I have lost 3 containers...the view up river is beautiful, but the area is a dump. Sigh!
Gone again. I know this is a party zone, but the view up0 the river is just so beautiful. I'm going to have to rethink this cache and where to place it. Give me a week.
Getting to GZ was easy but finding the cache took longer than expected as I should have put more effort into reading the previous logs.
Anyway I soon found it by changing my expectations on what I expected the container to be. Cache and log in good shape. Tftc

Having not found this cache previously, I kept an eye on it for when the CO posted a note on having done some maintenance on it. There was no note but all of a sudden new cachers were finding it a very easy find. Could I have been cache blind? Decided to have another go at this cache and it was hidden exactly where I thought it should have been last time but I also discovered it was a new cache container and log book. So I guess I wasn't blind after all. SL #2225 on streak day #1192 TFTC

on my way back to the blue mountain tops and the cold wind after coming down to collect something for work, can't believe how much warmer it is down here. might have to come down a bit more often I'm thinking.

Good view of the river, bad view of the rubbish dumped here. A missed opportunity to place a decent sized cache instead of a crappy mint tin. TFTC
A quick easy find, TFTC 
The first time out caching for us after touring around SE Q'land where we'd gone for the Mega (which was great fun).
Whilst visiting friends in Gloucester on the way back, I put my back out, not whilst geocaching but by simply bending over to pick up something I dropped! After a couple of weeks chiropractic treatment, I'm back on my feet and we're caching again yay!

#278 drove past this the first time, had to turn around. Found the cache and signed log there were a lot of people on the other side of the river fishing. Thanks for the cache
A quick and easy find. The shed nearby has almost been completely swallowed up by the creeper vines. (And I don't mean the pump shed up the hill)
I just don't understand why ppl litter and dump their rubbish ?!?!! It's not hard to use a bin. I wish i could find the culprits and dump a shitload of rubbish in their loungeroom. Bah

The second of four quick park and finds this afternoon. Approaching GZ could see an appropriate parking spot from whence to walk. GZ was spot on and a quick find made. tftc

#3019- I continued on from the Intruder in the Dust, to see a car about to leave the very spot I was in which to park. It was ani-del. she had just got her second FTF ever, and looked very pleased with herself indeed. She stood while I grabbed and signed the cache and we chatted for a few minutes.
Since I had left home, another two had been published so we planned which we would attempt next and headed off, one after the other. Thanks for another nice simple hide, alnic39.
