###**CACHE OWNER ACTION REQUIRED PLEASE**###

----------

This cache is carrying a maintenance log which really does need to be addressed by the cache owner.

The guidelines advise that the CO should make regular visits to check on the cache as well as promptly address any logs that indicate that the cache requires some attention. You need to disable the cache if you cannot attend to it promptly - I have disabled it this time.

**Can you please respond to this situation (or indicated your intention) within 14 days**

If you cannot respond to the situation as requested, please add a note to the cache page detailing the situation **and providing an actual date when you expect the situation to be resolved.** This is to allow others to understand the what is happening - as well as - to prevent the cache from being de-listed as abandoned.

Have a read of the [Geocache Maintenance guideline](https://www.geocaching.com/play/guidelines#listingmaintenance) which explain a CO's responsibility towards checking and maintaining the cache when problems are reported.

**And don't forget,** once you have addressed the issue, post both an "Owner Maintenance" log, see here; [Removing the Needs Maintenance Icon](http://support.groundspeak.com/index.php?pg=kb.page&id=404) and an "Enable Listing" log, see here; [Temporarily Disable and Enable ](https://support.groundspeak.com/index.php?pg=kb.page&id=235 ) to get your cache up and running again.

I want to thank you for the time that you have taken to contribute to geocaching in the past and am looking forward to seeing this cache up and running in the future.

I liked this cache

17-Feb-18
I loved it

17-Feb-18
Had to wait for a gap between muggles, got the gap and quickly skirted around the fence to find the cache sitting on the rocks in plain sight. I think the storms recently dislodged it. I signed the logs and put it back in a position where I thought it should have been but it needs some TLC because the lid is gone.

17-Feb-18
Maintenance required, lid is broken off. I found the cache laying on the rocks, put it back as best I could but magnets are rusted. Can CO please attend.

17-Feb-18
This geocacher reported that the container is damaged.

06-Feb-18
Think we found it, but only the lid?? It was magnetic and near the x. Perhaps muggled? Still logging it as found though!

First find in Melbourne, hint.... troll under the bridge

20-Jan-18
Found on 20 Jan 2018 at 4:16 pm.
I had been really lazy all morning so this afternoon I headed out for a drive around to find a few caches in my 15km zone.

I had been here before on a beautiful day and way too many muggles made me move on. Well today was not as busy so managed to duck underneath in breaks between muggles. I was expecting a tricky find but it was really easy. I suspect it has been moved slightly since it doesn't really match the hint. It is also missing it's lid but still all fine and dry in this location.
Thanks skakids for the cache, the adventure, the hunt and the fun.

31-Dec-17

Good grief. I never thought I would ever do this. But I spied it sitting there and could not resist.

10-Sep-17
When going to this cache we were worried about getting too messy but we came out clean. One wrong move and you could've sled down and gotten wet so we had to be cautious. There was no swaps in this so I put a necklace in.

28-Aug-17
Based on the 3/5 terrain rating, I knew it was going to be somewhere interesting. Awesome find! TFTC

10-Aug-17
I was muggled out of this one ages ago but today there was no such problem. A quick find today thanks skakids.

23-Jul-17
Made this one a bit harder, but got there in the end. Can get a bit noisy at cache location. Retrieved cache and signed the log. All back safe again.

Yep

16-Jul-17
Finally stopped to pick this one up after a number of ride byes on the bike. There's a water filling station close by now. -and fitness park.
Thanks skakids for the crawl. A crawl between muggles - easier on a cold winters breezy day - as less people. But have to watch both bikers and pedestrians. Now we know what happens to a known container over time with the effect of sea and salt ! - unless you specially prepared this one. (!)

01-Jun-17
Looked high and low and did not find and got in some good crawling

28-May-17
Yay finally located one on this waterfront!!

22-Mar-17
TFTC - nice hide

19-Mar-17
Crawled all over the place but nothing...

15-Feb-17
I guessed this search might be a little awkward. There were a few muggles walking the path and it seemed a little exposed in getting to the right spot. However I managed to scramble to where I needed to be and soon found the container. Signed log and replaced and then waited for an absence of the sound of footsteps before making it back to the path. Thanks for the challenge and the cache.

Great hiding spot.

23-Dec-16
After a DNF last time, its great to have another search for this one and come up victorious. We only had to wait out a few muggles and after a quick look in the right spot, the cache was soon in hand. With the log signed we were quickly on to the next on our list.
Thanks skakids for a great series.

