Logs
Took the advice of driving to the lower area to locate this cache, found a cool A frame holiday home close by, also found the cache and signed the log.
Good hide, lucky I bumped it with my hand otherwise I would have missed it. The hint helped
Mozzies just about drained me comming into the season but I managed to find and sign the log quick and retreat away
Tftc deshut. In the little hamlet of St Leonards for a couple of nights with friends. A cool but sunny winter's day: great for a short 3.5 km stroll hunting for 5 caches. Found 4, including this.
A nice quick find to knock off another of this series. Thanks for the cache deshut.
A quick park and find in a similar container to the previous find in this series. tftc
B had some cache maintenance to do in Portarlington and a Lego purchase to pick up
In Ocean Grove, so set off with C in that general direction with a 3rd objective of starting to clear through more of the many many unfound caches we have on the peninsula. After starting out in Port we headed across towards D2B and Do You Believe in, chasing some bulk PnG smilies as our find numbers in February are somewhat lower than most other months, and such things come in handy for challenge caches.
We started mid trail on D2B and soon realised quick PnG’s were not going to be the case. Many of this series need some love, we found anything from empty containers with no logs, to damaged containers, to logbooks thats were just paper mush. Fortunately Do You Believe in was better as C’s 7yo patience was starting to wear thin.
Thanks for placing these caches for us to find.

I required a cache in this degree to help complete my 360 degrees from home. Bunadoorian and I are on a road trip today to help pick up some of the degrees I require. Bunadoorian found this cache first and on signing the log we discovered that the logbook is now full. We have added another sheet of paper to the logbook. TFTC and for bringing us here- deshut.
Grub62 and I arrived at GZ and after reading the hint found the cache where it was supposed to be. I then wondered if it had been through a transformation as the size was different. An extra logbook was supplied. TFTC.
My coords had me going all over the shop, so it was a " look everywhere that looks like it's a decent spot" kind of find. Very happy to report that I got it first shot .
Thanks for the cache

First time out caching in a while. Long overdue. See how many tonight I'm able to get through!
Compass had me turned around the wrong way. A quick calibration and the find became quick and easy.
TFTC SLTNLN...

Gee we were all prepared for a real difficult find here.
Our aim was to find 50 caches today and we feel very confident that this one is number 50!
So celebrations all round.
TFTC and the wonderful series!

On my way to this afternoon's CITO, but there's a bit of work to do before then.
There's a nice loop of caches here on the south side of town, and I should be able to get enough smileys, but it'll be close...
Oh, one of those... Not quite what I expected for the size rating.
Thanks, deshut, and tupaismum.

I think we're all well aware how the past couple of years have impacted many facets of our lives.
From a Geocaching perspective, it's been a bit tricky estimating when milestones would be reached, and, for me, how to mark the occasion.
For variety's sake, I wanted a different cache type this time around. There's a specific Wherigo that would have fit the bill, but cancellation of not one, but two birthday holidays with the family meant the last waypoint of that still lies just out of reach. Next one, eh.
So maybe something social?
This year's Mega would have worked, but car trouble slowed the numbers down, so I was well short of the mark. Sigh. The next one? The milestone would be well past.
The final of a series ten years in the completion? Sure, a worthy contender, but more suited to the next milestone. And not a new type.
That last Webcam? Hmmmm... it's not **that** significant a milestone.
Then last week a mate and I were discussing our plans for the weekend, and a thought popped into my head. I wonder... a CITO?

Sneaky hide dad. Forgot I hadn’t found this one yet. Good to see a container that actually has trades. . All is good with cache and log
Looked everywhere but unfortunately was not able to locate the treasure, beware of tiny vampires
Way back in the late 1980s and 1990s my great grandparents used to live on Bluff Road, not far from the top of these stairs. We used to take Nan’s dog, firstly Buddy, then Peggy, for walks down to the beach. We were only young kids. We had so much freedom. The stairs back then were just pieces of wood randomly placed to stop you from falling. The trees were overgrown and sometimes you had to push your way through. If you didn’t live in the area you probably wouldn’t have even known that these stairs existed. This was before all the “monstrosities” as we called them were built! They were the days.
While a much safer option is now present with all the population growth it is just not the same. The area around the landing is the best part. Untouched. More like how it was when I was a kid.
The cache was easy to find. I had to slow my walking pace down a little and let a muggle past. Then it was just me and the mozzies. TFTC

Loved this hide!

We left our run almost too late tonight; we headed out at them minutes to eleven to find a couple of caches. It was a lovely clear, and very crisp evening with our breath making lovely clouds of mist in the air. This did not deter us as we ad rugged up and had the big Maglite to help us search. We arrived at GZZ and tossed a coin to see who would lie on the wet grass to find the cache. Mr Dromaniax lost, so he got a bit wet; fortunately, the cache was dry as a bone. Thank you for this cache deshut.
I have a free day to go out caching so today I have started out with this power trail. after today I will have found more caches then all of last year..... I loved all the different cache types all I found them all, some logs sheets were wet some caches were out in the open but they are all there. Happy to put a smiley on all these caches. TFTC.
With The ring of Swiss cheese coming down we could now catch up with our Metro Mates, so once again I teamed up with Omegaman1971 and headed to the Geelong area to do some of the many labs and several caches in the area. We had a great time exploring the area.
This was one of the caches we found today.
Thanks tupaismum for the cache.

Out on our day off to collect a couple of caches, has been a while since we've been able to grab some caches with the return of school and everything now COVID has dies right back down so today was the day. Out in the new Geo-Volvo we headed out this way for a bit of a drive and a chance to grab this cache along the way. We found this one with the log in the bushes and the cache container somewhere else, we replaced with the log in the cache and then continued up the stairs
