I am regretfully archiving this cache since there's been no response from nor action by the cache owner within the time frame requested in the last reviewer note.

Hi Goodie7110

This geocache was brought to my attention as being in need of an owner maintenance visit and after my previous reviewer note, there has been no owner response. The cache owner needs to check on this cache ASAP and either replace it or archive it, after picking up any geo-litter. See the [maintenance section of the Geocache Listing Requirements/Guidelines](http://www.geocaching.com/about/guidelines.aspx#listingmaintenance).

I've added this cache to my watchlist, and I will check back in four weeks to be sure that the maintenance has been done. In the meantime, I have temporarily disabled this listing. When the maintenance is completed, the owner can enable the listing by clicking on the link below the cache name to return it to active status.

Whatever your intentions, please **post a note** here on the cache page (not email) to let us know that you are still active and maintaining the cache. If a month passes without seeing a response, then I'll assume that this listing should be archived.

Please note, that if a cache is archived due to lack of owner maintenance, the cache is unable to be unarchived.

Regards

This had been a planned trip in the company of HKCB to Whangarei but as the weather wasn't the best in the north we thought we would bring this trip forward and head over here to see what we could locate as neither of us had done a whole lot around this area.
Leaving home 7pm Friday evening and returning by midnite Saturday, 954kms travelled and approx. 70 caches located along with about 8 DNF's.
Thanks to all the CO's whom have put out these caches for us and completing the maintenance to keep them going.
The start of a new day and after a few hours sleep it was time to see what we could find with the real challenge being the new virtual as that was a primary goal for the trip. With the light up and no rain the day was looking good for a few caches. A nice quick find here and out of direct view

Thank you for the placement, thanks for the cache.

This weekend had been booked into headed to Whangarei with Cats&Dragons for a bit of caching, but as the weather wasn't looking flash at all, so we decided to head East instead to Gisbourne as we both hadn't done much caching in te area. Leave home about 7pm Friday, and returning home midnight Saturday meant we got a fair bit of caching time in for the limited time we had. All up we found just under 70 caches in total, so a big thanks for all the CO's for placing and maintaining the caches we found on this trip.

Nice quick find here.

Today we made a trip from Gisborne via Opitiki to Whakatane, again at least at the end on the route of the Pacific Coast Highway, thereby visiting many new sightseeing locations and looking for caches, too. On this trip we searched, found and logged a lot of caches. The weather was very good all day long, a bit colder in the morning but it got warmer in the afternoon. Funny clouds were our compagnions especially in the afternoon.
Almost no muggels observed us as they had other things to do than observing harmless geocachers.

Thanks to Goodie7110 for showing us this location and for the fun we had at Summer Dayz. The search we had here today didn't take too much time.

Greetings from Germany and hope to see you soon in the forest.

Last night we made a snap decision to visit Gisborne today to attempt the FTF on the new Virtual, and to pick up the CANZ Gisborne cache. After that was accomplished we had time for some more finds before parking up in our camper. Not many folk about at this time of the evening, and we found and signed the log here without any problems. TFTC

Most of the staff at the nearby store have signed the logbook , probably without the foggiest idea of what it is. All good. TFTC

As we drove along the street, there were cars and people everywhere, at what appeared to be a very busy little shopping centre this morning. We felt we wouldn't be able to look for the cache, but were pleasantly surprised as we drew nearer to find the cache was hidden in a quiet corner, and turned out to be a quick easy find after all. I almost felt like a summer day today,
as I strolled around Mangapapa Smile
The scene at GZ,
was as promised,
very muggly Big Grin

Always a good sign when cache notes declare the muggle factor [^]
It means I will have a chance of blending in and finding the cache Razz

It's those damn caches which declare that they are well away from muggles that are a menace !!

Here outside the Mr Four Square,
the cache was a really easy find [^]

We used to have Four Square stores back in Australia,
but they disappeared in the maze of corporate reshuffles !!
Most are now Quick-E-Marts, IGA or Foodworks Sad
Small supermercados that charge 30 to 50 percent more for everything than the big players !! Smile

Had been on a trip around the East Cape and had been to Dawn Parade in Gisborne, gone back to our accommodation for breakfast and now were heading home.

Parked up close to GZ and after initially looking in the wrong place found the cache. The structure that contains the cache has seen better days however it was hidden enough and took it back to the car for signing duties.

Tomorrow we are leaving Gisborne for Napier so I had prepared a list of caches I wanted to look for. We decided to do a few central city caches first, while the parking opportunities were good, then go for a walk (fortunately a shady one) before the temperature got too hot. After a coffee break and lunch, we set out to look for some more caches.
Didn't take long to track down the cache but had to wait for a car to leave before replacing it. TFTC.

Decided on a bit of a road trip to Gisborne area as we are targeting higher D rated caches for one of our challenges and this area seemed to qualify. Picked up the Squirrel at 6am with a list of about 26 caches. We didn't expect to have so many DNF's and with so many caches needing repairs, hopefully the owners might do some checking and repairing. Anyway after what turned into a very long day with rain, slippery tracks and wading through nearly waist deep water we arrived safely home the next morning at 3.15am.

4.45pm - Busy place here today but nobody seemed to notice what we were up to. SLTFTC

With Gap (of Fap and Gap)... Our target today was to find caches with difficulty ratings of 2.5 and greater. Gap spied a whole lot in the Gisborne region... Road trip. It rained on and off throughout the day, making conditions slippery underfoot and slow-going at times. Weather coupled with quite a few DNFs made this a bit of a disappointing mission. Nevertheless, we soldiered on, as we do...

This was a fairly busy place mid afternoon... As these suburban locations tend to be. This was tucked in and away from most prying eyes, and we had drinks in hand to create the illusion of resting... "MMMM... How convenient!" TFTC.
