After a morning CITO paddle Mr CNQ found some more caches in the Douglas/Uni area. This was the last for the day and a quick find, thanks C&M+B&B.
Went out drinking last night so spent all day in bed, nearly forgot to get my daily! Went at 10 at night, struggled for a bit,got my regular dose of tetanus, went to say can't be bothered I give up, and stumbled on it. Very clever, TFTC!
Nice view from here, and it would even be better from the house on stilts up the hill. Thanks for the cache.
Took a little while but in the end I found it
To muggy and it that thunder I hear?

Quick find due to good coordinates. Was a struggle getting the log out so Wound it tighter to fit TFTC
Trying to keep a average DT above 2.5 for both isn’t easy but luckily we have ones like this. The next finder might want to bring up a new log, maybe the width of two nano logs as we are running out of space in this one. There was a fireworks show happening out at the racecourse I presume and further up the slope gave a nice vantage point for that in the distance. Thanks Chris
Cache all good this morning, just need to get under cover as the next shower is abou to hit.
Thanks C&M+B&B for the caches.

Total Cache Finds 12813,
A little tricky to pull the log out of this little guy, but we got there in the end.

Found a little while back whilst filling an afternoon with geokid and the peachET geokids on a big day caching and had forgotten to log. Took a lot of little eyes but eventually found. Nice little cache and one the geokids had not seen before.
The vacant land made this an easier find but beware of the traffic coming over the hill and keep the geokids close. The difficulty would definitely increase once houses start going up.

This one may get a little harder when all the blocks have new houses on them, very pleased we got it now. SL TFTC
Our travels continued today towards Charters Towers and Townsville. We just picked up a selection of caches along the route. Each one had its log signed and was replaced in position before we moved on.
This was a quick find, but we wondered what will happen when the land is sold and more housing happens on this side of the road.
Thanks to C&M+B&B for this cache placement.

We seem to be on a roll out this way so we came looking for this one after .Frendo left the party.
Pretty princess stayed out with the little geogirls whilst the geoboy and myself went and took our chances.
The poor little guy never stood a chance of finding this nano but it's a beaut little hide!!
Quick sign and return before we returned to the car to continue before the luck runs out.
As always thanks to the CO for placing another cache for our entertainment.

Dnf this time. Came at sun set and there was a bit of muggle activity. I'll be back!
Another sneaky little hide found by Jezza.
Homeward bound now. Glad we got it now while the land is vacant TFTC

Out this afternoon to log a few of the Townsville caches that I have left.
Had to give up at the bridge as a dog was upset and there was a bit of movement, here it was more cacher friendly.
Thanks for hiding

Out with Frullet jr and we came by to grab this one, Not in a child friendly spot . But we grabbed it and moved on to the next. Thanks for another smiley
A nice little cache container that blends in very well. Even somewhere close by to safely park the campervan. Accurate coordinates too!
Good luck with your running. Think it would kill us to run up this hill!!!!
Thanks, a favourite point from us.

Pulled off the road near the GZ and took a little wander....up and down, up and down.....and the then the prize was spied. Interesting little container....not sure I've seen one of those before. Anyway, all was good, log was signed, cache replaced and it off to the next one.
Thanks again C&B+B&B.....
Thanks again C&B+B&B.....

Today was more of the RRPT, Lovie Dovie & a few extras that we passed.

Two from three for the day for us so far. After a bit of a break you just have ease back into things.

Don't know what happened to LD-33! I was pretty lucky with this one - the position was at least safe and I found it in about the second place I looked. Signed and replaced.
Thanks!
Thanks!
On another walk with more daylight in our favour, 007Stealth and I found this within minutes of being at GZ!! TFTC
#488 FTF!!!
I haven't been caching for a while due to life pretty much, uni and work seem to do a good job of taking up most of one's time. Anyway, had my first uni exam for the semester in the morning and the rest of the day off. I saw these published while sitting in my car in the parking lot of Stockland. Off i went, and went for 31 first as it was the furthest away. Looked for a while and didn't find that one(not sure what I did there) but eventually gave up and after a quick FTF at 32 drove up to this one.
Found after a short search, signed the log and FTF!!! I am happy with that. There was a muggle slightly uphill in one of the houses looking from his verandah but he wasn't too worried about me i don't think
Thanks for the cache C&M+B&B!!!

Just got home from work and went to sit down, before geowife said there are 4 new caches, so off we went. Already 45mins since the caches had dropped we throught we had no chance. This was the first cach we found of 4 , and bang, no FTF for us but a STF, TFTC SL TNLN.
