Could the owner please visit and check on the welfare of this cache. It looks like the cache has gone missing.
Another DNF and time for the owner to check the location. the floods may have moved the cache elsewhere.
Couldn't access cache as Creek was too high. We had battled the blackberry bushes to the edge of the creek but as T1.5 I didn't expect to have to wade through knee deep water to find the cache, so reluctantly gave up. Revolted by the rubbish around the potentially beautiful spot.
It seemed very dark when we got to the bridge and wandered down to the GZ. We had to dodge a few blackberries on the way in but soon we were at the GZ and had the cache in hand. I think the night time with torches helps sometimes to locate the cache as they seem to stand out more, along with the possum sitting in a tree nearby wondering what we were doing.
We have faint memories of cross the old Holden Bridge back in the HQ many years ago...thanks for bringing back those great memories Team Campion.

Checked up on this one today and cache is in perfect condition with accurate coordinates
15:45, 16 April 2017. #632.
On my way home from the Broadford Bike Bonanza and avoiding the HoHum Hwy and Western Wrong Road trawl by following back roads I found myself crossing this bridge, so took the opportunity to stop and hunt. I was in a bit of a hurry so read the hint first.
After a short walk, a bit of it around in circles, most of it avoiding thorns, looking high for one thing and low for something else I came across the cache pretty quickly in more or less the right spot but not exactly where I expected to find it. Signed the newer log of the two inside and on my way.
Cache is in good condition.

Travelling past, this was a convenient stop. The traffic was like peak hour, so stealth was required.
Finding the cache was simple, but signing it was impossible. The log was sopping wet with the cache having water pooled in the bottom. As the original log was full, I dried out as well as possible and added more paper, Into a dried out cache of course. I was stumped how that much water had found its way in there.
Nice spot, the ducks seem to like it too, but pity about the rubbish.

Cache found in nice little spot - path worn through blackberry bushes, however need to be careful of getting scratched.
Unable to sign as contents of cache were wet.

Hard work fighting with the fast growing blackberries. Log book is soaked - definite maintenance required. We couldn't sign the log book because it was so wet so have left a piece of paper behind with our name on it. TFTC

After working our way through the fast growing blackberries, we looked high, we looked low, we looked in, we looked out, but today there was no way we could work this one out! This 2.0/1.5 didn't want to show itself today.
Thanks anyway to Team Campion for bringing us to this location.

Based on preceding logs, the nature of the placement seems to have changed considerably, perhaps it's about time the CO checked on this one!
Waiting for some work colleagues to arrive at the airport and a couple of hours to kill. Smiley faces every where. TFTC
Blackberries and stinging nettles caused a bit of a problem, but we found it. Log is quite damp.
Mechanism is broken and cache is now anchored at a much lower height than described.

**DAY 8**
I had time before my flight back to Germany so I have visited this cache and watched the planes where I will be in in less than 4 hours.
Thank you and best regards from Germany
Team sissifalke
A quick and easy find as we cache our way through the area today. We did have to beat a path through some fast growing blackberries to reach gz, some come prepared with a big stick perhaps. Thanks for bringing us here and thanks for the cache.

After fighting off the blackberry bushes found it just at shoulder height Not a long cord anymore TFTC
Cord must have previously broke.Cache tied down lower. Good trout fishing here. TFTC
Passing by and decided to stop for this cache.....found the cache and then had a look at the flood water rushing over the weir. Thanks for showing me a "movie scene"
I think cache needs attention as it is not on a very long piece of cord and is definitely not very high. Thanks for the cache. Site is a lot different and dirtier than when I used to come fishing here as a kid 40 or so years ago! I also would not have liked to have been in the car that crashed through the barrier on the other side!
We decided to get the two remaining caches on our list here at Bulla, this being one of them. I walked around looking in the trees for a 'sign', but was let down when I found the container, a breakage in the attachment.
We filled out the log and went back to the car, thanks to Team Campion for the placement here.