**Find #: 4958**
**Time: 3:01 pm**
**Date: Thu 24 Nov 2016**
I had a bit of spare time this afternoon, so I thought I'd try and find this one in order to clear my 10km circle, except for a lengthy Wherigo requiring multiple country trips to complete. I've been waiting for things to warm up a bit, but it looked like this might not be a wet one, and so it proved to be.
Access was easy, the location was quiet, and it turned out to be a quick find and a pristine log.
**Thanks for placing this cache skakids**

17-Nov-16
Out on an afternoon geo-hunt with the family, we were doing a few caches in the area. We had a long look around (and under) all the likely spots but came up empty. We took particular note of the hint, and despite the limited options for a hiding spot, we found nothing. Will have to try again another day. Thanks skakids.

16-Nov-16
they were painting the bridge, never going to happen.

27-Aug-16
DNF @ 21:58 with LouiseAnn.

I got down and dirty while LouiseAnn listened for my muffled scream and splash. Neither the splash or the find were forthcoming.
It was getting late, and we were both pretty tired, so at this point we called it a night.

Thanks anyway skakids, I'll come back at some other time.

28-Jun-16
thanks Koco-Bella for the crawling Smile

25-Jun-16
Fun hiding spot, despite being a little wet and slippery. Not sure if the cache moved... the hint says above the x, but we found it below the x. TFTC!

21-Jun-16
Great hiding spot. Tftc

13-Jun-16
This afternoon we took advantage of the beautiful, sunny day and made our way down to the bay for a nice bike ride. We started just before Port Melbourne and made our way to Mordialloc, collecting some caches along the way. It was very busy near the bridge, so we had to wait a few minutes for muggles to pass. We crawled down under the bridge and located the 'x' while pretending we had dropped something down there, to distract the people curiously looking at us. We made the find and returned it back to the secure location. Thanks for another one of your creative caches!!

10-Jun-16
Great little adventure
All ok, thanks!

21-May-16

Great cache Smile

02-Apr-16
Looked around but could not find it

28-Mar-16
Couldn't find it even though we found the x

20-Mar-16
Was geocaching with a friend who had found this one before, we searched around for 20 minutes and couldn't find it

14-Mar-16
Arrived at the location after a nice walk and guessed where the cache would be. Then I saw it from the side and realised that yes, would have to get this the hard way, which was a bit tricky. Luckily I am a bit nimble and was able to get to the spot. It was a strange experience there signing the log. Put it all back in place and then got out a little easier. TFTC Big Grin

A lovely afternoon crawling around on the beach with 88andy88, n0w0rries & Team Smokey-Bear.
The lid is missing on this one.
Thanks for an ace series, skakids! Big Grin

28-Feb-16
Don't ya hate it when you drop something off a bridge and ya got to go look for it , well that's what the Muggles thought great hide but lid was missing but still in good nick thanks for the end to an awesome day of crawling around TFTC

28-Feb-16
Decided to grab a team together and get out on this awesome sunny Sunday and grab this series so OzHockeyChick, n0w00ries, TeamSmokeyBear and I reported at the meet zone to travel down to the battle shores and find us some sneaky little prizes....
We achieved so many different types of finds today with each member of the team having their input into finding each hide.....
After the last one of this series we completed this one was an eezy peezy....lol
Although the difficulty was getting to the zone with the muggles about we def looked like kids up to mischief so we fitted right in anyway....
A short search and a great find and a great hide...
Lid was missing and still is but contents are rather safe all the same....
Could do with a check on skakids.....

05-Feb-16
Caching with Team-Ruphace when Matty dropped his cane.
I went down to retrieve it and found the cache while I was there.
Runners would probably be a better option to crocs at this location.
Thanks for the cache skakids.

31-Jan-16
After having to give up on other caches today this was an easier find Smile

31-Jan-16

30/01/2016, Found @ 2:48 PM, Find # 5031.

While out and about on a walk with the family, we went right over the top of this one, so I had to go and look for it.
When the coast was clear I made my way into the crawlspace, once in the right spot the cache was found quickly.
Once I was back up I then had to run to catch up to them, as they wouldn't wait for me.

Thanks to skakids for placing this cache.

29-Dec-15
I walk over this cache at least once a week, but am normally walking against the clock, and I've never thought to bring my GPS to look for it. Today, being a day of annual leave, I thought I'd attempt this one and Bleak-Blue Scale.

For the record, the Bleak-Blue scale today would have to be 9.5 to 10. I scoured the sky in an open area, but could not spot a single cloud, not even a puff. Unfortunately, there were two lads sitting right where I wanted to search, so I moved on to this cache. I picked a gap in the muggles and ducked under and found the cache without any difficulty.

As a point of interest, there is another cache within 100 metres of this one, but what the powers that be don't know, won't hurt them! Smile

On my way back, I checked Bleak-Blue Scale again but the lads were still there, so I guess I'll leave it for another day.

Thanks to skakids for a cache nicely close to home in a great area.
