Sadly have to archive this. Have attempted to replace it but has been muggled several times. Probably a local who does not like this great hobby. RIP Duro.
I'm legendary at not finding small caches. Particularly so on one that have a series of 'easy finds'. Got to where I reckoned was appropriate for the terrain rating and had a very prolonged search, but came up empty handed. Had a PAF which confirmed what I should have been looking for and approximately where it was, but still no luck.
Probably worth a check.

Travelled down the Thin Black Line again this evening, With the elder Geo Dawg in tow heading back to the Northern Beaches. No rain tonight the moon and the stars were shining bright to try our hand at some night caching in the Dee Why and the Brookvale area and surrounding suburbs.
Great Cache, Great Location
Thanks for the great adventure

We loved this one a lot. Very clever clues and excellent hiding place. We're excited to see where this series takes us next!
After 90nine outgunned me at the previous hide, I spotted this one but she couldn't pick it. These normally stand out like squirrel's nuts but this one blends in well with its friends. Thanks simosm.
15/6/15. 1:02 PM. Cache #2605. Streak day #358.
Copy/Paste log: Quick trip around the Northern Beaches to get the next 4 in the DA series, in this order: 2 -Placement Charm, 3 -Disillusionment Charm, 8 -Duro and 1 -Aguamenti.
This one:
3rd. I had a reasonably good idea what the camo was going to be, but the trouble I had here was working out where it was going to be. I guess I took the definition of which part was in the alley a bit too narrowly. TFTC.

A nice winter Saturday had us down to Dee Why to a shop, and going from there to Manly, we did a few stops to pick up some of the new caches. This one took us to a lane where we had to climb a small hill to get to the cache, but, as often, once there we found an easier way out.
I drive past here on the way to work everyday so there was no way I wasn't going to pick it up sooner rather than later. I got the clue but didn't expect this kind of hide, it blended in well actually unlike past times I've seen similar camouflage.

Today, after school drop off, I headed out with the family chief puzzle solver, keen to test out her newly repaired broken ankle, to grab the remaining (published) Diagon Alley series of caches.
Parked the geomobile in Headland Road, right at the pathway, and proceeded straight to GZ. A familiar type of camo was soon spied, and it was CIH. Like many of these suburban pathways we never knew this one existed, despite having driven past it many times over the years.
TNLNSL & clue also noted. And that's yet another 2TF for 2DF.
Thanks simosm for another "secret" pathway & cache in the Diagon Alley series.
Find #575

I was in the car just leaving Officeworks at Dee Why when I noticed a notification in my email and then another two came in soon after. I thought someone else may be in the area and on the hunt so left the first one for them and made my way off to the other two.
It was right around school pickup time so luckily it was a quick find. This type of container had given me trouble in the past (cost me and Geokid at least one FTF that comes to mind) but no longer as its one that I tick off me list early on anytime I search.
A nice fresh log roll. Yay! FTF number One for the day. Nice one.
