###**CACHE OWNER ACTION REQUIRED PLEASE**###
----------
I notice from one or more log entries that this cache would seem to be in need of some help - **there appears to be a need for owner intervention.**
Therefore, the cache is being temporarily disabling so as to stop it showing up on search lists and to give the owner an opportunity to check on the cache, and take whatever action is necessary.
The guidelines indicated that periodic visits to check on the cache, as well as prompt attention to any logs that indicate there is a problem, are part of the [**cache owners responsibilities.**](https://www.geocaching.com/play/guidelines#listingmaintenance) I cannot see any log that indicates a recent visit by the CO to this cache.
If you can't attend to the issue promptly, then you need to [**Disable it**](https://www.geocaching.com/help/index.php?pg=kb.chapter&id=38&pgid=235) - I have Disabled it for you this time.
**Can you please respond to this situation (or indicated your intention) by **28th September,** so others know exactly what is happening with this cache?
You have lots of choices so pick the one that applies from this handy list:
- Repair and/or Replace your cache or do whatever else is needed, post an [**Owner Maintenance log**](http://support.groundspeak.com/index.php?pg=kb.page&id=404) and [**ENABLE your cache.**](https://support.groundspeak.com/index.php?pg=kb.page&id=235 ) Then sit back and wait for the praises.
- If you don't plan on fixing it up then please [**Archive it**](https://www.geocaching.com/help/index.php?pg=kb.chapter&id=38&pgid=56) so it is removed from searches and someone else can have the spot. Don't forget to remove any remnants of your previously enjoyed cache too.
- If you really hope to get it fixed but there is some unusual reason why you can't do it soon, then at least post a Write Note log (by 28th September). Be sure to indicate the actual date that you expect to have it fixed so that everyone knows you are on top of it.
You might wonder what happens if you don't pick one of those. Well, if nothing happens, then a few weeks from today, when I next look at the cache page, it is likely that I will unfortunately have to de-list (Archive) the cache on the basis that it has been abandoned.
Honestly, I'd rather you decide so please do something before then. Please don't send me an email but instead follow the information/advice posted above.

No response to numerous DNFs and a Needs Maintenance request.
If its not there and can't be checked, it is sadly time for the cache to be archived.

No luck find ing this one you might want to check because of the 2 DNF’s before me.
Not sure if hidden too well, but spent more than an hour here. Be super careful of the bull ants nest, right at the coordinates. my daughter was bitten twice, really screwed up the afternoon. OUCH! Would love an extra hint for this one, it wasn't easy at all on the cloudy day with that hint, wasn't even sure which way the sunset was from
No luck even with clue. Spent a long time looking but I’m afraid it has us stumped.
No luck today seem to be getting a lot of dnfs today. Oh well what can you do.
Nice cache. Don't understand how 'dissendium' is a clue, as he description of the spell doesn't match the circumstance. Maybe I'm reading into it too much though
#3838 (3 of 4 today)
Decided to head east to Curl Curl / Dee Why for today's finds. But I was later than I'd hoped so had the impending storms to contend with. So naturally I go on a coast walk well away from shelter and the car.
Eventually called it as the rain slowly started and the thunder got closer - got back to *The Hademobile* just before the rain got heavy.
And then it eased off again and I made two more finds before heading home.
###END OF CUT AND PASTE SECTION###
The rain started lightening, so decided to go for another - this one.
Parked up top and after checking a number of logical spots finally hit pay dirt.
Took a bit further down to complete signing duties and grab the clue (I suspect I'm not ultimately going to need it) then back for the replace.
Rain almost gone - maybe one more...

I like the theory behind this series! Sounds like a really good idea for cache placements.
This could of been an extremely tough find without the hint. Since the coords are not 100% accurate and could be interpreted to anywhere within 5 metres means there are a LOT of places you could look.
A nice quick find though after checking the hint. I also like the way you have attached the cache.... gives me another idea of how I can attach my many bison tubes I have sitting at home, it seems to work well I just never though of such a simple thing!
Thanks simosm

I was a little bit afraid, as I am not very aware about Harry Potter, but with the accurate GZ it was not a problem to find the cache.

Great view from the top of the stairs, be sure to check it out.
Read the description and used some Harry Potter spell translation skills. Before long cache was in hand. TFTC. ??

Headed north after our morning swim at Manly. Last caches for the year. Stopped in this quiet little street and those that we'd have to test everything to find this. Then the penny dropped about what the hint meant! Top location and clever hide. SL TFTC Cheers... Gaztek
Maintenance performed. Apologies for the time taken. Cache replaced and ready. Cache on!
Dnf. Looksike it has to be on the tree near the stairs, Found a caterpillar, few bugs... Could not attribute 6 to anything...
I found this cache as a joint part of “Team” Throsbyonchurch and in which name the log book was signed. I now have my own account as I’m old enough to cache myself, so I am claiming a fair share of my earlier finds. As I had no caching name at the time there's no log in the book for me but I’m claiming the find under team ToC. Thank you for the hide.
Found it . -- 2:42 PM -- SL TNLN TFTH. Thanks for bringing us here. Cache in good condition.
We came to the 'big smoke' to pick up an item we purchased, and of course, couldn't resist geocaching. I had planned to leave a trail of happy smiles through Sydney from our place of entry all the way to Dee Why, but that soon became abandoned. In many ways, it's more challenging to cache in the city than the country IMHO, but I won't get into that. Was an easy enough find.

