It’s been a really long time since anyone found this one. It needs to be checked.
After a good look around I made a PAF to a previous finder.
With a good idea of what I am looking for and where, I searching again ... without success.
Can the CO please visit GZ and we are just suffering cache blindness? And the cache is still there.
Cheers

We came to find your cache, Dawesy321, on our geocaching day around the Bulimba area to clear up a few missing smileys.
Unfortunately we could not locate a cache here despite three PAFs and a couple of photographs. Maybe we have cache blindness. Time to move on at 1:53 PM on October 10, 2018. TFTC.

Sadly no where to be seen even though we had a fair idea of what we were looking for.
We were up in Brisbane on a long-weekend getaway and this was our final day before heading back to Melbourne in a few hours.
Stopped off here on our way to visit a friend in Gumdale before our flight, but no luck today.

Out to do a challenge today (25 different D/T's) with geofriends. This was my 2nd time to locate this cache. First time unsuccessful. This time we were successful. TFTC
On a mission today with geo friends to complete the Unique Difficulty/Terrain Challenge (QLD) and this was surprisingly a very easy find for us here. I am not sure it should have been where it was due to the high difficulty rating but we put it back exactly where we found it. Thanks Dawesy321 and TFTC
We did nearly go barking mad today with so many homes having dogs near geocaches. But we had no problem here with any canines today. Cache is a tricky hide but Snickersallen had her hands on it before the rest of us got serious looking. We consider ourselves lucky. Thanks for enhancing our day today. Cheers!
TFTC... 28/8/17. Depleted team Tough Mothers today. Found laying on the ground, placed back in tree. Possible muggle signed in.
Down this way to grab my daily cache now that I see it has been replaced. Thanks RhoBoCacher
I'd previously had a DNF here, so it's nice to be able to get rid of that blue frown and replace it with a nice yellow smiley face [^]
It still took me a bit of a search though, as per usual when hunting for micros I tend to look in all the wrong spots first!
Sure enough though it was in the last spot I looked
The log sheet was extracted and dutifully signed and dated. Then the cache was replaced back exactly where I had found it, so all is in readiness for the next visiting Geocacher to come and find it for themselves [8d]
This one keeps my daily caching streak ticking over nicely
Thanks for the cache Dawesy321

6th of the day, OCW ESCR so I could complete my 25d/t in a day and it ended up being 30 d/t in a day. We did some maintenance for the owner on this one and went BLUE in the process we checked every square inch before replacing so we were quite confident it had gone walkabouts. Its back in place now and I think this one can suffer cache creep if its not put back exactly as found. Hopefully this will last a little longer now. TFTC
This one beat me this morning I searched around the area of the picture but couldn't turn up the geocache today [?] I'll put this on my watch list and be back some other time if I see someone finds it, or if cache owner reports it's still there
After searching for a good 20 minutes and being attacked by spiders, I walked back to my car thinking about giving up. I then read through the previous logs which gave me the hint of standing where the picture was taken. This directed me to the one spot I missed and found it instantly! Minus the spiders crawling all over me this was a fun hunt! Thanks!
TFTC - I seriously expected to be searching for ages. First place I looked. Couldn't believe it.
Thanks Dawsey321
Thanks Dawsey321
After a lovely chinese lunch nearby, we headed to this cache.
Soon at GZ and I spotted it.
Signed the log and returned the cache to hide.
TNLNSL TFTC Thanks dawesy321 All good with this cache

Quick find tonight after several unsuccessful finds. It was fully exposed so I was able to nab it without having to search. Glad it is off my list. It is what I thought it may be but couldn't get it before. TFTC
Out chasing the new geo-art puzzles and what ever else we come across with IolantheK today.
We had a detour on the way to this one for a GCA cache. We were very pleased to get a FTF on that.
Back along the road to look for this one. We were suffering form terrible cache blindness today and this one was no different.
We spent a long time looking for this one. IolantheK finally got it after much searching.

teamdfl and I had a plan to chase up some Harry Potter caches today, but a whole stack of new puzzles appeared in that zone, and of course we changed our plans. Only thing is, 24 hours really wasn't enough time to get many solved...
In the area to pick up an FTF on a GCA cache, and we had to stop to grab this one. We spent ages here, but eventually we discovered the sneaky hide. I made sure to leave it well hidden TFTC, dawesy321.

