Logs
Due to repeated incidences of deliberate spoilers & photographs being posted on several online social media sites & in cache logs, by a small cadre of relatively new cachers , our caches no longer fit the D/T levels or challenges as intended.
Add to this the often spiteful/derogatory & negative comments logged and/or posted online by these same few people, an increase in 'muggle' (?) interference & the disappearance (?) of several caches in recent days, as well as verbal attacks in general conversation, & we have come to the unfortunate decision that it just isn't worth wasting our time, effort & money on placing & maintaining caches any longer.
Following repeated requests for these people to respect the caches, the COs & to follow Groundspeak guidelines by amending their behaviour, which was met with 'We can do what we like!', we no longer wish to be the subject of a few spiteful individuals' attacks & rather choose to enjoy our caching experience without their input.
We thank all those that have enjoyed our caches & responded positively & in the true spirit of Geocaching & can only apologise to those who this decision may disappoint.
As always ...

Fairly quick find, Was very fun to be out looking for other caches nearby as well.
Found the cache quickly, and retrieved it. Had to wait for a few sets of muggles to pass by to return the cache. Convenient to have a place to sit and wait though. TFTC
Our regular Thursday outing with Nikid1 & we decided to head to Wynnum to find a few caches.
This was the second of our previous DNF's for the day & another quick find. I did the honours on this one. Log signed & cache replaced as found. If only we could find all our caches as quickly as this!

Out in this beautiful part of the world today with KerriMG and decided to clear up some green dots in the midst of smiling faces.
Made a quick find here with KerriMG making the grab.
Thanks for replacing this one VC.

We started our seach at the wrong spot, hoping we could do this one sitting down. Once we'd established that was not going to be, Mr. Herbz looked around and with a hop, skip and a jump, the cache was in his hands. TFTC.
T2? I could have retrieved the cache but I was worried I couldn't have replaced it again.
Quick find with a stepladder and no one about! Tftc . Goldenbirds likes my preparedness
Parked nearly on GZ for a second look. This time had climbing accessory (No not the apprentice) for a better look and feel.
Wot, it's bowled me over again.
Walked on to put to bed two other delinquent caches that did not reveal themselves on my last visit.
Returned to transportation having decided I would drive forward and push the upright holding the supposed cache over. Other vehicles in the park put paid to that method of retrieval.
Redeployed climbing accessory, feeling quite dizzy at such a height I touched something familiar. Whoopy the Olympics are on and I have struck gold...

Out caching with the RoddyCs before attending the event tonight. With much perseverance Mr RoddyC finally found it. Thanks.
The Event tonight at Wynnum causes us to go geocaching in the afternoon beforehand! (Any excuse, after all!) The RoddyCs were in the company of Joojoo57 today.
Second attempt here - and I did do the hard yards last time - apparently not high enough. Today though with the aid of a TOTT, I was able to prize the prize from its prime position.
Log signed by all & replaced again. Found at 2.30pm on 18th July 2016. TFTC

TFTC. Lots of muggles relaxing nearby so stealth was needed. This makes 9 out of 9 finds for us today! I think that's our best so far
We have it on good authority that the cache IS indeed in place & able to be found.
FINALLY got the chance to have a good look for this one.....This is a muggle playground at all times of the day. We had not logged a DNF in the past because of the limited chances to REALLY look for this one. We had narrowed down the possibilities from past visits so when the coast was clear we went for it....and just like the song says "BINGO was his name-o!"
We nervously tried to claw out that devil of a log, improvising for an extraction tool, waited for a few people to disappear and put it back where we found it....The co-ordinates are spot on!!! Without the help of my GEO partner/son, it may not have been so easy to find.
To those who had troubles...we too had thought this one had gone walk about....nahhhh, we were wrong and ended the day gobbling a few other Vegan Cachers!!!!

No luck. Just like the last log we parked on gz. Searched high and low. Do we need to go higher?
Parked beside GZ. Now for a walk around Wynnum North.
Searched high and low, sat down then searched some more. First for the day and I've been bowled over. Not a good start!

Out on a maintenance run to check a few of our caches & catch some sunlight & fresh air.
Thought we'd do a quick check here, after the recent DNF, & found that once again the cache has found wings & taken flight!
Placed a new container & log.
**PLEASE replace exactly where & how you find it to extend it's longevity.**
All now good with the cache!

Out on a bit of a maintenance run & YES, sadly, this cache has succumbed to 'interference'.
**New container & log is now in place, all good to go!**
The bright side to this interference, muggle or otherwise, is that it keeps our caches fresh & keeps us on our toes! LOL ...

Out here with KerriMG. Waited for a couple of muggle men to get back to their car before we started our search. I love searching with KerriMG as she'll suggest things such as look in there Nic, climb up there Nic and so I do (even though she is taller than me). Well we searched high and low but unfortunately we couldn't find anything here. Our 2nd DNF today (& as it turns out it wasn't to be our last)
Hope this one is still here and we were just blind.
Pity about the nearby establishment being vacated. Would be a great place for a spot of bare foot bowls.