Took a few mins for the phone to decide what it was doing, but eventually found the way through. Guessing the cache isn't where it should be but still took a few mins to spot. TFTC
Suscoe decided to have a day out heading north from home and then working steadily back to the south.
We covered quite a few kilometres after leaving home in the dark.
A terrific range of caching containers and locations were discovered.
It was a magnificent Autumn day with a mild breeze, plenty of sunshine and not too many vehicles to pass on the roads.
This was our 15th find of the day.
Lunch break and a nice place for a find and sign.
Thanks to Team Campion for this location and hide.

Paid a visit to show my son what some types of caches are around, found that the string has been cut very short, and container is at shoulder height for a person of 5 foot 6, not in its usual situation, and on a different branch, I think it needs some attention by CO
Tricky one but easy when looking in the right direction! Have not seen one of these type of these cache container before - nice one and cache was well planned an implemented - well done indeed!

I was on the way to the Victorian Cache of the Year awards today when I decided to pop by and grab this beast.
I can still remember using the ford crossing a couple of times when we bought some oversize vehicles through here in the mid to late 80s.
A great example of a historically significant bridge, being one of the John Monash bridges.
Found the cache soon enough. A shame some people are so grotty. Rubbish here and there today unfortunately.
Thanks for bringing me here.

A quick find as the last for the day. I have found another cache only about 10m, from this location, long archived. So many blackberries but luckily we didn't get scratched too badly. Not exactly an inviting area.
Took nothing, left nothing.
Thanks for this cache here today.

I was heading northish today hunting caches as I went and given the spate of DNFs nearly skipped this one but the owner maintenance log did give confidence so detoured to hunt it. Haven't been here for several years and noticed that you can't drive over the old ford any more - which was a common trap on navigation events. Followed the GPSr around into the bush area, well hidden from the muggles who were nearby, probably fishing, and started looking high for a cache with no luck. Expand the search area with no luck. Went back to what I thought would be the likely tree then looked a particular way - straight at the cache which was at eye level! On further inspection it looks like the branch it was on has fallen down, hence no high anymore! Signed the nice new log sheet and headed off! Thanks to Team Campion for the cache and the maintenance.
I did maintenance 2 weeks ago (I forgot to log) and it is still there today.

No luck looking for this one today - then I read the logs and it is clear that it is no longer in position. It really needs to be taken offline until it can be fixed to save anyone else wasting their time.
Found on our way to the airport.
There was a heap of builders' rubbish where we parked the car, so perhaps the workmen weren't working here on the 5th but doing some illegal dumping instead. We found the cache on the ground in the middle of the caching track. Signed and hidden somewhere safe, we will message Team Campion a photo to show where.

Going to find this cache this morning only to find muggle workmen in the area and one was almost next to GZ so will have to return another day!!
TFTC Team Campion that we hope to find when we return to find it another day when no muggle workmen are in the area!

Really liked this hide ~ and glad I came from the right side to avoid having to cross a single lane bridge with peak traffic commencing at the time ~TFTC
Found with nirgalagrin... now I have my own account.

The girls and I had a bit of time up our sleeves after a family birthday party in Sunbury, and, wonder of wonders, they agreed to a spot of caching.
Our last stop on our way home, and the find of the day... the girls had not seen this type of retrieval mechanism, so were suitably impressed. Afterward, dragging the younger one away from the water's edge where she was enjoying the view was a bit of a task.
Thanks, Team Campion, for an excellent hide in a pretty location.