Finally!! I had been here several times before, but I knew that it would be a challenge. I had only looked briefly before, and each time, a check here and there. This time I had reinforcements with SevlaGirls and we checked the picture and then started to hunt. No sooner had I picked up something, it was in my hand! What are the chances! Very appropriately named! TFTC dawsey321
Nurseyjulie had been here several times before. Today, she asked if I minded if we call by and search again. No problem I lined up my hunting ground and said to Nurseyjulie, "I think it is between there and there." The first thing she picked up in that area revealed the cache We added our names to the logbook, rehid the cache and continued on our way. TFTC
Been to this one three times (twice today!) because I'm determined to change this little green dot into a smiley!
Again I went round in circles searching. After abandoning anything to do with "barking" I found the cache loose buried in the undergrowth. Yay!
After consulting with previous mates, this wasn't what they found so I've replicated as close as possible the hide. I have photos of my handy work Dawesy321 if you want to contact me.

Some days the caching gods are smiling down on you and today was one of these days for me.
I left Miss 9 in the car to play on her device and told her I wont spend more than 10 minutes here (which I thought was quite optimistic).
Headed to GZ and started my search picking up everything that related to the title. Then I spied something that looked a little different and yep, there's the cache. Very happy indeed and back to the car in less than 10 minutes. Oh I wish I had such luck in all my finds

After a nice Sunday drive around Brisbane. I decided to get a quick smiley while we were out. I went on the web, found a nearby cache, plunged in the coordinates into my GPS and headed for GZ!! Got out the car, Look at the photo on the cache page had a good sweep of the area. Was going to give up we found the cache on the way to the car. A nice little camouflaged cache TFTC .
My second attempt. I was not too hopeful after my previous experience but I thought I might be lucky.
I certainly was. I had walked around the search area twice and then just happened to turn over the right object and, voila, there was the cache staring at me.
Glad to turn this one into a smile. TFTC.

Me and my 2 year old son had a few hours to kill while my wife was in surgery so we found a few caches. By this time the boy was asleep so I needed a cache by the road, Zeroed in on the cache in less than a minute after thinking about the description and name. Thanks
Last one for the day. Took a coupe of my ages geocaching for the first time. Tftc
Jaybo, Gaz and Walshy decided to do a quick geocache before our flight to Adelaide. Had 3 minutes before we had to leave, found it in the dying seconds. Missed the flight but worth it, great hide, something to bark home about.

Heading home after the movies & thought it was high time we checked in on this cache.
Parked the Geo-beast & before I could turn my phone on & open the app Geo-Mamma called 'Got it!'
Well, that was quick! LOL ...
Made our marks & replaced as found.
Now to escape the mozzie hordes which are just starting to stir.

That was real lucky. T found it super quick 1 min ,complete fluke. Great hiding spot.
Found in the last place we looked . A pretty good search area for what could easily be a long search. We gave the place a once or twice over and we had an idea of where it could be so we focused in on that. We were there about 10-15 minutes in total. Thanks for a different kind of cache hide.
Nice hide! We found this one pretty quick, which was more luck than ease.
We searched for a few minutes before i stood in the exact position that the GZ picture must have been taken from.
That was the help that put me on the right path.
I'll be following this one as I'm sure it is likely to cause a few DNFs.

Does the term needle in a haystack mean anything to you?
With nothing more to go on than the cache name, I spent about half an hour down on my knees in what seemed like a fruitless search.
When I eventually found the cache the feeling was more one of relief than anything else.
Luckily, I found it just before the rain started. As I am on foot i have retreated to a local carvery for a chicken schnitzel burger.

The CO picked me up this morning and we headed over this way to do some caching (me) and maintenance on Dawesy's caches. It was interesting as the caches were hidden on foot and the CO had absolutely no idea how to get to them by road
We parked nearby and wandered over to GZ. The CO commented that the gardener had been through and then he looked suitably confused as I searched. It seems the cache had travelled a metre or so and was well camouflaged in the garden. It took me a few minutes to locate and mostly by squinting A sneaky hide IPS here.
TFTC Dawesy321! A FAVE point for this cache

No I didn't find it straight away but I reckon I looked at it almost straight away.
I peered and poked and walked around for a bit but then returned to my starting bit.
Moved one thing and spied the cache lurking. Nice hide

I wasn't expecting an *FTF* of any kind tonight, but I suddenly realised I had some time before picking up Tinda15 from QPAC, so I came on over. My mate Pipper Pointer lives very, very nearby so I felt honour bound to tip him off. He had a shot while I was still on the way, but nothing came up, so I suggested he head for another. Next thing I knew he had a joint FTF at Colmslie while I had stopped off for a 3TF at the bridge.
We joined forces again here and he beat me to the punch easily: good one. We were a little surprised to open the cache and find no log sheet, but we remedied that.
TFTC and long may it remain!
