No luck for this one. Appears a few others have had the same issue recently
I thought that I would give this series a go today given the nice weather and the opportunity to add a few finds to help with a souvenir that i am working towards. There are a few caches that need a bit of work, either looking a bit tired in condition or have a wet log. Some of the descriptions in relation to the type of container or size of the cache need updating. Otherwise, it was a pleasant countryside drive with minimal traffic. Overall I spent around 2 hours on this series. TFTC.

Another quick find on the way down tha back road here today.
Took nothing, left nothing.
Thanks for placing this geocache here for us to find today, for without those who like to hide geocaches, there would be nothing around for those who like to find geocaches.

Another find in the series and one that took a bit of time. Long grass is a cachers curse, but patience was the key and eventually the cache was in hand and the log signed.

B had some cache maintenance to do in Portarlington and a Lego purchase to pick up
In Ocean Grove, so set off with C in that general direction with a 3rd objective of starting to clear through more of the many many unfound caches we have on the peninsula. After starting out in Port we headed across towards D2B and Do You Believe in, chasing some bulk PnG smilies as our find numbers in February are somewhat lower than most other months, and such things come in handy for challenge caches.
We started mid trail on D2B and soon realised quick PnG’s were not going to be the case. Many of this series need some love, we found anything from empty containers with no logs, to damaged containers, to logbooks thats were just paper mush. Fortunately Do You Believe in was better as C’s 7yo patience was starting to wear thin.

We have been caching in the area today and about to turn home.
We noted 2 blue faces in the neighbourhood that were on line and available again so we decided to grab those too so we didn’t have them looking at us every time we look at the map.
A nice quick find and we are on our way home again.

Enjoying this trail of caches on a long weekend.
It was wet and the grass was long in a lot of places which meant I was soaked by the end of the day.
I had to stop at woolies to get extra socks before stopping at the motel for the next days adventures.
Thanks for the cache.

Back down in Geelong again but this time to welcome a brand new family member! So while everyone is still sleeping, and before we head back into the hospital, thought I’d continue on this series, unfortunately in the drizzle…..
Moooving on, I was coming to the end of my morning allocation, but stepping out of the GeoSuzi and into the zone resulted in two totally soaked shoes in smelly water . So continued my search and then noticed that paddock full of young steers took interest in what I was doing and were all running over to watch! Quite the audience.

We found a broken lid under a log which I think is the remains of the cache. Same as previous comments, I think it’s missing.
Disregard previous comment. We found it! Was just nestled in and camouflaged!!! Yay it’s definitely here everyone
We have spent over30 minutes here.
We have looked everywhere and widened our search and looked at the logs… only found by a noob in January since it’s replacement in December.
We can only think that it’s overgrown… other NZ spinach is very thick here and there all sorts of things buried deep in this and Buffalo grass.
We are putting a watch on this one.
Thanks for the challenge

Trying to fix up my fix up. I forgot that a reviewer disabling requires 2 things to fix it, an enabling post and an owner maintenance note. This note is an attempt to remedy that.
Let's see how it goes.
Let's see how it goes.
I'll try again to get rid of the needs maintenance attribute by posting this.
Last attempt was unsuccessful.

I'm getting frustrated trying to fix this cache, which was fixed some time back. I hope cachers enjoy this cache, despite my breaking the geocaching app.
Inspected this one and yes the container was smashed, well the lid was. So, a new container, a replacement log and new trades. At the last moment a coat of spray enamel. This cache is now ready to be found. Have fun .
This one slipped under the radar amidst a lot of maintenance at Anakie, Steiglitz and Drysdale.
Will fix it this week, i.e. before 6th Nov.

Hi there deshut,
One or more logs indicate that this cache appears to be in need of owner intervention, so it is being temporarily disabled. This is to remove it from search listings and discourage people from visiting this location until the issues/s with this cache are investigated/addressed.
Whilst it is recognized that as a result of the current Covid-19 situation, it might not be possible for a Cache Owner to just pop out and check on a cache straight away, we still need to know that you are on top of the issue. Caches where the cache owner does not currently feel it is safe to maintain will not be archived in the normal time frame, as long as there is some indication from the CO.
**You do need to respond within 14 days, so others know you are on top of it, as well as indicating exactly what is happening with this cache. Please don't let a lack of communication kill this placement.**
#What you should do now:-#
- Should you feel it safe for you to maintain and address this cache now, AND your regional Health and Governmental authorities allow it, please feel free to do so.
- **Alternatively,** what you need to do is place a 'Write Note' log indicating an expected date when you you hope you might be able to attend to the issue/s.
**The Write Note log should be placed within 14 days.**
#Please Note#
When a Reviewer next looks in on this cache, if there is no acknowledgment from the CO as requested above, the Reviewer will assume the cache has been abandoned and process accordingly.

Found it but couldn't write name down. Container has a broken lid. water has gotten into it.
Decided to smash out some caches this cold and foggy Sunday. Thanks for the effort it placing and maintaining such a big series
Another simple easily found hide. Enjoying the drive and the break in the weather.
Off on another day caching around the Bellarine Peninsula with our good mate Rebel Acts.
A mixture of trails and other caches. The trails here are a bit of a treat as rather than the preform tubes or similar containers we have generally experienced in the past, most containers are of good size and often are a bit of a feature of the theme in the cache name.
We were racing the weather a bit trying to get in as much as possible before rain set in, but still had to battle showers. Lucky we were prepared.
All in all, another great day caching.
All logs signed with RASP (Rebel Acts, SKI Pair).

