Not found since November 2016, and no response from cache owner following "Needs maintenance" two months ago. A number of DNF's recorded.
This geocacher reported that this geocache should be archived. A community volunteer reviewer has been notified.
Two pairs of eyes were unable unearth this one, and a big dry bush has invited fire as noted in previous logs. Believe this one to be the victim of fire as the cache information refers to a clear container that I imagine would not be fireproof.
With previous logs being DNF we decided to look anyway. Tree had been burnt and no sign of it.Maybe CO needs to check on it
Grass very long and cache swimming in water so log could not be sigbed so we just bugged. Needs some TLC. TFTC
Not too dry today, in fact completely bloody soaked, as are my shoes now. Log too wet to sign, pic attached. TFTC
We arrived at this cache just as the lawnmowers were leaving so we did make it a little hard for ourselves! After a bit of digging we did find it eventually, TFTC!
Back in Tassie finding caches that have been published since our last visit, this is one of them.
Today we targeted this series to complete the ones we have not found previously. An easy find.
Thanks for placing and maintaining this cache for our enjoyment.

No find today. Was a lot of cut dry grass all over base of tree. I was too nervous to dig around for what I assume is underneath the mess. I will return.
Another set of caches to grab. Managed to park at certain spots between caches and then walk back and forth collecting them. Took a while, but finally found it. TFTC
Luckily the caches we tried from this series were fairly quick finds. Felt a bit conspicuous with all the traffic streaming past so decided to do the ostrich thing and pretend that if we couldn't see them then they couldn't see us. Must have worked as we were only tooted once! Will have to do the second part of this trail next time we're in town. TFTC
Another pre wedding party for girls so the dads are off doing their thing. Quick and easy. I like em like that. Tftc.
Would probably have been a quick find had it not been for piles of recently mown grass. All good
First find of the series whilst taking an early morning stroll during the Launceston leg of our Tassie holiday
Many thanx for the cache

A quick find was made here and while I was sitting on the grass logging the cache a muggle on a pushbike came past leading a dog. Might have to try that - looks like a good way to give an over energetic dog like ours a good work out. Thanks.
Out for a morning stroll quick find when the nearby council worker wasn't looking tftc
Travelling around Australia and spending a few months in Tasmania.
Still struggling with the flu but hopefully finally on the mend we decided with the warmer weather to get the electric geobikes out! [^]
Boy it might only be a short trail here but we needed that battery assist today.
The caches that we found were all in good order.
Looking forward to meeting local cachers at the Event on 17th October.

Nice series of geocaches went out for a walk this way because we were at the museum we decided to check out the area for caches.
Yay!! Finally successful after getting some help from a cacher on his electric trike. TFTC
Took a few goes but finally found this cache whilst on a late night cache hunt... Wasn't coming home until I had found it this time.
Another one of those that leaves you wondering why you didn't find it sooner.
TFTC
Cheers

Not a big fan of blindly sticking my hand into deep dark holes... have memories of a Flash Gordon movie scene which ended badly for one of the challenge participants.. thanks..!!

We were just finalising our plans for the day when Tchingal changed our plans by publishing 9 new caches in Launceston.
As Mrs y'stassie went to look for another cache, Mr y'stassie headed off to look for this cache. Accurate coordinates and the hint led to a quick find. The cache and contents were in good condition. Congratulations choppersrule and JustAFan for your joint FTF. Thanks Ryan00 for the cache.