Managed it this time, can't believe I missed it before, thanks for the series have enjoyed the books also!!! TFTC
As the weather fined up a bit it was out for some late in the day caching. We parked at the top and made our way over. Some careful looking and then a glance at the hint which confirmed the location the GPSr was pointing. Some more looking and then we spotted it. We completed the signing duties and re hid. TFTC

The residents here certainly get some great views. Looked around for a little while before the clue made sense. Then it was a quick find. Noted the clue and SL. TFTC.

Found relatively quickly. Use your hands and be methodical in your search cache #50!!!
Is it still here? We hunted all around the steps.. But it is dark. Maybe try at day time?
We looked for quite a while everwhere at the stairs.
Is the cache still there?
Thank you

A change of plan meant there was an opportunity to grab this cache while in the area today.
Yep, its all in the name.

Lucky I can count up to at least ten! A quick find in the first spot I checked.
Was saving this one for a busy day. Today was the day. A quick find using the hint. Cheers.
About to depart for my weekly coastal escapade and noticed some new 2/2s in place, I approached GZ from below with 90nine and felt about a few places without success. I stood up to think just as she shouted "I win" and produced the little cache for us to sign.
Thanks simosm.
Thanks simosm.
After having found #8, we headed for #6. Lots of cars parked in the small cul-de-sac, but no muggles around, at least not that we could see on arrival. The name of the cache together with the coordinates in the GPSr soon had us with the cache in hand. We had a chuckle when we saw the text on the attachment - better safe than sorry... We found a pen close to the cache, probably lost by a previous cacher.
On our way back to our car we were hailed by a neighbour muggle, asking 'Have you lost something?'---
'No, we just found it'.

I had a look at the cache page soon after it was listed and saw the first dnf. Made a trip down tonight to fill in a calendar gap - and boy the Zargfinders must be losing it by not caching enough ....
10/6/15. 10:46 AM. Cache #2578. Streak day #353.
The wet weather meant a change of plans, so I headed over to the northern beaches to get the two newest caches. Started at "Jacaranda" in Manly Vale and then came here to redeem my earlier DNF. I now had a lot more information thanks to the previous finders.
I pulled up near the top of the stairs and one of the nearby residents was just outside his garage working on his motorbike (despite the rain) so I was worried I'd been muggled out. However, I decided that I might be out of view down the stairs, so I grabbed my raincoat and walked to the bottom of the stairs, then ascended to the right level keeping my head down to stay out of sight. An easy grab thanks to the help (can't believe I missed it last time!); took it down to the bottom to sign under some tree cover. Back up to replace it and then headed for home. TFTC.

Came and looked/felt in quite a few places, using vk2df's extra co-ords and focussing on one area based on how I've interpreted the hint. Hopefully it's cache blindness on my part and not a case of the cache falling below. Have contacted the past finders and will return. Meanwhile, looked for options to save the streak and headed up to Newport for "Cross Waves".

Congratulations miss_sparklz on FTF in the dark! Definitely an additional challenge on a cold night. Please let us know if you feel the rating of this cache needs to be revised.
Noticed this new one pop up yesterday so, after todays morning school drop off, I made a detour via Dee Why for a "cache fix".
Parked the geomobile in Cassia Street and headed down to the footpath. The Garmin indicated a less likely GZ but after searching the more obvious location I soon had CIH. At the cache hide the Garmin GPSr was indicating 6 metres from published coords, at S33 45.571 E151 17.650.
Opened up the container to find I was 2nd to find. 2tf for 2df TNLNSL.
Thanks simosm for the new cache, and we look forward to your new series.

Though we are no longer the FTF hounds that we used to be, since this cache is less than 500m from our house, geo boy and I decided to head out after school to see if we could find it. Unfortunately, geo girl was at work so couldn't accompany us. Had she been with us, we may not have had to log a DNF! The GPS on the phone was useless and we're not sure we interpreted the clue correctly. Whatever the case, our long search left us empty handed - and rather cold! At least we're the FDNF!
Streak day # 187 - (FTF) Woohoo my second solo first to find. I saw this cache go live whilst I was at work this morning. I didn't think I would be able to get there first but I kept an eye on it during the day. I was very surprised to see that Zargfinders weren't able to find the cache. That had me worried that I wouldn't have a chance, but I decided to head down after work and give it a go anyway. Winter has definitely arrived, it is a cold night to be out caching. I wandered up and down at GZ trying to look for the cache. My phone's GPS kept trying to send me over the edge, but I persevered on the stairs since the terrain rating suggested it shouldn't be that hard to get to. I sat down for a little while trying to think where it could be and what the hint meant when suddenly it clicked. Narrowing down where I needed to look I soon managed to get my hands on the cache, though I found it through touch rather than sight. I opened it up and the log was still empty, even better . I signed the log and put it back as I found it making a note of the clue for later. I was very glad to head back to my car so I could go home and warm up. I'm looking forward to there being another cache series on the beaches. TFTC.
Well done miss sparkle! Not sure where you felt that we didn't feel or look, but we'll make the 500m trek again some time with geo girl in tow and have another look - or feel!