We had been working hard all day and had just finished dinner when we realised we had not been out caching today. We are trying to make a long streak happen, so we jumped into the geomobile and headed out to a couple of close caches. The last time we had been past this cache, the grass was way too long and the weather way too warm to safely approach. The grass tonight was considerably lower and the evening cool, so we walked into the roadside reserve and were quickly in possession of the cache, which was duly signed and returned to its hiding place. The cache was in excellent condition. Thank you for this cache deshut
I have a free day to go out caching so today I have started out with this power trail. after today I will have found more caches then all of last year..... I loved all the different cache types all I found them all, some logs sheets were wet some caches were out in the open but they are all there. Happy to put a smiley on all these caches. TFTC.
Set of for the arvo to find some caches while the rest of our family and friends were busy at home
Had a young fellow with me so decided to tackle this series so he wouldn't get too bored but he loved them and we did more than I thought we would
Sorry for the genetic message but there was too many to remember each one and I am now logging them back at home

With The ring of Swiss cheese coming down we could now catch up with our Metro Mates, so once again I teamed up with Omegaman1971 and headed to the Geelong area to do some of the many labs and several caches in the area. We had a great time exploring the area.
This was one of the caches we found today.
Thanks deshut for the cache.

31 A cool and cloudy Thursday morning. Ideal for a caching bike ride, or so I thought.
time to tackle some more of the D2b trail. Well 24 more finds, 1 Dnf. no lost equipment.
But severely beaten by the Bellarine bombers (mozzies) and when the battery and backup charger both gave up it was time to retreat. "I shall return!"
Thankyou for the series and the adventure. Cheers.

In order to continue my streak doubling my finds to 1000 in 2 months, I decided to visit the Bellarine Peninsula on the other side of Port Phillip Bay for the day.

Nice sized container. The zip lock bag and a clip on the container have seen better days. Tftc
The other day when we did as far as number 26 we thought that was all there was of this trail, until we returned to the caravan and turned on the computer to see that, in fact, the trail continues and that our download had stopped here. We sometimes wish for the days when we downloaded all caches one by one. We did another pocket query and soon had a load more caches to do. Again, there were some interesting caches, some very long grass, some were hard to find and some easy.

A quiet Sunday afternoon with no real plans so I decided on a drive to collect a few caches as I chase my 1000th regular and my 5000th cache. Plenty of hiding places and my GPS would not settle but eventually it was found. TB dropped. Thanks to deshut for the placement and fun.
Spending the night at Anderson's reserve, Indented Heads, thought we would come this way for a weekend of Caching. TFTC
Found whilst touring Geelong & Ballarat areas between Xmas & New Year with Freddo, Team Waldron and e.gregory1 - we've signed as F.E.T.T.
Some pretty hot days but great scenery and good co-ords & caches hides made for an enjoyable trip

Cache was found in the last place we looked, which as usual was not the first place we looked. Thanks for a fun cache. We signed the logbook FETT.
Found on a short, post-Christmas sojourn to Victoria with Freddo, Team Waldron and thewhitedoggang that involved plenty of driving, cycling, walking and even some boating and wading.
The weather was on our side (albeit a little warm at times), which made for some great caching. There were plenty of varied finds, with some excellent and often tricky hides and and just a few DNFs. We signed most logbooks ‘F.E.T.T.’

We are spending a few days on the Bellarine Peninsular before the Christmas rush so have the chance to do this series. Thanks for the series deshut.
Thanks to the long weekend back home, I was able to pop over the ditch for the mega and a ‘few’ caches along the way! I was really after the numbers on this trip, planning to achieve 50+ each of the three days for a challenge – something that is getting much more difficult back home! The weather was great and I had a ball thanks to all the CO’s placing great caches!
Today’s aim was to find some more along power trails and trailets, and a few interesting others. I am so grateful for the variety in the trails! TFTC!!

A weekend away with FWBs, and introduction to Power trail caching. This is a generic log to help me catch up with the long overdue logging of my found caches. Please note that each cache and location can be remembered but due to time restraints unable to personalize each log. The date logged may also differ to day found. Thank you for sharing this location for us.

We're in Portarlington on a getaway, and getting in some caching is a part of that plan. TGLW and I had a plan to combine getting up to our daily tally of steps with walking a caching trail. We decided that this section of road would do. Leap frogging the finds so that we'd have finds in both directions.
Grabbed a trackable at this one, and it looks as though it is a newly minted one.
Took trackable, left nothing, signed log and visited some other trackables.
Thanks for the cache deshut

We are Geocaching for our birthday And we have chosen to drop our first trackable. Treasure X Goldblade.
Goldblade is our Australian Treasure X Hero Trackable, and the very first we have sent out into the world. In August 2018, he very bravely volunteered to be our journeyman, seeking out places of interest in Australia (and the world), asking Geocachers to take him on a journey of discovery, documenting his journey with photos and information about the places he visits. We hope that Goldblade will be exploring the rich history, culture, environment, and people of Australia (and the world). Our aim is to one day follow Goldblade and visit all the places he has discovered.