Was thrilled that I DIDN'T need to climb for this one. Having found a previous one not far away a few years back, I wanted to grab this one too. Really appreciate the helping hand for us vertically challenged people.
I rather like this spot crossing here quite often on my way to the airport. Today I stopped and walked through the geotrail to the tree. Even though I could have retrieved easier I felt like a climb so up I went and signed the log.
Thanks for this one

A perfect weekend to be out in the bush. So i picked up a mate and we drove around collecting caches and hiking the hills to see what we could find. Thanks all.
Off to the air port and had some time to spare and wanted to stop here foe some time... as my GPS wouldn't load and had a feeling there was one here the last spot to check foe mW and it was found ... yer!
Wandered down to the fjord and took some photos before searching for the cache, I spotted something and followed the money, as they say, nice work, I hope it lasts as it seems to be busy area here, thanks for putting a cache here, I would never have stopped and discovered the area
With the chores done it was time for a few local caches and this was the first.
A rather pleasant location with the sounds of the creek running.
It brought back special memories of seeing a platypus splashing around in the water here when finding a previous hide in the area.
Locations like this are 'the icing on the cake' of Geocaching with the locals hosting us anonymously to their favourite spots.

Have been using this bridge since 1968 as a bypass to northern suburbs and have always admired the little creek here Had a much nicer look at it again today as winding the cache and signing the log
Thanks Team Campion for this wonderful cache

Thanks for a great little cache. We had much fun finding and retrieving it. Having driven across the bridge numerous times but never realized what a cool place it is. The creek is quite remarkable. I have seen many cars parked here previously and expected to have company but fortunately GZ was deserted and we made a relatively quick find and retrieval. Thanks for making us stop here. #70 MC&T
Found by Team Ninja 29/7/15, find number 648.
I visited this area many years ago to find the cache that previously occupied this area. It was nice to revisit the site to find something new. After parking the car I soon spotted the geocachers (or fishermans!) track leading towards GZ. I was glad of the good description on the cache page as I was able to quickly locate the cache. I really enjoyed this one, it's always nice to find something out of the ordinary!
The cache was almost devoid of swag so I left a few Top Gear stickers. TFTC!

Out and about with 80 degrees for a short afternoon run. Nice easy parking and on the way read some logs so new of the corrected co ords. Needed to dally a little as there was a family nearby enjoying the water overflow. They must be locals to know about the place. The troopers moved into the greenery and made the quick find. I have seen a few of this style and before showing need not to keep your eyes always on the ground
Thanks for the excellent hide Team Campion

Found the nice park just near GZ and walked the short distance to GZ and promptly found nothing. Read Riddell's log, used their coords, and easily found the cache some 35m away! It is a good spot and a nice set-up Team Campion but I strongly recommend that you change the posted coords to Riddell's.
Out and about with xambo4u for an afternoon run. Parked next to another car where a family were busy walking and practicing their photographic skills. Mr80and MrsX headed for this one while MRS80 and MrX engaged with the family. Mr80 found this one - good spot - good cache. TFTC

Resorted to previous log to help me out and was pleased that a new waypoint by Riddle, had been noted. I too was in the wrong area for most of my search.
Once that was corrected the cache was soon found and the log signed. Loved the container and the info in the description. Thanks riddle and thanks Team Campion for the cache.

{FTF} First to find!
I've often thought as I drove over this bridge that it would be a good spot for a geocache hide so when I saw the location of this new Team Campion cache I knew where to head. I normally complain about early Saturday morning swimming lessons for the kids but today it gave me a chance to slip away before hand to have a look for the FTF.
GPS is a bit sketchy down in the valley and I spent a large part of my available time searching without any luck. Running out of time before I had to head back I widened my search area and finally stumbled onto the hide some distance away from where I had been concentrating most of my search. I ended up taking the direct route to retrieve the cache and after a quick scramble was signing at a blank log.
Thanks for the cache Team Campion and for highlighting an interesting part of the local area.

Well, after wandering around for a while where the GPSr and the phone said we should be, the gadgets were put away and a more investigative process was put in place.
The search was widened and every tree in the area was checked. Soon enough the string leading to the cache was found and the log was duly signed.
While this was happening I took the GPSr out again and logged a waypoint using the averaging feature.
We have included our resultant co-ordinates in our log.
