plenty of time to look for a few caches. [^] This was my third and last cache for the afternoon.
I have passed this beautiful bluestone bridge on my many trips to Sunbury and have always meant to stop by for a closer look at it....and also find this cache. I have usually been too busy or have driven right past it but today I made sure I stopped by. I parked in the carpark and wandered over to GZ. As I approached GZ I spotted something slightly out-of-place which matched this CO's usual MO. I retrieved the cache and signed the log at 3:55 pm. TNLN. I then headed home.
Thanks Team Ladava for another creatively camo'd cache and for showing me this awesome old bridge. Of course, after finding the cache I took lots of photos of the bridge.

Apex Park had been my Sunbury stop in the morning and for some reason I completely missed this cache. As I was getting ready to call it a day I spotted that I had missed it and made my way to the GZ. A quick find. TFTC.
Today we were on one of our travel all over the place chasing smileys with Ausfox; and Neville_devil. We were particularly after higher favourite point caches for the current souvenirs but were also grabbing anything in our path as we were heading to our target caches.
A nice spot with a great Bluestone Bridge. we are rather partial to old bridges with a few old bridge caches of our own.
Thank you Team Ladava for highlighting this wonderful old bridge

Out for the day with Simsfamily and Neville Devil to cache around Pykes creek, Melton and Sunbury areas. The weather wasn't the best but it didn't dampen our enthusiasm.
We parked near the park and I remembered being here before and thought I'd already done the caches, but after racking my brain I realised I'd been here for work many moons ago. So it was on to discover the hide.
Log signed and replaced as found
Thanks for the cache Team Ladava

Funny story about this one. We were walking from our parking spot and noticed a young boy running down towards the bridge and a shout of ‘found it’. We kept walking from the opposite direction, found said GZ but no cache in sight. A couple of minutes later the young boy finds us and says ‘here it is’. So we SL at 8.36am and replaced cache in its hiding place. Unsure whether the boys team signed the log or not! Beautiful bridge and beautiful trees and clever hide. #6001 TFTC Team Ladava
Out this way to do some maintenance, sadly my cache has gone with the roadworks, so I came to find a few in and around Sunbury, happily this is still in place, and good to go
I think I have probably driven over this bridge 1000 times and never stopped by and had a properly good look. I know Jacksons creek well as it travelled from many places I used to visit, mainly being different waterholes as a kid. Really liked looking around here and nice placement of the cache. Last caches before heading home - thanks for all the generous hides today!