Out for the day with Nikid1 & we decided to head back over to Wynnum to cache somewhere with a cool breeze on a hot day.
We parked under a nearby shady tree & walked alongside the park to get to GZ. We had to wait out 2 workmen in a ute who didn't seem in any hurry to leave but they eventually did & we could begin our search. A previous log had our suspicions raised that this one had been muggled but Nic still checked our suspected area thoroughly but couldn't find the cache so our second DNF of the day.
We have to come back to complete the rest of this series so will turn this one into a smilie when it's been replaced.

I've found this cache before, but seeing as it was busy with Muggles, I decided to come back another time to retrieve it. I visited about two weeks ago (I only renewed my Premium membership today) and couldn't find the cache
Today is cache 999... so exciting! Xena was bugging me for a walk, so it was down the road to the abandoned bowls club to find this beauty. An older Greek family were sitting enjoying a picnic a little further up from the cache, and with no indication of them moving on any time soon I took my chances. Having spotted the cache, I contemplated getting it down and putting it back up again, just as a suspicous man stopped nearby staring at his phone! I asked him if we was geocaching, he was, and I told him I was just pondering if I could get the cache back up. Before I knew it, he was wondering off without a name in the log, perhaps he thought ot wasn't worth the fuss. Mustering up some slight coordination, the cache was retrieved, log signed, and cache returned. TFTC, Linden6.

Thursday, Christmas Eve. Slow Puncture was down this way to visit Mrs SP's dad in the nursing home, and after that was done, what better than to find some caches! And especially caches belonging to one of our caching partners-in-crime, Linden/6.
We found the general location for this one well enough, but were thwarted for 15 minutes by a couple of council workers not exactly operating at full pace, if you take our meaning. This gave us the opportunity to scout out the exact location of GZ, which we did. Luke went and amused mimself by looking at the abandoned reason for the cache name, It is amazing to see the place with weeds growing out of it!
Eventually "leaf-blower-guy" and "perpetually-on-the-mobile-phone-chick" left us alone and we quickly had the container retrieved and signed.
This was the 1st of 4 caches found on this trip.
Thanks [Blue]Linden/6[/Blue], for showing us this place.

This was the starting point for a bike ride with my son along the foreshore today. Also, the third cache. Had to out wait some muggles, then my son shimmied up to grab it.

Second visit here. First time muggles where standing around talking and could not get anywhere near it. This visit no one around and an easy find. TFTC.
Geopartner on holiday.
Last cache today.
I have replaced 2 baggies and added a new log to a full one.
There were muggles near this one earlier in the day.
We came back in the dark and all quiet with no one around.
Geopartner retrieved this one and I signed the log.
TNLNSL TFTC Thanks Linden/6 All good with this cache

This cache was visable from the car where we parked the problem was how to get it but luckily geo-daughter (AKA Kingkeylocksmiths) gave me a leg up cache was soon in hand signed the log and replaced it TFTC
Found by the team on our guide night hike. TFTC in our locality. Kiama and the Moreton bay guides.
After good long, but ultimately unfruitful, searches at DBTS #3 and #2 the COs ears must have been burning. We skipped over DBTS #1 because Miss 7 needed the loo. But I was determined that we would not be completely beaten by this CO today and Miss almost 10 did some clambering and came away with the goods. This series has not seen the last of me. TFTC Linden/6
I could see it but while the spirit was willing, the flesh was weak If only I was 30 years younger haha!
27/10/15 I arrived at GZ and noticed a muggle not far away working from his car. Hmmm...so a little search here and there but no luck. I decided to read some logs to try and get some clues to make the search a little more discreet. Ok, I think I know where it is and in a hop skip and a jump it was confirmed. Now...how to retrieve. Yep foot here, arm there....got it. Woohoo. As I signed the log muggles went past including a bicyclist. That bicyclist stopped close by just when I was ready to return it. So I sat for a little longer until he went back past. As he did this another car arrived and the muggle hopped out. Hmmmm...suddenly returning this cache was proving a problem. I decided to just relax and enjoy the view. A good while later the coast was clear (as much as it could be) so a return was made. Wow.....easy cache...except for the muggles. LOL TFTC Linden/6
We parked the geomobile nice and up close. I could see it from the car. A few walkers came and went and so had to plan my timing. I was glad I had good soles on my shoes to help me to retrieve this one. TFTC Linden/6
While caching with jemillalucy and remsjw, my mum mnance, my brother mazza151 and myself decided to do this cache. TFTC!
Out caching with Jemillalucy and her daughter, Remsjw, my daughter pinkypie05 and my son mazza151. Mazza151 and Remsjw spotted this one and Mazza151 did the climb. TFTC!
Another of the series found.
I was actually heading to another one but the GPS was telling me that I should be walking down this path to get to it so I stopped to check it out and soon spotted the cache.
A tool from the car was required to retrieve it while I watched out for muggles.

This was easy to retrieve but replacing was another thing.

Out for a day of fun geocaching with barbbowman and bubba89 - we decided to head down Wynnum way as there were quite a few caches that none of us had yet found. We parked at a convenient location to commence a very pleasant walk picking up a few caches as we went.
After a short search, we had the cache in hand and added our names to the log book. Thank you Linden/6 for having placed the cache for everyone to find.

