Our 2nd one today thar hasn't been found for about 6 months. Owners needs to check if still there.
Found it, buuuut was unable to extract log book. Frenchie has sunk a bit and needs help to be elevated!! If someone has some useful tools, perhaps they could have a go
Love the thinking behind this.

Spending a day at Hastings, so decided to find few caches around. Spotting this one didnt take that long, but retrieving was really hard. After several minutes of trying, we managed to sign the logsheet. TFTC
visiting the hawkes bay for several days to visit some sights and to watch the sea along the beach something we dont see back at home . The weather was kind for most of the days and i visited quite a few caches although there were quite a few that did appear missing in this area.
It was good to have two new wherigos and a new virtual in the bay since i was last there.
This is 'one of those' and was located and returned to it s place Thanks for the cache

There wasn't much time to explore Hastings. I will have to come back . My husband filled the camper van with diesel. I walked along to this one and he met me. This was a clever hide. We crossed Cook Strait using the Inter Islander yesterday. Today is day three. We drove up to Hastings last night and are staying in Gisborne tonight.
This Easter JDScout and I are off on an East Cape adventure. We are driving in our campervan from Christchurch. This has been something we always wanted to do. I am combining this trip with geocaching.
Sadly there is no large event in New Zealand in 2019 but there are a few Mega events planned in Australia. I plan on going to the OzGeomuster in July. To find out more visit this site: https://www.ozgeomuster.com.au
If you can't make Aussie. New Zealand will have another large event in 2020 in Auckland. I will keep you posted in my logs.
Thanks for hiding this geocache.

In the area doing a bit of 'admin' - battery change and laundry. While waiting Tim wandered off to find this one which was a short walk away. At GZ once the GPS had settled the cache was quickly spotted and log signed

This was the fourth day of my twelve day trip to go to the Wellington Mega. Today I zipped down to Havelock North to do a few power trails to get my numbers up.
Is that the cache? Oui. TFTC.

This weekend was a caching road trip to the Hawkes Bay with Mr Gap, something we have not done together in a long while.
Weather forecast was good so we set off late Friday afternoon arriving in the Hawkes Bay about 7.30pm so settled in to our accomodation and planned our weekend of caching.
We needed a couple of caches today for a personal challenge we are doing which we were able to collect.
Saturday started off very slowly with some caches taking longer to find than others but once we started doing the trails in the area caches came fairly quickly.
Had some interesting chats with people on the way, wondering what we were up to.
A few of the caches on the trail were quite damp but still writeable.
Sunday was homeward bound so made caches we picked up were mostly drive bys.
Great weekend with 52 caches collected for the weekend. SLTFTCaches

very well constructed and fitting hint, gets a fav from me

This took us a while but so satisfying when found. Couldn’t think what the title meant but once spotted it made sense. Favourite from us. TFTC
GPS was all over the place.
Thankfully one of our troop noticed something he thought was out of place.

On a day of some pretty cool caches, this one was right up there with some of the best. Well done! Favourite point for sure!
Haha very sneaky. Very well done. closing in on 900 finds. Hoping to get it today. Tftc
I haven't been caching much over the past couple of months, as I have slowed down after my hectic first caching year, so was well overdue a big trip somewhere. After waking up cold at 6am this morning, I decided that today would be the day and Hawke's Bay would be the place.
After gathering up a few supplies and lunch, I was on the road just a dawn was breaking. After collecting a few caches on the weird & wacky trail, up Te Mata Peak and most of the St George Trail, I'm heading into Hastings for a quick half dozen caches before heading towards home. Quickly spotted the clever camo'd cache here and I'm on my way. TFTC

Day 13 of our North Is trip, and today we are based in Havelock North. And after days of warm, sunny weather, we experienced drizzle today, but we didn't let that dampen our caching activities too much.
StreetWalker raced out and found the cache before I even got out of the car (well... I was a bit slow because it was wet...). Nice handiwork! TFTC.

#13829. We had rather mixed fortunes with this series, but this one was a quick find. We were interested to see a child care centre across the road that had its own cafe; a combo that should work well! TFTC.
A random stop this morning as I headed out of Hastings
And whaddya know ??
Another of those pesky 'Mighty Micros' [:o]
The name of this particular micro had me puzzled,
as I strolled a couple of hundred metes up the road to reach GZ.
I was even more puzzled when I found the livestock sales yards,
and a few muggles wandering around herding sheep into pens
The muggles were not a problem,
and I leant on the fence for a bit to see who would win.
The men or the sheep
While standing around looking at various bits and bods that made up the construction at GZ,
I was still wondering about the French connection
A few minutes of wandering back and forth and something caught me eye.
Mon oui !!
Yep !! A neatly disguised cache [^]

Last cache of the morning with MacGyverson who walked right past the cache - you get that with newbies! So got him over and said I found it then let him find it - Nice camo. Signed log and left as instructed. Clever clue in the title too.
For the effort in the camo, the poetry and fooling MacGyverson, gets a FP.

Saw this back up and running, and with a little detour heading home from work, no better time for a look. FTF in new location. Nice one. Cheers.

Due to the trees having been pruned right back, the cache has gone.
We will make a new one and find a home for it soon

Have been back again recently with the help of a fellow cacher (previous finder of this cache) and still no find, please revisit again.
looked everywhere we thought possible but no luck...is dave still there? enjoy the mighty micro series though.
Looked and looked, either really good camo or the muggles wanted some exquisite cuisine to go with their 6 pack of fosters
Check on cache and is still nicely tucked away!
Have performed some CITO in the area as someone enjoyed a drink or two near GZ
Hint has been updated

Have replace this cache as it had gone missing. Please put back exactly as found so it doesn't get muggled.
Very clever little hide. just as well I worked out the hint or I would have been looking for ages. Tftc

Doing these micros in the wrong order, but I sort of knew what to look for after doing one of the other ones. Cool hide, tftc
3rd of this series for us. Wasn't too sure what we were looking for here. The penny didn't drop until we found it.
Another nicely camo'd cache. Thanks bchefj&p

Another great mighty micro knocked off. Again kudos for making this fun series of caches. I seen plenty of these on Pintrest but have never actually seen one done. Well done, awarding another Fav point to this cache for creativity. Thanks for putting out great caches and the extra effort involved.
Nice cache. I was lucky to walk straight up to it. Could have been looking for a while otherwise because not what I was expecting.
Pen ran out so couldnt sign log but will be back to sign it. Awesome start to the series
My daughter spotted this...she had no idea it was the cache though. Thanks for making micros fun.
Yay FTF! Very cool...knew when I spotted it as saw one similar while out yesterday. Great camo. Very fun. Thanks
