In Albany for a family thing so thought I'd add a few finds while down here.Another blast from the past, we used to come to the Napier hall for old time dancing as well as a few square dancing weekends when I was much much younger Quick find here.TFTC
Stayed here overnight with emukka and in the morning made the find before heading to poronnorup no, tftc!
Joshwod and i found this on a cruise to the Porongorups. The container is collecting water inside due to the fit holes in the edges I expect. Even the log in the plastic bag is damp. TFTC

Albany Day 3
Arrived into town Saturday booked into the caravan park for 8 days.
This was the first cache of the day , nice large parking area.
Today we headed out to join the convoy of ships that left Albany to sail off to the 1st world war.
This is such a significant part of Australian History. Glad that you have placed these on a geocaching trail.
Thankyou to the CO's for placing these caches.

Found on a rainy day - my favourite weather for geocaching! Pen is broken but log in good condition. Left lots of swappables for geokids to find. TFTC!
Out and about again, a wet morning in Albany, headed out to complete the power trail. Found all but 3. Then got some other nearby hides.
Found a variety of hides and in different areas which made for a nice day. Generally quick finds today.
Thanks to all the CO’s for the hides I found.

First one for the day driving back from Albany to Perth. Nice little stopover. Thank you.

Tftc 6helgas. After an early morning ramble up to the granite skywalk, decided to pick up a few caches on the way back to our digs at Albany. So far so good, all very quick finds. Loving it!
Drove past this so many times an finally decided to pull in, nice easy find but well hidden, thanks for the hide.
You sometimes see on the way out how easy and obvious it would have been if you would have looked through the trees the right way. This was one of them. TFTC
Our 5th & last day in Albany caching with Everlasting. We have had lots of fun & found loads of caches. Thanks for this one.
Using a phone is not the best for finding GZ.
Drove in here and then downloaded phone map in Geo App said it was further down the road. Of course it wasn't though. We carried onto our destination and came back for this cache. TFTC

Was fairly exposed and an easy spot from the road, so covered it a bit better so muggles don’t see it

Hi there 6helgas.
We found your cache **"Gypsy Bare"** at 10:52:00 AM today. (This makes our find count 23976).
We're staying in Albany for a few weeks, and today we decided to attempt a few caches in the opposite direction from "town". We found 5 caches & DNF'd 1.
Thanks for placing this cache here. Over the years, Geocaching has taken us on many adventures and to lots of wonderful destinations all over Australia. Without 'caching as our guide we would never have found so many interesting places on our nomadic wanderings. 'Caching has also introduced us to a diverse group of like-minded people, many of whom we now call friends.
**Coordinate Accuracy:** We found your cache exactly where the GPS said we should be looking.
**Cache Condition:** The container and log book are in good shape.
**Took:** Nothing
**Left:** Smiley Badge.
Thank you 6helgas for adding to our adventure.
Regards
Ian & Penny

Our journey continues around Australia. We have been on the road for over 10 months. Now we go from Hyden to Albany. Here, too, we were able to find one or the other geocache along the way. Thank you for all those who make our trip more interesting.