Finally, a find! Exactly where I thought it would be. As always, wait for random mugs to move on before grabbing. It's great to back on a roll again. How many is that? 1... tftc Linden/6

Last find on our night time run for the bestie and myself.
I had been spooked by this one a few times before as there was a van parked nearby on both occasions. Didn't want to take any chances being on my own so left without giving a thorough search.
Had my backup and sure enough there was a familiar, 'It's right there!!!'. Love her to bits but I hate it when she does that. LOL.
Had cache in hand and log signed and replaced within a few minutes.
TFTC run tonight Linden/6.
Now back home for a wine or two........

"I will be back at night where I can lurk without looking too suspicious" - that is how I finished my last log. Did I fail to see that I would be spotlighted in this area?!?
Anyway, since I was in the area I HAD to get this one! I pulled up immediately my stomach sank. Linden/6 - do you plant cars in that car park just to make this more tricky? There was noone around and yet tere was a car parked in exactly the same spot as last time. I peered through their windows as I pulled up beside and was relieved there was noone inside.
Acting natural, I waited for a passing jogger or two, hopped along and grabbed the little guy. Signed it and monkeyed it back. That wasn't as difficult tp retrieve as I first thought it would have been, just needed to wait until backs were turned.
Smilie achieved - both on the map and on this little cacher.

Out for a play day with teamdfl
So it's been a busy day so far: T-Tech joined us for a while this morning, followed by morning tea, then a few hours of collecting multis and solved puzzles, then Nurseyjulie joined us for a couple of hours, followed by fish and chips for dinner, and now it's time to get down to our main target for today, and chase a few caches in the dark [^]
Another one just for me, and teamdfl was chuckling as we arrived. Not much to see here, so where's the cache??? Oh, yep, and now I understand why she was chuckling I did make an unsuccessful attempt to grab the cache, but teamdfl came to my rescue with a handy little tool, and that gave me just enough of a boost to continue on to GZ. However, here there was rather a sticky problem, in that the container was well jammed in So I'm hanging on for dear life with one arm, and using a stick to gain some leverage on the container, IN THE DARK! Fortunately it didn't go flying too far as it came free I made sure to tuck it back in gently. TFTC, Linden/6.

I had been able to look for this one earlier while I was out on the geocycle. I had found the cache, but I was not even going to think about doing at that point.
Back later then in the geomobile. The coast was still clear. A few cars, but no muggles in sight. No bowlers either. Much easier now.

I think we may need to petition Groundspeak to have another type of log available Linden/6! We need a type of log called something like: spotted but not signed.
Why - because that is exactly what happened here!
We pulled up and I jumped out of my car still trying to get my phone onto the right cache with my GPS working properly. I started to have a bit of a snoop around only to have it pointed out that there was another car close by with a muggle sitting in the passenger seat (she wasn't watching me, but I certainly wasn't keen to try anything too adventurous just in case) also, it appeared that activities may have been ramping up across the road which may bowl me over if I looked too suspicious.
Anyway, a little bit of an inconspicuous snoop around and eventually I spotted it. I saw it. I couldn't see how the CO placed it there. I couldn't see how I was going to get it from there.
I found it ..... But I haven't touched it or signed it.
I will be back, at night when I can lurk without looking too suspicious.

Luckily those senior ladies were concentrating on playing lawn bowls nearby to take notice - otherwise they would have wondered what's that silly fellow doing over there!! With a bit of effort, I was able to locate and sign off the cache.
Parked right next to GZ and it still took 5 mins before finding this one in its lair. TFTC
Many thanks to OrionJ's log note, I went back to this cache, approached it from the other direction and looked on a different plane and there is was, looking right back at me....

I have been spending so much time caching lately that I have been neglecting my mum a little. Today, I decided that I would try to include her in my hobby She was born and raised locally, so I thought that some of the caches here might be of interest to her. After finding a nearby cache, we headed to this one. I parked almost at GZ, but still had trouble locating the cache. MuggleMum spotted it. Hmmm. I think I need a tool. Once I had the cache in hand, I signed the log and returned the cache to its hiding spot
Found by Sunshine Toledo and Jinga2 at 12:03pm. That was very difficult to reach and return. I needed about 3 hands to return the cache. TFTC
Quick find by Muggle son, glad I had him with me due to the fact that I am vertically challenged. TFTC
Firstly I am extremely sorry for the post dated log, however it would appear that maybe I am getting early onset Memory problems. It was just today 11th July, I was driving around Wynnum and come across this one, pulled in and realised this was a very familiar spot. I remember driving past the cache on the other side of the sports field, and coming around here and retrieving this one signing and it and replacing. I even had no problem spotting the cache in mere seconds from the car today.
wonder just how many other caches I have forgotten to log like this, I think the tally is now around 6.

Tonight started with a fantastic dinner with Ms Maddy and Genyo. After dinner we had several caches to cross of our list. This was one of them.
We had a quick drive to GZ and were lucky enough that Genyo had the cache in hand almost immediately. This was followed by a stripper dance on the pole and a facebook photo of Genyo... Weirdo...
